Love being a member of this gym! Im Always greeted with a friendly smile from staff, and even the other gym members seem happier than in some other Planet Fitness gyms Ive visited. Equipment/workout areas and restroom/locker room are always kept very clean and sanitized. Id like to specifically recognize Toni for always being so welcoming and an extremely helpful staff member. Keep up the great work! Thanks for all yall do!

So we really wanted to start this off a different way and We wanted to give this place 5 starts but we just can not. So as you walk through the gym you see all these signs on the wall as well as some of the machines talking about “you belong” “no critics” “judgement free zone” but just as you feel like dang I do belong you then realize if you are a very fit person, you know the ones who lift heavy or even have a gallon of water you are going to be judged and criticized . Heck they even have a lunk alarm on the back wall here and another sign of a cartoon body builder with a line through him like he does not belong. So it sure does sound very contradictory to what they are telling you as you walk in. Just a note. If you are going to say one thing then mean itNow to all the good things about this place. One membership is cheap. They have everything you need to get fit even if you are one of those so-called LUNKS . Love the branding they do at the gym. When I see purple I am automatically thinking of this gym. They have massages chairs, tanning and people walking around cleaning the gym. There are no weights on the floors at least the 2 times we are there and the staff is very friendly. If you pass one of these you should go in and check it out. We are members of other gyms as well and this one is by far the cleanest of everyone we have been into. Trust me we are sponsored athletes so we see a lot of gyms and this one is on top. We hope the rest of these chains are just as nice.Again it would be 5 stars if it was not for the contradictions on the walls.

I Like the atmosphere and how affordable it is. Everyone does their own thing and I dont feel ashamed. I feel more comfortable and confident each time I go because I know I know that I am one step closer to my goal, you will get there one step at a time with Planet fitness.

One cant do deadlifting & squating with barbells unless attached to a Smith machine.

I dont always feel super confident about going to the gym and walking inside and actually seeing someone at the front desk with a smiling face and even maybe a good morning would make me more confident about working out here

Welcoming atmosphere, spacious, senior friendly, accommodating staff, clean workout area and locker room, uncrowded, well maintained equipment. I do wish Planet Fitness would offer the black shirts with gears again. :)

Very clean, well kept gym! Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I’d give this gym 5 stars if they had free weight racks for squats and deadlifts.

Clean and comfortable massage chairs . I recommend the Hydro Massage Therapy. The Red light body enhancement helps too

This place is VERY rude. My grandmother recently became interested in wanting to workout since I have been doing so, and she called today to ask about memberships and staff proceeded to laugh and mock her. I don’t know the names of the two men who did so but it was very belittling to elders and my grandmother especially. I will not tolerate such rude service and it would’ve been fine if someone of a higher standing called her back with an apology. Instead, they called back to laugh and quote on quote ask, “who is this” and laugh at her every time she spoke or asked a question. Disappointed but not surprised.

A great place to go the gym, especially if you’re a beginner or looking to lose weight. There are other gyms when and if you decide to completely dive into powerlifting and bodybuilding, but Planet Fitness is a great gym to go to- especially to learn the basics of fitness. There are a variety of machines that can handle basic exercises like the bicep curl, the crunch, tricep extensions, etc. I’ve went here to begin my gym journey, and everyone i’ve met is welcoming. One guy even helped me one day with a new exercise, and i’m sure the more I go the more people i’ll meet. I highly recommend going to Planet Fitness if you’re a beginner or looking to lose weight.

Please do not go 6 months without enforcing the mask policy then all of a sudden you come in one morning and get told put one on or freeze your account!There’s a better way to say things in a professional way without being rude and hateful especially when it hasn’t been enforced in 6 months

I have started my fitness rehab journey going on the 4th week. The staff are incredible and very friendly. Starting out I was a little nervous since it’s been a very long time since being in the gym. The best part you can scan the machine to get an idea of how to use it. Which is super awesome. Now I do my workout like a rockstar. The best part is they are open 24/7 and with my crazy schedule I can workout anytime.

It is clean, but not enough space between benches, the females are usually nice but most of the men that work there are not really good with customer service, I have been a member for 9 years and the people that work in planet fitness use to be very nice, but sense covid it seems that planet fitness hired a bunch of unfriendly and borderline rude men . I am thinking about finding another gym .

