I had a number of plumbing issues in my older home on separate occasions and decided to call Reeves each of those times. Their technicians Tony, Chris, Travis, and Mike did everything to come up with a solution which provided options and how it affected cost. Also, helped me understand what they were going to do in my home. The end product looks great, and so far so good on what the issues were initially.

Reeves Plumbing and Heating are the best! I wouldn’t choose any other plumbers! We had a leak repaired in our shower and after a couple of days, it started to leak again. Josh, from Reeves came out and realized that the new cartridge that was replaced in the shower valve was faulty. After installing a new cartridge, the leak was gone! Thank you Reeves and awesome job Josh! I would 100% recommend Reeves for any of your plumbing needs!

I was charged $90 for the employee to tell me what I already knew... the toilet doesnt sit on flange. He didnt touch the toilet, or that was another fee. He was in and out in about 5 minutes. Would never recommend them

Went to do the laundry on Sunday to find water around the basement trap, the drain overflowed, and the toilets now not flushing. Called and had to wait about 90 minutes as they were one another job. Drew and Clayton came out and did a great job snaking and trimming roots in the pipes. Both guys were super polite, wore masks, and socially distanced. Were very pleased with the service and will consider them again for normal repairs.

2 guys came out within an hour on a Friday night to fix our issue. Yes it was pricey but that’s what you pay for good service on a Friday evening. Thank you Reeves.

I feel like they tried to take advantage of a bad situation!! When asked for a simple quote on a simple gas line replacement,,, they threw a number out that was astronomical!! And then insisted on replacing lines that wasnt even the problem!! So their quote of $4500 ended up costing me $900. I understand overhead,,, and I also understand when someone is taking advantage big a bad situation!!!

I was really impressed with their professionalism, thorough explanation of the problem and solution, transparency on pricing, and commitment to cleanliness and safety (wore surgical booties, masks, gloves, etc.). They also gave us tips to prevent in the future.

Called the schedule an inspection of our HVAC system, was given an arrival time, did not arrive during arrival time, called to cancel my appointment since it was at the end of the window. When I spoke with the person to cancel, it was all one worded responses and did not ask to reschedule or apologize for the inconvenience. I will not recommend this company.

Drew came out to repair my sump pump. He explained everything as he went along and even climbed under the house to make sure the pump was draining correctly. It was well worth the money and I will absolutely use them again!

My furnace stop working over the weekend. Reeves is available 24/7 and they sent Drew out within 90 minutes to diagnose the problem. Upon review it was determined the gas valve was faulty and unfortunately with it being the weekend was not going to be a easy fix. I decided to hold of until during the week so it would be more cost efficient. I was thinking it would be sometime mid-week but upon my surprise Drew showed back up Monday morning with the part. He took the extra step in securing the part over the weekend so the repair could be done as soon as possible. Thank you Drew!

I have worked with Reeves plumbing in the past. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Tony was absolutely fantastic. Our heater would not turn on and he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. He kept us informed of what was going on every step of the way. This was an emergency call and they were able to get back to me within 10 minutes to be able to send someone out. In the best part of all is that the bill was very reasonable. Excellent service for gas line modification for kitchen stove. Technician Drew, did a fine job assessing how to deal with tight fit plumbing in the joist area and was able to relocate our gas line, with new valve, to ensure a nice fit with our new stove. We had a counter depth problem and the relocation work was the solution. Would highly recommend Reeves.

Tony and Jim came by to clean the flame sensor on my furnace. I had been having heating issues for a week and finally had no heat at all, so something needed to be done. He replaced a faulty shower cartridge, a hose faucet, and washing machine faucets, installed new shut-off valves, removed a leaky saddle valve, and replaced aging steel pipes with copper lines so that my house is now in the 21st century (at least with plumbing) -- all in one day! Great working with this folks. Ill most likely turn to them first if my water heater or HVAC ever go. Thanks!

Reeves has been our go to plumber for the last 10 years. They have been reliable and efficient as well as affordable. Their workmanship has been top-notch. Most recently I have had a furnace/air conditioner replacement as well as bathroom gut for a remodel and was not disappointed. In the latter job, Matt and his assistants work were professional and showed their knowledge of the trade. Lastly, they take care to make sure that the job site is clean when the project is completed.

Tech was extremely polite and timely. However, by the end of the service call, the job was changed multiple times. Each time, the price changed. By the time it was due to pay, even the tech didn’t know what he was charging me for. I asked for an itemization and still have not received one. No one could tell me if I was paying an installation fee(for a dishwasher and disposal) or an hourly fee. I called and asked to speak to management to clarify the charges and never received a call back. I think the company should have been able to itemize specifically the charge for each appliance that was installed and any service fee /labor fee charged. Instead I just received a bill for the total due with a summary of the work done. The tech also took 4 hours to install these appliances.Very frustrating. Will not use again.Becky Lynch

Called Reeves for our hot water tank not working. Nick was our technician that arrived on the call. Nick went through all options with my wife and I and helped us decide on a new 50 gallon hot water tank. Nick was extremely polite, and well spoken. Planet Fitness has been using Reeves for most of our maintenance issues for the past few years now. They have always been very prompt and extremely professional with solid work ethic. Just today, we had our annual backflow tested- while Chuck was here, he noticed our water fountains were clogging and offered to fix them on the spot. These guys are seriously so great!!

Reeves was at my house for an emergency leak very quickly; were very professional and had a sense of humor since I was swearing at my pipes. Job was done very fast and done right! I would highly recommend. I guess thats why they have 5 stars!!

Reeves promptly sent a technician to our home to address a furnace issue. The issue was not resolved on the first visit, but they sent another technician out that evening who identified the issue. They did not charge me the on-call fee and identified the issue. They sent a hard working Army veteran to complete the work on the next day. He worked hard until late on a Friday night to get our issue fixed. I would continue to do business with Reeves.

I called Reeves Plumbing & Heating to see if they could quote a job which required moving boiler water lines and adding a new slant fin tube to allow for an interior wall to be move in my home. They came out the same day and quoted the job and were able to start the job later the same week. The techs were professional and completed the job faster than I expected. Kyle who was one of the techs even walked me through bleeding the boiler and answered all my questions. We liked everything Reeves has done for us so far. The first time at the beginning of January Kyle came out and went over everything in the house and gave us suggestions to keep our furnace running. We did buy a furnace from them today and Ray and another person came out and were very nice and did a much quicker job than I expected. We are very pleased with what they did and we will certainly call on them again if the need arises.

Reeves Plumbing and Heating is a class act business. We had a major drain clog with our kitchen sink. Chuck from Reeves came out and assessed not only the drain issue, but the overall plumbing of the house. Since we have an older home, it was found that the plumbing in the house was very bad. In some cases, the previous owners of the house used substandard materials and practices just to get something to work (partially).Reeves gave us a great quote to replace all of the plumbing in the house. They have had their crew here all week and continue to work through issues due to the old house structure.
