JaVon was amazing. He made our very well loved cars look brand new. Such attention to detail, super customer oriented. Because I have been teaching from home, and my desk is by the window, I had the privilege of watching him worked non stop for hours. I kept marveling at just how focused he was. I would absolutely recommend.

To make a long story short he ordered a part online for me I payed him my money and he never called to let me know that the part was in I called him he never returned any of my calls I went by his shop he was never there. So after two weeks I called and asked for a refund he wouldnt give it to me mind you my part was there but he never called to tell me. Very very disappointing and disturbing....see you in court Vons auto.

Von is a great guy, great prices, and does great work. I dont know anyone who is as knowledgeable as he is, and hell tell you how it is. No BS straight forward and honest. Which in this day and age is a rarity especially in the auto industry.

I was so excited to give this place a try. The people that work here sounded like genuine hard working people (they would stay open late). To top it off, they even quoted me a fair rate for work over the phone (which was great). Being an honest person myself, I wanted the mechanic that quoted me to see the actual task ahead of him. So, I called during business hours to try and get them to look at my vehicle. They insisted on bringing the car by after hours for them to look at it. Not giving me a definite time, but an ISH time, I was skeptical. But I agreed to bring it in anyways. I showed up when the gentlemen requested, but found no gentlemen. I was greeted with rude remarks about how I was not there when they requested (which I was) and that they would not look at the vehicle. So I was forced to leave after driving out of my way to see them when they told me to. Unfortunately (for them) because of this persons unprofessional attitude, and rude remarks I have chosen to take my vehicle elsewhere. To a shop where the customer is treated right. I was willing to drive far out of my way to go to this shop, but now I would tell anyone (even if they lived directly across from the place) to never go there. This place has lost my business as well as many of my close friends and family. In the end, this place quoted work fairly, but was not willing to act in a professional matter. I could only imagine that their work is the same as their attitudes. Unprofessional.

Von is nearly famous for his quality service, honest diagnoses and very fair prices. Its hard to know that you can trust your mechanic, sometimes, but this guy cares about his customers and community.
