Please stop hiring people who hate their jobs and clients. Shipping things and important documents can be a confusing things at times and there is NO reason to be rude or act like your question is an inconvenience.

Regularly open late, staff doesnt wear masks, and have a bad attitude. They act mad when people come in with outgoing mail.

My postal carrier delivered one more of my packages to the wrong address. This is the second time in 7 months. I called and spoke to a supervisor and he told me to go to the USPS website and file a claim. Offered no help at all. The way this is going should I expect to have a package not delivered every Seven months??? No accountability on the Post Office side at all.

My carrier is fantastic just moved into town He was so friendly and helpful on how I submit a change of address and how to get my new mailbox key. Far better then what I was used to in Auburn!

If I could leave no stars I would. I am not sure why the two people I spoke to had such bad attitudes but I truly feel sorry for them if theyre life is that miserable to speak to people the way they do. I just remained calm and proceeded being kind to them. Even though they took forever to get my ducklings that were supposed to be overnighted, which resulted in them arriving deceased. I told them to dispose of them because I didnt want dead ducks especially after the way they spoke to me over the phone. They proceeded to tell me that they were going to put the dead ducklings on my door step. Truly a terrible experience.

Very pleased, this office was very helpful and went above and beyond to make things right. The only Post Office that will actually pick up the phone and help you out

Nice little post office with uneven service, sometimes good and sometimes not so good. Packages are sent out promptly. Usually a good experience with fast and friendly service. Usually, but not always; your mileage may vary. Whatever. Get your package stamped and get the heck out of there.

Lived in the same place for almost 3 years and they just randomly stop delivering my mail. Stuff gets returned to sender. But you bet they bring that junk mail!

I love dealing with our friendly local post office. They deal with a lot of people every day and not all of those people are friendly and cheery. It does not take much for people to appreciate what service they are providing and be nice.

Went there on Saturday to ship parcels.Lady behind counter was very condescending and needs to learn customer service. Since I had filled out one address label ( had not been attached to parcel) I could not change way of shipping, which would have been less expensive.She seemed inconvenienced by my business.I understand its the Holiday season, but thats what you get paid to do.Will never set foot in here again, and will go to Auburn where the wait is longer, but the clerks are very helpful.

Today i went to the enumclaw post office. Post office staff lady she told me your funny.Because I wearing a turban and i am a sikh. .we are proud of our turban.we are proud to be a sikh. So dont hate the turban and sikh
