Great service, done right first time, local family owned shop.

Went in for starter solenoid replacement. Paid to have it towed to their location as the vehicle didnt start. Did not get a call confirming it arrived, did not get a call with a diagnosis or quote for parts OR labor. Got a call eventually saying the car was ready to pick up, they replaced the entire starter, and itd be almost $800. When I got there, I begrudgingly paid it, went to start the car, and the battery was dead. They jumped it, I drove around for a while to recharge the battery. Later that day went to see if it started back up, and no dice. Something they did while doing an unapproved replacement ended up killing the battery which is another $150 to replace.

I asked Ray to do one more oil change & trip check before moving out of state. He did a wonderful job. I am sorry to be losingf Ray & Randys as my car repair and maintenance place. They have always been there when I needed them and if something ever was not quite right, they made it good. I want to say a special thanks to Ray, Melanie, and Jamie for all they havre done for me over the years. Thanks guys.

Great place to take your car if you’re looking for honest and straight forward people. They were very helpful in figuring out the problem, and explaining what was going on. I will definitely be taking my car back there when I can’t do the work myself.

Have always had great prices for the work they do. If its something real involved I would recommend considering going to the dealership but they have never disappointed me in the past 6 years of repairs and inspection s and two timing belts. I appreciate that they are fair with inspection sticker s and not trying to replace everything they can and upcharge you for everything like other garages I have been to.

I just had both my vehicles in for inspection and emissions. Joe the one who did them is an honest tech I been having him do my vehicles for the last 5+ years even when he worked at a different location... Where ever he goes I will go! And randy and the females who run it are nice and look out for you. I had issues getting my registration and insurance printed and they helped me out and printed it... Thank you guys for providing a place I feel comfortable with taking my vehicles knowing Im not getting ripped off!. Ill be comming back again.

Roy & Randy’s Auto & Truck helped us out immensely. Our daughter was moving from Ephrata and I ordered a U-Haul online. We picked the truck up at R&Rs, got to the apartment and decided the truck was too small. We called R&Rs, but they didn’t have a bigger truck - I thought we were SOL. Over the past few years I have needed to rent trucks on two separate occasions and interacting with them is always so positive. Highly recommend them!

Do not go to this place.Had 2 of my vehicles in they fixed it and didnt solve the problem.They say they fixed something that you didnt need done and you have to take your car back in after 2000 thousand dollars and several back and forth trips.Problem not solved they work to fast and dont check the work before or after.I am telling you from my experience of several cars I have taken to them.They are a major rip off..

I was driving down the highway past Elizabethtown when my engine basically exploded in the middle of a blizzard. AAA took me to the Moat’s Services in Elizabethtown and the man who works for Moat’s also works for Ray & Randy’s. I live in Ephrata and he towed my car for free for me then gave me my first oil change for free with my new engine he gave me. Super sweet people, great customer service, I live in Millersville now and I still go here.

Had my car here 3x for no heat. First attempt was to repair thermostat gasket ( 167.00 ). Told me I had heat. Guess what? No heat! 2nd attempt they flushed and burped the cooling system. Told me I had heat. Again NO HEAT! 3rd attempt was to replace waterpump. Got heat finally. Then engine light comes on for thermostat. Took car in for inspection at another shop only to find out they bypassed my oil cooler for no reason. Will NEVER take another vehicle here again or recommend
