Cloister’s Flooring America was an intricate part of our new home build. They installed all flooring finishes including hardwood, ceramic tile, and carpeting. We also worked with them on all bathroom and kitchen cabinetry, tile, backsplash, and counter tops. Matt and Robin were very responsive throughout the entire process. They helped us stay on budget, while offering many creative and beautiful options. Their attention to detail shines thru in the final product and they happily exceeded all our expectations. We recently had our third carpet project completed by Cloister Flooring. Molly was very helpful in helping us select a carpet option that was best for our newly finished basement. She guided us in selecting glue down carpet tiles that can easily be removed and replaced should we have ever have water damage. She also helped us find and select transition pieces to work around a tile area that we previously installed. The installers were kind and professional and did a great job making sure every detail was perfect. We will definitely use Cloister again for any future flooring needs!

This is our 3rd time working with Cloister Flooring and the 2nd time having Molly Boody as our sales/design consultant. They replaced our carpet in our finished basement after water damage. Two years ago, Molly helped us pick out flooring and paint for an addition to our home and once again came to our rescue as we did some upgrades to our home this summer. We had 2 bedrooms carpeted (one with a small hardwood area added). The sales folks are very helpful and the install team were excellent. Their full service install that includes moving the big stuff and putting it back is a huge bonus for us older people! Would definitely go back if we need more work done.

The men from Cloister Flooring just did a job for me at my apartment. I do not own the building, however I do live here. The men left my place a mess. There was pee all over my toilet and they were smoking at my front door blowing smoke into the apartment. One of the wokers passed me on my sidewalk, not knowing who I was, let me walk into my apartment with the door wide open. I could have been an intruder. They showed up before scheduled while my wife was showering without warning, entered my unit. It is 90 degrees outside and they left my front door wide open for hours with the air conditioner running. I confronted the workers from my back bedroom. To their surprise, they had no idea i was even home! I have thousands of dollars in tools, firearms, ammunition, and priceless valuables in the apartment just waiting for someone to steal and could very well have been stolen due to their reckless behavior! There is no respect for the tenants and I cannot wait for my electric bill to come back thanks to them leaving the air conditioner running with my front door open. These guys mustve been born in a barn. I would not recommend them to anyone.

It was high time to replace my bedroom carpet and I was looking at different places for different quotes. I was able to land at Cloisters show room as I walked around and asked many questions I found the type of carpet I wanted. The other places didnt have what I was looking for. I set a time for one of the sales guys to come out to my house to get measurements and give me a proper quote. Matt Weaver, the sales guy that came out was on time and quickly gave me a quote on the spot. A week or two later I got a call that they could install my carpet in September! Happy Camper here!! The guys came and in a half a day they had it all installed. I came home to a brand new room!!!Thank you Cloisters flooring for the great service! Will deff be returning for future projects!
