The owner refuses to have her staff or employees wear masks during the COVID pandemic. She even paid a $7,500 fine for not following common sense.So if you want to get sick, drop on by. If you want to stay healthy, you should take your business elsewhere.

They need to WEAR MASKS. It disgusts me that people dont take covid seriously. Angers me so much.

They do NOT do Amazon returns (scan the code & print the label) like the real UPS stores. Just a heads up, so you dont waste your time if thats what you need. You will have to go to an actual UPS location.

Make sure you tape your box 100%!! I had to pay for a full roll that was very small and extemly expensive!! All I needed was 1 small strip that was 6 inches long. AND WE ALL KNOW THEY HAVE 10 ROLLS ON DESPENCERS IN THE BACK. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN, ID RATHER DRIVE TO BONNEY LAKE WHERE THERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND WOULD GLADLY TAPE A BOX FOR ME!!

Total con artists. They charge double normal rates for shipping. They tried charging me $65 to ship a 8lb package UPS to Connecticut. I walked out the door and drove to the UPS store in Auburn where they shipped my package for $29.
