Wouldnt recommend. $32 for Interior/Exterior clean. I visited because sand from the beach was all over, being premium rubber mats they are very easy to clean.. yet they couldnt manage.Did it at home myself and they looked brand new in 5 mins.. Two stars simply because the outside wash was fine, just not remotely worth the price I paid

We paid for the Platinum, in + out, however when they told us the car was ready to go, they hadn’t put any tire shine on it. We had to ask for it to be put on. (However, this is and should be included and put on for the top of the line option.) Other than that, the car came out well, and the employees were all very friendly!

The Staff at MCW is on point. Theyre polite, energetic, outgoing and friendly. I almost felt bad having them clean the inside of my car. They definitely went above and beyond paying specific attention to areas of concern. The waiting area is very clean and accommodating. I will definitely go back. Ill also add it was quick. I was there less than 10min. A+

Mr. Car Wash is quick and easy. I was in and out in a couple minutes with a clean car. A basic exterior wash is $9, but I paid $13 for the underbody wash and repel shield. The people there were enthusiastic and friendly. I wish there was a cheaper self service option, but if you want a good quality fast wash, this is a great place to go

It’s very nice location because my family use their vacuum to fresh refresh up the floor carpet mats but the nozzle on it was wiggling a lot but it did very awesome

Poor cleaning of vehicle. Sunday morning and only one person working and cleaning the interior. She was rushing and did a poor job. Probably not her fault since the cars were lining up fast. Owners fault

I ran my explorer through the car wash and the brushes damaged my tailgate, after waiting 2 weeks for a call back they said they the damage was there prior, mind your I have wash wheel fiber stuck In my paint! Thanks for your response but the general manager has already made it clear your not covering it after not calling me back for 2 weeks. Yes there were 3 identical prior scratches however it was not the entire left side of the tailgate. I now know what made the first set of marks…..

They speed up the belt so your car goes through faster,and it doesnt get all the dirt,I complained about it and they said they have to to get all the cars through,for a better service and wash go to riptide in lititz,they dont speed up the belt when they are busy

Went for my routine oil change. Now owned by Valvoline and the experience was awful. Listed as opening at 730am on a Saturday, and was there sitting with 4 other cars for a half hour until they showed up at 8am. I paid almost $100 for an oil change and instead of my free car wash I received a $10 off a car wash ticket good for only 30 days. Lets raise prices and give less benefits. Will never come back after coming for 8 years.

Received a $100 gift card for Christmas. It was a generous gift but not a fan of the quality wash from Mister Car Wash. Their wash is not the best but thought I would get the monthly wash program over the winter and use up my gift card. They informed me that my gift certificate is only good basically for single washes. Please beware if you plan on buying a gift certificate. I asked to speak with the manager and called corporate both were not helpful.They saidvit is policy.

Talk about professional service—these guys were on the ball! Went in for a standard oil change. Told me 20 minutes, did it in 15! Pretty standard price as well.They also throw in a car wash coupon with the service. I will be coming here for the foreseeable future!

Ive tried this place twice now, getting the Platinum wash every time. And Ive been thoroughly disappointed both times. The exterior wash was wonderful, but the interior left A LOT to be desired.So Ill use this place for exterior washed only now. Because I had to come home and clean the inside all over again both times.

Oil change was way over priced never finished installing my engine cover screw was still sitting at the windshield when I got home

A nice facility in general with friendly staff. Disappointed with the inspection dept. The very young mechanic told me I had a cracked rear spring & failed me. I brought the car to another mechanic who said only the paint on the spring was peeling & the spring was not cracked. Mister would not admit they made an error. I wont be returning there again. Moral of the story, go to a place with more experienced mechanics.

I have gone to the self serve car wash many times over the years under the previous ownership. Recently I have gone there 2 times, and each time the soap dispensed from their system was so little that I left with my car in the condition I entered with. The first time it happened I figured it was just low on soap and didnt say anything, but once again having just left their facility and find the same situation realized that they must have it set up to dispense almost no soap. So, once again I come away with my car in the same condition that I entered with. So, now I must wash my car again, but not there! I had just washed my car by hand 1 week earlier, so the car had been spotless, so it was not like the car was filthy and had not been washed in a while. At this juncture, I do not intend to utilize this facility again, there are other car wash services in the area.

