If I were rating the employees in the various departments, I would give them a ZERO for their lack of customer service. I have numerous negative experiences that I could speak to.The reason for the 2 is the fantastic service provided in the self checkout and for sure, the staff in the lumber yard. Their hard work is worthy of a 5, but their peers inside suck. If you need a piece of lumber cut, you better look for Mr. Johnny. If you have a return, look for Breanna. There are a few more hard workers; but for the most part, the others are sorry and everyone knows it.I know the store is understaffed, but thats no excuse for poor customer service. I fault management!

This store has the worse customer service we have experienced at a Lowe’s. They make it very clear they don’t need your money and when you ask questions you truly are a burden. Also every time we called for an order status up date we got hung up on. We ordered a fridge back in July and were told it would be in by early August. August came around and since we couldn’t ever reach anyone on the phone we went in there and they informed us that we would now be without a fridge until October. The best thing this store did was give us a refund.Also our purchases never show up on the my Lowe’s account. We truly miss our old Lowe’s we went to before we moved.

Lowe’s is turning out to be the worst place to deal with!!! We had a pick up that was ordered yesterday and went to the lumber yard for pickup dude at the gate would not get up to meet customers as they come through.. We had to wait over an house still NO HELP along with multiple other ELDERLY folks. The young boy who is supposed to be pulling the orders was just walking around as slow as he could playing with his inappropriate hair for a company employee!!! My disabled husband and the other elderly after waiting so long with no help had to go and pull all the orders themselves!!! If my husband hurt himself I will be filling a lawsuit against Lowe’s !!! This has not been the first time we have had this same issue happen.. Lowe’s needs to go back to their old policies and hiring process, the new one is horrible. Also the same kids playing with his hair stood and watched a woman who was with her husband and new born baby crawl under all the wood to get the pieces they needed, not once did he offer to help or tell the lady ma’am I’ll get that for you!!!!

Enterprise,Al store is the worst. Their customer service is a joke. They make you feel like youre a burden for being there! They need to get those cranky ladies out of customer service! The guys and gals in the garden center are awesome. The plumbing center, not so much. You have to forcibly ask for help our theyll just lowered their heads and speed past you. They certainly could use some refresher training in customer service! Myself and two other gentlemen became very irate and frustrated waiting to be helped. One guy got so mad, he just put his stuff down and left.
Definitely an Eh place to get hardware. Your wait times can be long to return something, and they may be out of stock on some things. But hey, they have military discounts and military parking, which is good.

Ordered a fence installation. Twelve days later I have no fence, but I have a bill for the first payment!! Could not get a refund in the store. Had to call 2 different 888 numbers to get the order cancelled!!
They had the materials I needed to finish building my fence! They also had lots of vegetable plants that topped off my garden. Great prices on everything!

🔥3/21/22 @ 7:56pmCame in to simply buy a rake to rake my mothers yard. We are a military family, but my mother is also an elder and disabled, so Im her caretaker. I ask for a military discount on the rakes I purchased, and it wasnt allowed, because my mother was not in the system even though I had her military ID. I asked a worker to get a hold of a manager. The manager on duty at the time was a lady named LORIE. we stood there and waited a long time for her to come around. When she finally came around, she did not approach me to speak to me of the issue. Instead, she gave a message to the worker to tell me that theres nothing she could do even though she was was clearly standing a few feet away from me. she obviously didnt care to help, nor did she take the time to walk over and address the situation. Places do not need workers like that. Horrible customer service. Eventually, I got our military discount, but had to go through a lot of trouble and involve a friend to get it since his father was in the system.
Love it. I ordered on line, called ahead to let them know that I was on my way, and they brought my items right out. Walmart could learn a thing or two from Lowes. Great service.

Kind of dirty and several of their light fixture display were not working. Its kinda hard to determine which LED light fixture you want to buy when they are not lit. Also a poor selection of flourescent lights in 2 packs. They had plenty of them if you wanted to buy a case. But what homeowner needs a case. The one positive is their customer service staff was very helpful.
They will literally NEVER answer the phone when you call them. It is infuriating.
Over all we love the Lowes store, but appliances, that department itself is horrible. You stand around waiting for someone to help, which is fine, but when mutiple employees pass you by that work in appliances thats a different story.
My wife and I were looking to buy a trailer. Found one we wanted and went to customer service. The girl at the desk was helpful, but the employee that was meant to help just wasted my time. She went out to get the info from the trailer, came back, confirmed the price, then went to grab the title. She came back and said they didn’t have the title and stared blankly at me. I said “ok... so I can’t buy a trailer?” And she said yeah and walked off. I guess I’ll buy my trailer and supplies elsewhere.
A few employees not knowing what in the world I was talking about was a disappointment. Not having what I needed was also a disappointment.

