I scheduled both of my kids for back to school hair cuts through their app which unfortunately didn’t include prices. I assumed this was a budget friendly place. Inside was clean, they were ready when we walked in and both stylists were friendly. My son got his sides cleaned up with buzzers and no length cut. He was in and out of the chair in a few minutes. My daughter got her hair trimmed and the stylist flat ironed it with my approval. I bought one product that was marked as half off but I ended up paying the full price of $15. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. I was shocked when the bill came to $90. This is my mistake assuming this place was like Great Clips or Best Cut. But I still feel ripped off. Will never personally go here again.

$40 for a haircut blowdry and shampoo? Can’t beat it. Jenna did amazing with my hair listened to all my requests, and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Everyone was also so nice great atmosphere, hidden gem.

The stylist who did my hair, Jenna, was very friendly and did exactly what I needed. Shes very friendly, and so was the other stylist who was there, Riley. Riley complimented my haircut, something you dont see at every salon/barber shop. Thank you Jenna for the great job you did, and thank you Riley for the compliment. Heres proof of Jennas great work.

This is the worst haircut ive ever had in my life. I showed her 8 pictures of a short bob that all looked exactly the same and she still messed it up. Its uneven, looks mullety and will take months to grow out because she cut it too short. When i came home there were a couple of really long strands left that i had to cut myself. She didnt take into consideration my hair texture either which makes the layers look choppy and weird because my hair is naturally curlier than it was the day i got it cut. Horrible horrible disgusting horrible. Also waited 40 mins even though i made an appointment.

My stylists name was Ruby, and I have to say Im overwhelmed by her wonderful service! She took the time to help me understand the limitations of my hair texture, and was still able to give me a cut like I had envisioned in my mind! I feel amazing now. I also want to say how impressed I was with their safety and sanitation procedures. We may be in the middle of a pandemic, but Ruby made me feel relaxed and beautiful.

I went to Super Cuts for a haircut and had an excellent t experience. My stylist was incredibly professional, explained their extra cleaning procedures to me and how they’re keeping their customers safe, and did a great job with my hair cut. I would definitely go back again.

Always satisfied with my hair cut, the building is clean every time I visit and the staff does a good job with their covid guidelines. My regular stylist Ruby is fun, professional and very talented. She is always easy to communicate with and understands exactly the look I’m going for.

Good place to get your hair cut if you get seen on your appointment time. Walk in people get seen before me... unreal and uncalled for. 30 minute wait after i booked a day in advance.

My experience with my stylist was fun. But my stylist didn’t straighten hair the way I wanted it and later had to re straighten it, after I straighten my hair some parts were uneven. ☹️

Stylist had the hair dryer on highest heat setting and had it too close to my hair when she blew it dry.My hair is singed.I asked her to turn the heat down but too late.

I will never go back again. Everyone please take my advice and go to great clips or ANYWHERE else! $20 for a men’s haircut for my husband. When I got home my bangs were to long and they didn’t look good. I called right away and asked if it could be fixed. They charged me another $8 to fix it. There’s still pieces they missed. Over $30 for a haircut and it still looks bad.

I got a haircut from here and will never go back. It took me months to grow my hair out and it was not cut the way I wanted at all. The lady chopped all my hair off. So disgusted.

Came in on a Sunday when no other hair cut place was open. The woman working (sadly cant recall her name) was the only one there the whole day (except her manager who didnt help-maybe better that way?). This poor woman was constantly being interrupted by walk ins and calls. She offered to make appointments but lost several clients because they didnt want to wait. I loved a short distance away so coming back want a problem.And Im glad I did. I just showed her a picture of what I wanted and she busted it out exactly in short order. Inner of the best hair cuts Ive had. And it was fairly cheap so I made sure to tip very well. Even though she had to still deal with walk-ins and calls throughout my cut, she did a great job and was quick. And I have curly red hair thats not easy to work with. Id go back again.

An awful experience. When my mother & I first arrived the hairstylist barely acknowledged our existence(there wasnt anyone even there). My mom asked if she could get a haircut, and she said, Go sit there. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and I proceeded to show the lady a photo of what my mom wanted. She goes, So you want a man cut. She didnt laugh and said it in the absolutely most rude tone ever. There was no way we were going to let that woman cut her hair, and I will never be back.

Erica does an amazing job on the whole family! Always in love with our dos!Today, we walked in to see a woman who is notorious in our town for being a terrible human being, doing what she does best, complaining to try to get free stuff. Julia handled the situation with so much professionalism and class. For that, I am so grateful as I had my 3 small children with me, and could certainly see the situation going bad. Julia continued to stay calm, and I can not give her enough credit for her composure. Thank you lovely ladys for making a great experience as always.

Ive been here about once a month for a year or so, always get a nice haircut. Sometimes the hairdressers are having a bad day but it doesnt affect the quality of the cut most of the time.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst haircut of my life. I dont think the girl had a clue what she was doing. She just kept cutting, she shaved my cowlick off the top of my head because she couldnt figure out how to cut it. I went to another place to get it fixed and found out the old manager and her entire staff walked out in August.

First and last time Ill be here. Staff had negative vibe but I thought Id go through and give them a chance. Not sure who trained the girl I had but she cut my hair and left the bangs; I looked straight ridiculous. As she was wrapping up I noticed the hair cut didnt come out as I wanted and looked bad - I almost asked her just to shave it off at this point.After washing my hair I noticed a small missed spot, took scissors got it. Next day at work coworker pointed out a missed spot on the other side!The set up of this facility is terrible, the mirrors are far from the seats and lighting is bad giving the illusion you hair cut isnt as f*d up as it is. Congrats on taking my money but itll never happen again!

Wanted to try new place for my 6yr old son. Liked the online reservation so that there was no wait.Didnt like that within 1min of my son being in chair the hairstylist cuts my sons ear (by accident with clippers) then ask if he had a prior injury, to make it seem like she didnt do it. When in fact it was a fresh slice from clippers she was using, because fresh blood was on them. Fail#1 She didnt admit her mistake. Fail #2!Then she didnt even do a half decent job cutting the rest of his hair Fail #3. Ended up fixing it at home.Dont waste your time or $$$ on a place that hires rookies
