Emilio head supervisor ensures the work project is being done to the customers plans. He has alot of projects going with different clients at one time but is conscientious about sending an honest and trustworthy team. The team in my opinion did a great job! We love the results and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future!

They did a great job on a difficult storm door installation. They had the job done less than 24 hours after my initial phone call. Will definitely use again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR! VPS remodeled our childrens bathroom for us that turned out Ok, so we decided to re-model our master bathroom. This time, they sent only one guy to work on the project (? why? I dont know), so my husband had to help the one guy so we could get it finished sooner. The shower floor was never done leveled, and even though we ask that one guy to re-do it, he still did a bad job the second time around, and the water puddles all the time. Then, within a year, we started to smell a bad odor in the shower, and the grout started cracking. My husband kept coking the edges of the shower, and the problem would get fixed for a few days. Then my husband finally investigated online what to do about the problem, and realized that the contractor had skipped the step of water proving our shower behind the tile. Needless to say, we had to stop using our shower, now for 2 months and counting, trying to get another contractor to come and re-do the whole half bottom of our shower, and we dont even know what mold, and other bad things we will find when we break the tile. I called VPS and left a message for Emilio to call, several weeks ago, and we have not heard from them. It is very sad, after so many thousands of dollars spend, that now we are left without the ability to shower there for the fear of more damage and mold (this is the second floor of the house), we have called many different tile people to re do but they are all booked, and it is going to cost us another 2 thousand dollars to fix (when we finally get someone), and Emilio doesnt even call us back to back up his work!