Have been to Lowes in New Brockton, AL & found some lovely potted plants & did some purchasing. The only thing about the store is most of the employees are so laid back they dont want to help us the customers who really spend their hard earned money THAT pays their salary, so get the chip off your shoulders & be inthusastic ABOUT YOUR JOBS EVERYONE.
Usually I love the customer service at Lowe’s, it’s typically perfect. But when I needed some material for some projects I’m working on I called the store and asked if they were able to cut the wood for me so I can fit it in my car, the first woman had to go check with a manager and the second woman told me they would be able to. I drove 20 minutes to get to the store to be told the saw has been broken for awhile and they couldn’t cut it for me.
I am very satisfied with the exceptional customer service I received from Angie in the Enterprise Lowes. I called about an online order that had been transferred to Enterprise from another store because the other store did not have all the items. Unfortunately Enterprise did not have what I was looking for either, but Angie went the extra mile and called around to other stores and then called me back with the results. I know she was busy with people in the store, but I really appreciate her taking the extra time for me on the other end of a phone. Thanks Angie for exceptional Customer Service!
Worst store ever.i bought a grill and a cover for it a 3:42 today. The cashier said it would be just a second until someone was coming to unlock the grill so I could grab mine. Waited 15 minutes nobody comes out there. I go back inside and the girl at the self checkout asked if anyone has come out there and I said no. She pages for someone to meet me by the grills.i waited 15 minutes again and no one showed up.i ended getting my money back cause of bad service.this wasnt first time from here either. Two months ago it took a hour and half to get a dryer.the only bright spot of this store was the black girl at the self checkout. She was helpful my whole time there. If I was you, steer clear of this debacle of a store.
The employees were beyond lazy and paid no attention to their customers whatsoever. My husband and my petite self struggled loading materials onto our trailer. Ill stick to the lowes in dothan wheres theres common sense and employees who look out with care.

Has just about everything youd need for home renovations and remodeling. Some prices do seem a bit high especially when it comes to some of their tools.One of my biggest problems Ive run into was finding 2x4s that werent trashy looking, warped, bowed, broken, or the last bit of the tree that just seemingly passes for a 2x4.(talking about the cupped looking 2x4s that can be on one side or even both sides of the board. Meaning the outside of the tree trunk where youll have all your bad spots where it just barely makes a passable 2x4.)They have your household cleaners, paints, plumbing, lawn care equipment(small assortment of replacement parts for lawn mowers, Weed eater, and chainsaws. Meaning tune-up parts only) they do have premixed fuels.In my opinion best thing that could have been done for these 2 cycle engines is to take away the guess work on how much oil you need to add to fuel for your fuel mixtures.They got you grills, BBQs, and smokers to include the utensils for grilling, BBQing, and food smokers. Also includes your cleaners as well.Remember a clean grill is a happy and healthy grill, also helps to keep any fungus and mold from growing inside whichever grill type you are using.Meaning no worrying about something that may get on your food from the last time you grilled out possibly getting whomever eats it sick.Everything you need to build a new home or maybe a barn, shed, or garden. To include having all your gardening tool.They also carry how to books, project planning guides, interior decorating guides and ideas, same with exterior decorating guides, deck and patio books, and more.There is also plenty of masonry products and guides there as well.I give 3 out 5 stars cause everytime I go to get lumber always have to either go back outside to hunt down a cart to get my lumber, or they dont have any quality lumber its the trashy looking boards no one wants so you spend about 30 min to an hour looking and hoping to find something decent in the the trashy looking lumber. How about trying to find a price on a piece of lumber if youre lucky its the right spot if not youre surprised when you get to check out and its double what you thought.Or if youre looking for an industrial-grade Degreaser that you knew they carried and you been getting it from them for x amount of time all of a sudden its gone replaced by hand sanitizer kind of gets under your skin a bit or when you hear an announcement saying their stocks are replaced daily you go in the next day to find out its still out of stock and that happens for a few weeks false advertising if you ask me, or when you go to checkout register and you want to have a copy of the receipt and it sent to your email as well and the clerk just bypassing the whole email part and just give you a receipt kind of gets under your skin if you lose that receipt without going into you my Lowes and plugging it in the next day because its not available for 24 hours youre SOL on whatever warranty you had for what was on that receipt.Other than those few small factors that I have mentioned Ive had no problem out of the store Ill continue to shop at that store I just wish they were better with their upkeep and better with their stock out of 20 items that I wanted to get from that store I would come out with at least 16 or 17 out of 20 so overall not bad other getting some kind of help does still require a little bit of patience.

