Ran over a piece of sheet metal that immediately flattened my tire. Morgan Towing was amazing to deal with. They arrived quickly, and were so kind and professional. They quickly changed the tire, and got me going on my way. I will definitely use them again if/when I ever need it.

My truck got stuck in the snow so I called Morgans towing. The girl on the phone was very nice and helpful. I was in a dead area and she never gave up trying to get my address and info. The tow truck showed up in about 40 min which was fast due to we were in a bad snow storm. Ill be useing them again if I need too.

My car was towed on the side of the highway on a Friday afternoon. When I called initially on Saturday morning to get information I was told to call back at 11 and hung up on. Called back at 11 and was told I would receive a call back. 2 hours later I called again and was told I would be contacted shortly. Within 30 minutes I was called to pick the car.The location was disorderly and my car was blocked in by another car and a tow truck. After watching two employees argue over who was going to move the car in front of mine, we were able to leave.After the car sat in the driveway I took it to get inspected. The car passed but was leaking coolant and was overheating. the car had had no issues prior to this. I immediately called the company and they told me they could not get in contact with the driver but reviewed their footage and they did not cause the damage. I’m currently sitting at a mechanics to figure out the damage. I asked for access to the footage they watched and was told I would receive another call back. Per usual. Be wary of using this tow company for any servicesThe company has reached out below but I am still waiting on a return phone call from the owner regarding this matter.

Towing companys for the general public can always ruin your day as lots of us have experienced in life. Recently I had my vehicle impounded and I thought thats it Ill never get it back. The people at morgans were very easy to work with. I can say thank you for taking a terrible day and helping me salvage a smile.

Broke down this morning on the way to work and they towed me right away and when they couldnt fix it, they towed it again to a different shop and have me a great price. They really helped me and they were very nice. Definitely worth the five stars!

My car died in the middle of the road. After calling AAA and waiting an hour for them to send someone, they called me back and said it would be another 2 hours before someone was available. 5 minutes later Peggy from Morgans called and said she was 15 minutes out. She straightened things out with AAA so I wouldnt be charged and had my van loaded up quickly. She was amazing and I would definitely use the company again.

Horrible costumer service. Always rude and short with me. Impossible to get answers from in one phone call. Picked up my car with a HUGE new scratch across the door!! Needs to be shut down!!!

Had to have my car towed very recently. The tow-worker treated my fairly new car (in excellent exterior condition) with no regard and slammed on the buckles/straps and broke the rear bumper. He also had extremely muddy/dirty/sooty gloves on and was roughly putting on my car leaving awful dirt hand smears. LUCKILY, the car was being towed to an auto body place I trust. Even more lucky that the owner of the auto body place saw how badly the straps were done and exactly how it damaged my car. When the auto body owner professionally pointed out what he did to damage the car, the tow guy became defensive and said he didnt do it and started to flee. The auto body owner tried to professionally get the tow guy to figure out what to do about it and he replied, whatever and fled. The auto body owner had to run a bit to get the number on the truck to call Morgans towing. The owner, in the end, did pay for damages. I would have given more stars if the tow guy took responsibility for things, wasnt all defensive and didnt treat my car so poorly. I mean the tow guy worker pretty much fleeing the scene when he was called out on what he did? ...unbelievable and unacceptable. Ill never allow them to touch any of mine or my familys cars ever again and certainly wont recommend them to anyone.

Havent actually used the service BUT I do go into Applebees quite frequently. With that being said, one of their drivers is consistently sitting at the bar there with his Morgans flatbed parked outside. Myself and a group of friends notice this often. Theyll text me saying the guy from Morgans is there. In any case, if you need to call them in the evening, take heed that he might be intoxicated!

I was in a bad collision . The police chose Morgans to tow my vehicle. The prices are high but the owner was a peach and took what i had which wasnt much. Nice dealing with a business that the owner is human and has a heart. Thank you Morgans towing

The guy in the truck with the license plate 400-4000 around 5:30 on June 21 2019 cut me off when I was trying to get on the highway on the way to Manchester and basically drove me off the road. SUCKS! Very irritating! Never doing business with Morgan’s towing btw.

Service was good overall. However we have called for a receipt 2 times now, over 4 weeks ago and still have not received it.

We had to go through almost several people just to get someone to talk to so I could grab my car. Every time we called they always said they would have someone call us, but it never happend. We finally had someone call us back after an hour of waiting there.

Service slow. Car not even looked at when I went to pick it up. Had to wait for at least a half hour.

A 1 star only because I cant give it a zero. No idea how their service is, but if it is anything like their driver who cut me off, nearly hitting me and causing an accident, then Id say it is probably terrible too. No regard for other drivers & seemed to think he owned the road.

What a good tow guy

Wow....Had this company tow my beautiful 79 Chevy 137 miles. Despite being told it would be here hours earlier. It didnt get here until passed 11. I gave the young man who delivered it the benefit of the doubt, that my truck was in one piece. It being 11 PM and all, it was too dark to throughly check it over. I got around too it after a long weekend of being out of town working. So I start to go over it on Tues morning, was delivered Fri, and notice a 12 inch crack on my windshield. Now, it was dropped off in a field with nothing around it. So I call to inform them that they must have broken it in transport, and the owner Kevin tells me that he is not liable as its been a few days. I couldnt believe it. No UFOs dropped a rock onto my windshield. He basically told me to pound sand. Dont ever use this company. So now I cant inspect my truck until I dish out 250$ for a new windshield. Thanks so much Morgans! Real stand up guy! He tried to say that some kids must have shot it with a bb gun lol. No kids around here, and 24 hr video surveillance to prove it went unmolested. No honor, no integrity.

Yesterday, I unexpectedly apparently hit something on the road, or a pothole, that pierced the outer sidewall on my 2014 Cadillac ELRs right front tire; near Exeter, NH. Within an hour Cadillac Roadside Assistance had Morgan Towing of Epping, NH; on scene, to expertly transport my car to Woodworth Cadillac. Rich was very courteous, friendly, and prompt; and carefully loaded and unloaded my car--which was no easy task! Well done! Thank you!

On two occasions, I engaged Morgans towing to transport a 91 year old antique auto; the first an interstate transport, the second a local one. On an open ramp truck weather factored into when the transports would happen. Both times they exhibited great flexibility as last minute, weather-induced changes in the transport date occurred. They arrived on time, transported and delivered the vehicle flawlessly. Kudos to the driver, Charlie, who used utmost care during the loading, securing-for-transit and unloading processes.
