This place is amazing and is very transparent about their pricing. I was having my Dell Inspiron frame repaired. They estimated I would have my laptop back within three days for parts to come in and it was done the next day. I am very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them.

I took in my baby to get it fixed. It broke and left me hanging all night. I dont even know what to do if not on a computer. Its where I work, play and socialize. Called when they opened as was told, they could work on on asap. Took it in and a short time later received a call that they were nearly done and they gave a run down of the problem. 30 mins later it was g2g! The price was very reasonable. Super place. Couldnt be happier! Not only were they able to fix my computer quickly, (virus) it was very affordable. The guys at counterpoint were so polite and friendly and more than happy to take the time to answer our questions. You are not going to find that at a big box provider. We will definitely be using them for all our computer needs.

Centerpoint was very helpful, prompt, and effective with tracking down one of many possible sources for a lingering blue screen issue. My computer was self built, and Centerpoint was patient enough to sort through any mistakes or oversights I may have made in my build. Friendly prompt service, with great results, recommended always.

These guys did everything they could to educate me and help me find the easiest and most inexpensive way to solve the problem I brought to them. If I paid any more for the part than I would have elsewhere (which I dont think is the case) it was more than made up for with the customer service. I have bought a computer from Centerpoint and have loved it. I have had service performed at Centerpoint and its been superb (so much better than Best Buy or Staples). Ben, Brian and Doug are the BEST!

The guys here are super nice and knowledgeable. They constantly have checked up with me whenever I have a computer in and theyre more than willing to rectify a possible shortcoming that they looked over after a repair. The prices arent -fantastic-, but theyre great for what youll get in the area.

I was visiting Erie from out of town and my laptop broke down. I did a Yelp and Google search and found Centerpoint Computers had great reviews. I dropped it off and they ran tests for 2 days but could not duplicate the problem. They did get it running so I could use it. They made some recommendations for future repairs. When I went to pick it up- I was expecting to pay for their time and they said NO CHARGE. I greatly appreciated that and would highly recommend their professional services. Thanks again and it is still working!!

Dropped off my laptop a Thursday and it was done on Friday, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

My Gateway PC running Win7 would not start-up. The hard drive would run for about 15 seconds and then nothing. Dropped of the computer at Centerpoint and a few hours later received a call saying it was done. They performed a system test and diagnosis, cleaned the inside and replaced the bad power supply. They used a CoolerMaster Power Supply - one of the best brands. All at a very reasonable price.Could not ask for better service!

Took in my computer for a glitchy screen. They explained all possible issues and resolutions. They called multiple times giving me updates along the process. Ended up being cheaper than their original quote. Will do business with them again.
