Liked the ups store, got everything done that I needed, great job 👍

Could not get anyone on the phone. It has you hold, tell you the mailbox is full and hangs up on you. I drive down there for the employee to say Oh our phones dont work. A BUSINESS without a working phone, the customer service was horrid. As a business owner, I can tell you when your phones are out you can change the VOIP answer prompt to let your customers know the phone system is down. Obviously not concerned about their customers at all.

Im happy that I ventured into this business. They are an exceptional group of employees. Eager to help you with your packages and what ever else you are looking for. I recommend this store for all of your shipping needs and copying. Thank you UPS for becoming my new, to go to place.

Finally a place that understands awesome customer service will bring people back! Each time I’ve went in or called they have went above and beyond! Today it was Dominic York with great packaging suggestions for my odd shaped mail item. A few weeks ago it was Louis Huluska taking time during the busy Christmas season to help me. I no longer go anywhere else and tell all my friends to do their mailing here. Wonderful staff!

Phones dont work. Voice-mail full, you have no way of knowing your items werent printed until your pickup time because all you get is an accepted email and you cant call. Very frustrating.

The completely inept desk clerk said she couldn’t look up ups account and she was provided my corporate account number and contact info and she still made the excuse they are just a franchise. i will use fedex next time. i even sent them a pic of my preprinted ups shipping label with account and name preprinted. duhis it just alabama iq?

I’m in Nevada and they’re in Alabama trying to ship four paintings. They were super friendly and helpful providing a quote— and much more affordable and timely than the moving company. Louis was especially helpful! He followed up consistently with tracking numbers and packaged the paintings so securely. I was extremely pleased with how quickly they came and the condition they arrived in for the price.

I had some returns to Amazon and Old Navy. Super easy and fast. I was greeted pretty much as soon as I entered the store and assisted quickly.

Not crowded and people are wearing masks and keeping distance. Store is clean and aisles are roomy.

I needed help sending a 24 x 36 painting and they were so helpful. I received a call from my family and they received it with no problems. They bragged on how well it was packed. Thank you UPS!

I went to The Ups Store of Enterprise this morning and the two young ladies open the store like 10 minutes early so could ship my packages to my elderly mother and family for Christmas, thank you ladies for assisting me and making my holiday shipment less stressful. I was in and out the store quickly. I believe her name was Alexis she had a pleasant smile, great hospitality and exceptional customer service skills her co- worker (I do not know her name), she was very pleasant as well. You all have a great staff! I will be back soon.

I was in and out in 3 minutes and that included them solving a second issue I brought them. 2 visits and two very positive experiences. This is a highly professional business and that’s coming from someone who is friendly but has high expectations for friendly and prompt service.

Louis and Alexis were extremely helpful and had a pleasantly cheerful demeanor. I went in the store on a mission to get a card blown up to a bigger size, and was unsure of the precise size that I needed. They willingly took the time and walked me through the sizes he demonstrated and helped me arrive to a decision. I will always do business with them now. Thank you!!!

Great customer service! Every visit I am welcomed by a friendly staff member who is happy to help. I recently had some Christmas cards printed and they turned out perfect. Their manager and notary public is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thank you UPS Enterprise.

The reason I’m leaving 3 star review is because of the price of the boxes. We needed one large box and the box cost $14. We couldn’t even believe it. The return was already paid for so it was $14 for just the box. Definitely make sure you buy your box elsewhere and then use their services.•The actual service is great and the people are kind and handle your service quickly.

Well the upped the price to print shipping labels to $2.50. I walked in and out the UPS door today 3 times to get a box shipped.I expected to pay for it but not that much.Everything being severely overpriced is going to run off business. I will figure out another way to access UPS for shipping.Walmart and lowes both sell boxes.

I will give negative 10 if i could. I needed to return amazon prime order they tried to charge 2.25$ for print label. I left my wallet at home asked if possible to avoid charge this time they say no! very greedy people works there

The store manager open his door when he just closed for the day so that I could make copies of my resume. He didnt charge me and he asked what I did before I moved to Enterprise and wished me luck. Now, I feel happy about my move here. Thank you for your kindness.

This location advertises that they have a notary. The guy I talked to refused to notarize my document. He said he was “uncomfortable because he had not finished his training”. Are you a notary or not? He seemed pretty dense. What a joke. Thank you for wasting my time. FWIW the loan office in the same strip mall will notarize a document without giving you some lame excuse.

The staff is so professional and friendly. I absolutely love the family atmosphere that i feel every time when i go to drop items off for my job. The store manger Mr.Wade is a true example of a rare gem..God bless this whole staff..Candlewood Suites Staff loves ya!!

They really shouldnt advertise notary. I took a paper in and was told to take it to the dothan store because she didnt like to notarize without the other notary why be a notary? In all honesty, she done it for my husband but said no to me. Seems sexist to me.

The owner was more than helpful! The entire staff was very friendly! I needed help with a mailing box and was quite overwhelmed about my options. He listened and walked me through my options step-by-step. Huge relief!I am so happy they are in Enterprise because I was afraid that I would have to drive to Dothan. I will be using them instead of the Post Office for everything now!

Went in to get some reception cards printed for my wedding invitations. There were some technical difficulties due to a weekend power outage and the owner went above and beyond expectations to remedy the situation even after I insisted it was no trouble. The customer service is excellent!