I have canceled my membership. They informed me today, in their judgement free gym, that walking isnt an excersize. So much for their judgement free policy. They dont know whether or not I can or cant wear a mask. However the girl at the front counter specifically said walking isnt excersize. I go straight to running on the treadmill when I get there. So my walking is a part of my warm up. As far as policy, the staff wears theirs under the chin and below the nose alot. Guess it just depends on whos there. People exert more breadth working out, not walking in and out. People dont put them back on to change machines. I go to Walmart, Lowes, grocery stores and restaurants and dont wear a mask or get told to put one on at the most meaning less time or at all. Chain gym is open of course and wheres the little guy, shutdown.

Your manager needs to have a talk with whoever I just spoke with on the phone at the front desk at 06:30a.m. I called to check and see if they were open and the employees laughed. If you didnt know I just came from another state where there are limited hours at Planet Fitness.

I didnt go for months because I was in a car accident and explained everything to them and they still wouldnt stop debiting my account until I personally came in to sign a form. I didnt have to do that to set my account up.

I did not visit planet fitness

12/24/20 rude morning member rep (former janitor girl).Toilets mens room stall no paper, Paper towel dispensers rarely filled. Your singled out for not wearing a mask but do have in your hand and covering your mouth when at the counter, yet other members you notice stand talking to them without masks. If there is a policy then it applies to everyone including their favorites.

Friendly staff, nice clean facilities. Highly recommend.

Good amount of equipment and treadmills. Staff is friendly. Only gripe is how the black card accessories work (massage bed, tanning etc). You have to sign a wait list and then get it when its done being used. At other Planet Fitness it was a first come first serve which I feel makes it more convenient to black card members. The free guest pass is also nice, but I dont have friends... 😞 PS they do have day lockers. See the picture below how to use them.

Clean gym plenty of cleaning supplies to wipe down equipment and this has been a practice since before the pandemic.

This is my gym... short staffed but the ones who are on make up for it. Always clean and the app is on point....

Very comfortable atmosphere with hospitable employees. It is a nice and clean establishment, that is cleaned daily. And they have a great selection of gym equipment.

Was told must wear mask as of aug 1 or will be asked to leave yet gets really hot and hard to breath and uncomfortable. Most time since new company bought planet fitness paper towel dispensers either torn up or out of paper also alot of the treadmills always out of order. Equipment for pulley machines limited Before you use toilets check for toilet paper. Employees super nice but are limited and restricted with supplies. They claim to be concerned about their members havent seen it. They use to clean alot not now . Corporate puts everything on mgt they tell employees not to give members corporate phone number out . Noticed on reviews note from owner tries to be positive but they arent doing anything to improve. Safety is important but so is being able to breath thru a mask and temperature. Just close till this is over. Ive been member for 5 yrs cause its cheap. Ive tried to get friends to join but they say no weights just cardio. Everytime i workout 4 or 5 times a week paper dispensers are either torn up or out of paper. Want us to clean get supplies.Today all i heard from members while working out is complaining about masks and equipment and paper dispensers always torn up. Glad mask policy changed to not having to wear all the time. Treadmills still torn up. Dispensers out of paper or torn up . Several members complaining

Pros: its a gym thats open during the vi3us outbr3ak.Cons: their 2 giant ceiling fans over the main area are turned up to the max setting constantly. The relentless air buffering while you work out is annoying.

After having open heart surgery I wanted to become more active so I joined along with my daughter.Having a month free & then Charges to start the following month.PF withdrew moneys for a Black Card Membership(I Was Not) They claimed someone physically used my card.After almost two weeks of trying to resolve with the rude manager. I was able to get the money refunded in Quarters” litterly”,she never admitted wrong doing,I ended up canceling my account! I totally understand mistakes happen .Please rectify it Don’t deny and make excuses!Remember just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean its better!Keep an eye own your accounts

This is a very clean gym, and a very nice place to work out. Besides that I have had nothing but problems with my billing. Not only was the person rude I spoke to about changing my card information over to, she did not listen to what I was saying which lead to more problems. I tried to explain to her that I got a new card with the same account and that I no longer use the card I have I on file (the account is still open, I just needed a different card from my bank). She did not seem to understand what I was saying and said my mother (I am 18 with my own account) had to come in and do this for me since I was not able to. After all that was said and done she said she understood what I was saying and that she will fix it and she STILL did it wrong. I got charged once again on my card I no longer use which lead to fees from my bank all because the lady did not understand what I needed. Instead of asking someone to help her, she caused more problems. They fixed the problem by showing no charge on their computer but, what about my bank overdraw from their mistake? Nothing.

