Took a nightmare of a situation and was able to recover data and give us a few more years with our desktop, with quick turnaround time. I recently got a 3080 ti, to go along with my build but for some reason my pc acted very strange and would not work. I tried going to other places but they would took about a week to even look at it. But they even took out my pc and tested it infront of me, for my own satisfaction! It was very affordable and overall fantastic service! Definitely would recommend!

I wasted four days trying figure out what was wrong and fix my iMac. I finally bit the bullet and took it in to Joe and Mike. They knew immediately what was wrong, ordered the part that was needed and got me back up and running in a couple of days. My laptop screen was very badly cracked and damaged where I was first going to take it to Geek Squad where it probably would’ve cost me $300+ to have it fixed and wait weeks to have it back. I instead took it to PC care and within less than a week, my laptop screen is fixed and looks better than ever. They were extremely nice to me and it was only a little over $100 to have it fixed!

After trying a few other places, I was overjoyed to finally come here. The staff was wonderful and really went the extra mile. They were kind and answered all my questions completely. These guys have been very fair and knowledgeable. Weve had some real jokers come through trying to sell us B. S. and they are not like that. Typically weve had Joe over working on our server, trying to correct a few issues left by the last company, and he has been very helpful and expedient.

Had a bad hard drive in my laptop. Took it to PC care; they tranferred my data to a brand new (SSD) drive at the exact price quoted and in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Mike!

Words can not express how happy I am with PC Care ~ upgrading my computer. I fought all summer with it freezing up on just about every key stroke. I was afraid if I took it in I would loose my files, or not able to find them.. Dreaded the whole process. We took it in dropped it off and had it back in my hands in a couple days! Still a little apprehensive about how it was going to work or if it would be any faster and decided to time how long it took to fire up. Before I could turn my phone on with a timer app the computer was on.. Extremely happy with service and price!