Hours are accommodating. They Adjusted the membership price during the pandemic to 1-cent in order to keep mu account active. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative.

On most visits I have to ask that the person at the entrance spray over my car. The last several times I have been there, my rear window, roof and trunk are still dirty when I leave. The wash tunnel does not seem to give consistent results.Oftentimes, although my subscription has never changed, I seem to receive different wash cycles when I go through the tunnel. I would expect that with everything being automated I could get a complete and consistent wash, but that has not been my experience. It’s disappointing, but better than nothing I suppose. When this location was Cloister Car Wash the service was better and the wash results were also much better.

They do a real nice job. $25 exterior and interior was a bargain for the quality done.

You pay $13 for a car wash, tire dressing and they don’t even dry your car. My back hatch & window on my SUV doesn’t look like it was even touched. I’ll go elsewhere where you get all that and they even dry your door jambs.

Had horrible experiences in the past and left reviews but this place has since dropped the mister and since becoming valvoline, it seemes they have redrawn up the way they do service and gotten rid of the bad apples. Im proud to say I had a very quick and great experience getting my oil changed with no wait and no waiting room. I got to stay in my car and was delivered great service but they also got my AC working again after over a year of it being off. They have truly upgraded their business. Im glad to see the establishment has found its direction. I will return.

I have used their pet wash twice now. First time it would not accept my debit card so I went and got cash then it wouldnt accept my bills. I used what quarters I had and ran out of time due to the dryer blowing cold air the entire time. Gave my card another shot and IT WORKED. So after $25 I had a washed dog that was still wet and cold. Called the office and couldnt get through to anybody so I left a message and never got a call back. Just had my second horrible experience. It accepted my card first try this time but we got cold water the entire time and again cold air to blow dry. Inserted card again and maybe 3 minutes before it shut off we finally got warmer air and it cost 30 bucks! So i called the office again to get transferred twice to a full voicemail then disconnected! Next time I will wait for the appointment at Pet-Valu where you not only pay under $15 for UNLIMITED time but you get warm water, hot air, towels, dog treats and a finishing spray!

The quality is the same or improved slightly since new ownership, always plenty of staff. However, maintenance services are $$$$$ here.

Great service, nice cleaning of car for the price

The service does not seem to be as good as it was over the years. Case in point, when you enter the wash tunnel, the person doing the prewash spray if often looking away or talking to someone and waving you to continue onward. That person also only sprays the windshield; in years past they went around the car front & back.When I clean the car inside and give instructions, they are often not followed. Its gotten to the point that I bring my car home (3/10 of a mile from the car wash) and finish the job.Years past the crews seemed more professional and did a great job.

The girl that took the money was rude and self absorbed, the guys did a good job paying attention to the cleaning requests but after paying 36 dollars the interior was still dirty, the place was empty so there was no reason for them not to do a good job,, i get disappointed with the wash service time and time again,

If ur full service platinum would not have gone up over70 I would still have that plan ! I see way fewer cars getting that service and a lot less young kids having jobs, thought u guys had an awesome plan to support local kids and helping the community . But that changed and I’m sure there was a reason ??

My Experience this location getting worse, they did not wash my car the way I would like to, they thinking I came every day, why should they....... ? but I paid for unlimited wash, so I got my right to come if I feel the car need to be wash, but they give me a dirty look, they care less, so I would like to cancel my membership this month coming up and screw them or screw you too, Im so sick of it

I just cant believe how freaking expensive it is just for oil change and tire rotation. However, I did have excellent customer service from Patrick.

Good car wash. Just be careful with the self wash. The foam brush has blue foam that will dye your hands and /or clothing. I didnt know the first time and hand blue hands for a few days. The second time I was more careful but it happened to drip on my shorts. Im hoping it comes out in the wash.

Im not happy that the guy in front of me gets a really nice hand spraying around all four wheelwells and the whole truck and they dont even spray mine. This has happened a dozen times or more!!! P.S. why cant they spray every car the same like closter use to do it.

Went in for a basic oil change. They tried to upsell me on everything and then proceeded to guilt trip me because I wouldn’t give in. They claimed that they were checking my fluids and discovered that my air filter was dirty. While in the waiting area, I heard them give this same spiel to everyone else who was there. Well, it’s obvious that they didn’t even check my fluids because I checked them later out of curiosity and they were all low. I now have doubts about whether they even did the oil change. This was my first visit to this location and it will be my last.

