Deletes reviews! Went on fb and left a review and they deleted that too! 5 out of 5 stars is wrong. They were very accommodating and the girl, Tenille Hemp was nice and patient but you could tell her mind was somewhere else. Wanted to go light and understood my hair was damaged the highlights she put in didnt take. So I suggested doing a high contrast effect and kept saying I wanted it to have a dramatic effect. The cut was nice. Paid for my service.. But when I came out into the real world and looked in a mirror I saw that she left color on my skin! And that she went dark on top and didnt pull it through :( so I went back in and she tried taking the dye off. But she was obviously in a rush. I asked when she could correct it and said not til next weekend...😐 When the hair dye on my face was her fault.. Very nice attitudes but in a rush to get you out of the chair and obviously lies about knowing how to do certain techniques... USE WITH CAUTION!!!!

I left with hair color on my face, neck, and ears.
