Customer service at A-Best is top notch!! Kelly takes great care of us when we go visit the store.We recently had a new liner put in the pool. While it took longer than I wanted for them to get started, the job was fast and professional once they were on site, the pool looks brand new.Once the liner was in and filled, they ensured we had the chemicals needed to restart the pool and the know how to get it balanced quickly.We highly recommend A-Best and their friendly customer service.

Their customer service at the shop is awesome, friendly and fast however we had a liner repair done that was from warranty work and it looks like a two year old did it. I asked the manager on the seen about it and got its the best I can do

Horrible customer service. We called them everyday for two months, and they kept stating we were on the list. They called my fiancé and gave him a date that they would come. When we called them to see what time they would make be to check the pool that day, all of a sudden they werent taking any new clients. They said they made a fictious call letting us know that they removed us from the list however who call and ask what time you are showing up if you informed them they were no longer on the list. Everyone on the office were rude. The last girl we spoke with hanged the phone up in my fiancés face. We went from a simple leaf cleaning problem to a full fledged slimy green pool, die to weather during the two month waiting period. If they would have told us they werent taking any new clients sooner, then we would have searched for a replacement sooner. I do ot suggest anyone reach out to them interested in new clients. And thats clear based on how they handled the miscommunication. Just rude you arent an existing client. Great place to shop for pool supplies. Very friendly environment . Very knowledgeable and helpful, but more importantly they are all around great Christian people. Me and my family have been using A-Best Pools for many years and they have always been more than great, but this summer brought new challenges for me and my family. A few months ago I was in a traumatic accident at work. That changed my life forever. I was unable to keep up with our pool and like every pool owner knows. If you dont take care of it . It can quickly turn into a swamp. Which unfortunately our pool did. We have 3 kids that are looking forward to this coming summer break, but sad that they would not have a pool to swim in on those hot summer days. So I reached out to Kelly to let her know what was going on and why I havent been in lately, but before I could even finish. Kelley stopped me and told me that they would be more than happy to help me and my family. The very next day there were chemicals in our pool. And now its on its way to being blue again. I dont know of any other pool company that can even compete with there level of service and class. Me and my family are very grateful . Thanks to A-Best Pools our kids will be able to swim on those hot summer days. Me and my family cant thank them enough and will always be in there debt. Bottom line. If you are looking for a pool company. Look know further than right here. They are very professional, care greatly for there community, and are completely AMAZING!!! THANK GOD FOR A-BEST POOLS.

Jim and Kelley (A Best Pools) have maintained our pool for the better part of 3 years. They are wonderful, honest people and very knowledgeable about anything pool-related. After shocking, I had stains in my pool on the skimmers, ladder, jets, light, and drains. Their staff recommended the perfect product, it worked almost instantaneously. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need!

Will never use this place for anything, changed my liner but never swept before installation now there are rocks under the liner from the installers shoe, installed a blown light bulb never returned to change it, however did provide excuses, We are short handed. Installed my Turbo cell without turning the power off before plugging it into the panel, now I need a new one. Tremendously disappointed! Go to Hughes pool! Enjoy my money

Their hours are inconvenient for the working family. If you don’t get there before 11:45 they lock the doors early on Saturday even though they close at noon. You would think if they always have a line to the door on Saturday they would extend their hours.

These folks really care abou5 helping you take care of your pool. Very knowledgeable and Jim and Kelly are super nice.

My dad has been in the pool business for about 35 years, I worked in it prior to the Army for about 5 years.Ive been in their store a couple times and had GREAT customer service every time. On several occasions they have steered me away from a more expensive option, even suggesting free options over purchasing products from them.

So I was a little nervous about switching from Hughes Pools to A Best but day 1, the customer service was amazing and the staff were super knowledgeable. Surprisingly, I came out of the store without spending a dime on chemicals. Unlike Hughes pools, where I spent over $1000 this year on pool supplies.

I went to buy a roll of wall foam. They had 3 rolls of wall foam out front. They would not sell it to me. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would recommend going anywhere else but here. The only reason they get 1 star from me is that it wont let me give them 0 stars. They will never get my business.

Ive been in A Best Pools about three times wanting some help with a diving board, pool liners, and chemical issues in the past. Never really was helped, just given suggestions. So, I ran into one of their guys that cleans pools ( VERY nice young man) and was given a card so I decided to call 5 weeks ago to make arrangements for them to start servicing my pool. I was told that someone would come by my house and they would look at it and call me back to talk about getting this started and finalized. BUT, as of this day, NOONE has showed up at my house, NOONE has called me back to discuss them making any money off of me and when I call them back I NEVER get anyone to answer my phone call. Soooo apparently they make so much money that they dont need anymore business or Ive been A Best Pool black listed.