After getting screwed at a local dealership on inspection, Mister was fast, courteous and honest. They will do my inspections from now on. Thanks for a nice experience.

Even before COVID, you removed the soda & popcorn machine. Also the price took a big jump this year, I had to downgrade my plan for External Only”. The Ephrata, Pa location uses very little product, i.e. soap and other cleaning products.

Just stopped in to get my car washed through the automatic system nothing special just needed a clean car.

This place is likable but in a funny way. Basicly they do what they have to but thats about all and dont go the extra mile which is something I appreciate.

Great place to get an oil change. No appointment, just pull and tell the guy what you want. I always feel very taken care of when i come here and feel like my car is in good hands. Also they have free coffee and popcorn so thats always a plus!

Went in for a inspection for my wife’s car because I of course waited till the last minute, all done no problem. I couldn’t believe the amount of up selling in the waiting room to other customers. The one lady next to me got talked into a engine flush because this time of the year supposedly creates moisture and can damage your engine, if you drive your car all the time and change your oil regularly you will have no issue with that! If you drive once a year that might happen but with today’s oil and engines that is never needed! Got quite a chuckle out of the oil change guys up selling 😂😂😂

I specifically needed inside of my vehicle cleaned from transporting our Christmas tree! Got home open back hatch to discover they didnt even touch it.. still needles everywhere!No Adult Management do you ever see... only Younge teenage kids.

After no car wash for six months, my car was hugely grimy inside and out! Got the premium inside and outside wash-- totally amazing on how great my car looked after they worked their magic on it! The crew of attendants were diligent, paid attention to detail, and accomplished their terrifically challenging job with flying colors! Ill try to be better about getting washes a bit more often! Well worth it!

I commonly use the Manheim Pike Lancaster location. The actual car wash is good and appears to be very well maintained. That said, Im constantly disappointed in finishers who wipe down and vacuum the car - their work is consistently poor. Their work quality has nothing to do with whether theyre busy or slow. Poor work quality is especially hard to accept when they have plenty of workers and its clearly a slow time. To find my car not wiped down or vacuumed well when they werent busy and I watched them quickly do their work and stand around doing nothing while my car is slowing being pulled through half of the garage untouched by anyone - its disappointing. Then to have someone ask me to let them know if it needs touched up. I could show them many things that they missed on every visit. Why should I have to do that? It makes me look like the bad guy. I expect them to do it right and I expect them to inspect the work to make sure that its done right. On a positive note, the Ephrata location does a much, much better job from start to finish - their people are clearly committed to doing a good job. Unfortunately, that location isnt near as convenient for me as the Lancaster location.

It was my first time at Mister Car Wash and I was so impressed with the employees and how hard they worked to make my old 2009 car look beautiful. It is the only one I will go to from now on.

I was an unlimited wash club member. I found that the guide rails were damaging the wheel finish on my Audi Q7. They investigated and determined to not be at fault for the damage because my factory wheels are powder coated gray instead of the original silver rendering them aftermarket. They do not cover damage to aftermarket parts. I will say the manager that called was very polite but it feels like a silly reason to shirk responsibility. Beware if your vehicle has tire sidewalks shorter than 4 or you will be in the same boat.

I have a commercial truck smaller than a mini van and they turned me away due to the type of vehicle.

Great car wash except for the fact that it’s not touchless. If you go there often enough it WILL leave fine scratches on your vehicle. About the only reason I go here is because of they’ll clean out your interior. But I have never had a bad experience here.

Went in for an oil change today. The young woman who greeted me could not have been more unenthusiastic and chilly. Then, when they were done, no one came out and gave me a verbal report (which they have always done in the past) and when I presented the coupon they had given me before she whined that their new system no longer had that coupon and she would have to look it up. I would advise that if she hates her job that much she should find a new one, she is not doing herself or her employer any favors by staying. A friendly greeting goes a long way.

I dont recommend this branch it doesnt clean the entire vehicle. I usually use Lancaster or reading. Reading is the best. They just upped their prices and made the car wash faster. I wont return. Please note Ive been going here for 15 years.

I appreciate the monthly wash club but as a member, I miss the hand drying at the end of the tunnel that had been a staple of the customer service with the previous owner. Also I mention at every visit that the automatic car wash does not completely clean my car. My back window is always dirty when I leave the car wash.