Checked out garden department. Always a pleasure to see whats blooming or in stock. Always a great variety of shrubs, annuals and perrineals.
Received knowledgeable help from Retired seargeant Major George as to the light bulb I needed, didnt have to wait, he came over when he saw me searching in the light bulb section, explained the difference between the two bulbs also showing me the difference using the instructions on the back of the box, on top of that pointed out the bulbs that were on sale, bought two extra boxes! When Lowrs Enterprise first opened, I could ask any employee a question and get an immediate answere or a call was put in and within minutes the person with the answer was there! George was that type person, he didnt wait for someone to ask, he ask! Left satisfied for the first time in many years! A customer should not have to look for help, any employee should ask can I be of assistance?
Went to Enterprise Lowe’s and had a list that said they had about 60 pieces of the lumber I was looking for so when I got there I couldn’t find it so I ask a young boy that worked in the lumber section where I could find them. He just told me they didn’t exist even though it says they have 60. So I asked him what could I get in it’s place he just looked at me with a don’t care attitude and said I don’t know and walked away. Service is not a priority with some that work at Lowe’s in Enterprise.
Every single isle I walked down, I was offered help. Even the Valspar sale rep went above and beyond her job description to help me with my DIY project. She was very helpful and informed. The cashier who checked me out was in a great mood and offered to notch service. Greatly appreciated. 👍

Literally the worst curbside pickup service. I was the only one waiting in a spot so i thought id get it done quickly....NOPE.... Checked in on the app but still no service. Took 30 min till i was able to speak with someone on the phone. Another 10 min until my stuff was brought out. I tried in store pickup a couple months before this and its just as bad...rude service along with long wait time even though i was the only one in line...maybe they should go get some instore/curbside tips from walmart, cause theyve never treated me this bad.
OK I went to two Lowes today one in Dothan and one in enterprise. It appears the one in Dothan has a lot more to offer than the one in enterprise. That one seems as if it is always out of stuff
The Enterprise Lowes Employees provided excellent service, but the customer Pickup area in the back of the building need someone organizational skills have like items all together. Really needs work.
I had a pickup order and the boxes were bulky and i have a small car. I also had to pick up other things afterwards. The items i purchased with thin/small the box was way too large.I askwed if i could take the items out of the box and the employee said or you can take the boxes with you.It threw me off guard. I guess it was a rough day but it was awkward and unnecessarily sassy.Typically the service is great though.
Just looked for a couple bulbs, they had it so I was very satisfied.😀

I think this place has 3 employees for the whole store and when I found an employee and asked for help she was rude and told me I would have to get another to try and help me I said where do I find this person and she kind of rambles and walks away. Ill say when I did finally got some help the guy was helpful oh yeah I did have to help him do the job because he had no one to help him roll up the flooring (go figure) lol. This is probably my last time going to Lowes for flooring cause I guess they only keep in stock what they have on the sample rack. To Lowes management dont be afraid to hire somebody to attend to customers after all that is the reason why you are open right to sell things to other people . Tall dont have enough employees to make a dodgeball team I cant imagine the amount of money walking out of your stores daily because of this here is a hint its probably a lot more than what you would have to pay somebody to be there

I purchased new carpet and had it installed by Lowe’s. The salesperson did the installation outline and located the tape seams in the wrong location (close to the entry door ). The installation company was Legacy Flooring and they did a good job on the installation. My major concern was the lack of adherence to the COVID-19 protocols. I asked them to wear a mask while within the home and they continued to violate my concern. The owner said during installation they needed to not wear a mask and if it was a major concern of mine I should not be in the room. I insisted they be worn however whenever I was out of the room they took them off and put them on when I came back. Obviously they missed the point of breathing the particles in the air. Had the job not been already paid for and waited so long for the installation date I would’ve kicked them all out. I never received a survey request from Lowe’s so here is my review .

The purchase of Christmas lights on the 29th of December and the lights were incomplete. They do not stock the missing part. They would not accept it as a return and I have been waiting for over an hour for a manager for an override. How do you think I feel?

Disorganized, no one could find our order. The girl at customer service wearing a mask and behind a glass partition became annoyed because we couldnt understand what she was saying. Hope we dont have to visit this store again.
