For many years I have saved a LOT of money with Cartridge World in Ephrata. The staff is also knowledgeable about printers and shares tips on loading cartridges the correct way, like one at a time for certain models or you will break it. They also know the ones that are the most economical and SHARE that info because they care about their customers - instead of keeping that secret so they can sell more cartridges. A truly top notch company of employees at the Ephrata location.

I often say that you dont really know how good a company is until something goes wrong. I got a ink cartridge from Cartridge World and a few days later it stopped working. I brought it in and explained what happened and they replaced it on the spot. Even though the cartridge failed, I was very happy with the experience. I know I can rely on Cartridge World for all my ink refills from now on.

Thought this was a cheaper alternative to OEM/original ink; turns out their prices are MORE than staples, and then I looked on Ebay and found entire sets of all colors/ink for only $10 with free shipping. This is the same kind of scam like laser lab, how can people really think that this is a good deal?Beware, dont get ripped off!

Simply put, Ive purchased numerous cartridges from Gina the proprietor, and shes yet to offer a cartridge that didnt work as advertised. Im confident that if a problem did occur that she would solve it promptly and tactfully.