Planet fitness is a nice clean gym with plenty of (well kept) equipment and a great atmosphere. I drive about 30 minutes to use this gym because I like it there so much.

I like that I am able to work out on my own pace and also find help when I want help. And I like its affordable . Plan english I just love it.

Would give it zero stars if I could. When I first signed up( bc they don’t offer week passes) they were talking about a couple of other members loudly and laughing at them. The next day I decided to ride my bike up to the gym, they offer no bike rack, also told me I had to leave my bike outside and they would watch it. At first they said it would be ok to leave it inside then they retracted it and said it had to go now. The girl who “helped” me smiled and laughed as she told me. The same girl talking about members in front of me( a joining member) stay away from this gym. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

Decent place to workout and usually clean. I wish there was more room for floor exercises and stretching. One tiny corner of the gym isn’t enough room for more than one person to stretch at a time.

My favorite place for a massage.

Upon our arrival, two days ago, we stood in line waiting to be seen by one of the representatives. The first thing Ive noticed its not a welcoming place . The gym itself looked like a nice place to work out . The first thing the rep asked for was routing and checking number . Im sorry but I have been to motile gyms and even had a previous gym member ship with another company. As far as I knew, we were supposed been asked have we been there before, and a little tour through the facility and background on the type of memberships they can provide even though they do not allow the 7 day guest pass. Unfortunately after the way he handled me and my friend, we left .

I dont like Planet Fitness, but go whenever I travel to get my workout fix..This one is extremely clean and the young manager allowed me to workout even though I didnt have a black card...

The gym is kept clean, equipment is in good condition, and most of the staff is friendly.

Its a great place to work out with plenty of machines and weights. The only drawback is the mens locker room feels about 10-15 degrees hotter than the rest of the building. Makes it hard to cool off.

Great facilities but they want your banks routing # and account number to join. UNBELIEVABLE. Wont just take your credit card for monthly membership fee. In todays world of companys getting hacked into & stealing info I wouldnt take the risk of my account info being stolen.

Water isnt filtered like it says at the bottle refill station, reeks of chlorine, nice gym otherwise.

This gym is great, by far one of the best I’ve been to. I’ve never met a rude staff member; everyone seems to be very nice. This place is newer and is kept very clean.The biggest downfall about planet fitness is they don’t have any free-weight barbell machines that you can use for bench pressing and squats. It doesn’t really affect the way I view the gym, it’s still a very nice place and has tons of equipment, but it gets old using the smith machines all the time.The value of the membership is very good too, especially compared to other gyms! You can pay a lot less for a planet fitness membership and still have access to their tanning beds, total body enhancement, and massaging chairs.

They want you to clean or disinfect each machines after using them .. which, I think that is not my job to do ..when there are four employees up front doing .. nothing. Takes up to much of my time just cleaning them ! Whats up with that?

If you can handle the fact that the dumbbells only go up to 75 lbs, there are signs everywhere letting you know that testosterone is evil and unwelcome, everything is purple, and the employees who train people are clearly hired because they dont work out and arent intimidating, then its a great gym 😅 For a very low price, they have 2 sets of dumbbells in increments of 5 lbs up to 75. They have duplicate machines of everything you would want. Enough treadmills and ellipticals for every local housewife to try one on New Years day, and for the 1st class membership, they have tanning beds and massage chairs. And purple. All the purple you could ever want. And more TVs than any sports bar in town. Yeah, if you have any muscle tone youll get some dirty looks, but the membership fees are worth it 👍

If you’ve ever visited a PF you’ll feel right at home here. Plenty of Cardio equipment with a lower amount of Free weights than you’d like but that’s okay. I only wish it was an open area for stretching or doing plyo moves.
