This was my first visit to Bondy’s Toyota. I in Florida and made the hour drive and so glad I did. Everyone there were so friendly. I traded in my 18 Camry for a 2021 Camry Hybrid XSE. I have always said I would not ever buy a Hybrid but I have talked to 2 dealerships in the service dept. and they said they are the best cars and hardly ever work on one except oil. Change and tire rotation. This car gets 47 miles to the gallon and is so comfortable . Leather heated seats all the saftety features, sunroof etc. And pearl white. It is just beautiful and drives like a dream . From my Salesman, Shelby to the Finance to the General Manager and service manager,I could not be more pleased . I was so impressed when the Star Spangled Banner was being played and everyone stopped what they were doing and placed there hand over their heart looking at their beautiful flag . Ive been looking for another car for several months using the on line sites CarMax, drive time, caravana etc along with going out of town to different dealers only to be told the car was sold! I was asked to leave Bondys Toyota in Alabama today because of my Australian Shephard puppy. I had made an appointment for 6/5/2021 for an oil and filter change. They canceled the morning of the 5th because of compressor issues. I rescheduled for 6/12/2021 right after my vet appointment with my puppy. I was in the waiting room at Bondys for about 45 minutes. People were coming over and patting her and playing with her. She had barked a few times and was having fun. A guy came over and told me my puppy was being disruptive and I needed to go outside with her. He did not tell me who he was, just that I had to leave. The people in service keep dog treats behind the counter. I was told by several employees that the new general manager does not like dogs. That he frowns on them being in his showroom. I have about $90,000 in Toyotas. I talked to the guy in charge of service. He seems like a nice guy. He apologized. Its not his fault. I’ll never go back there as long as that general manager is there. If you’re an animal lover, you shouldn’t either.My puppy on the desk of the salesman that sold us our 2020 highlander up north.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Bondys in the past. However this time is a different story. I ended up buying a Tacoma but having serious regrets now. Salespeople tried a lot of high pressure tactics when I told them I wanted to think about it. Refused to give me price on truck multiple times. Only gave me price after I agreed to see what kind of deal they can get me. This means they would not give me a price without getting me approved for financing first. Told them I wanted to think about 3 times and they kept pressuring me not to leave. This is the last time I buy from Bondys. Not to mention the way the person in the finance office acted about me not wanting to pay an extra $30 a month in payments.

NEVER GO HERE FOR SERVICE!!!! This outfit will sell you a car but then they are done with you. Today I went to the service department with a Toyota Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for inoperative Automatic Running Board and requested a quote of the exact repair Toyota stated in the TSB. The female Service Attendant said the TSB was just a Safety thing and it would cost me $90 to have a diagnostics check run. I asked her to look at the TSB and she laughed. I called the Dothan Toyota service desk, who looked up the TSB, agreed with me, ordered the part and Ill get an appointment as soon as it comes in. They will do the diagnostic check, but I wont wait two weeks for the part to come in, its already on the way. I called and talked to the Service Manager and a lady who wears many hats and neither offered a solution or tried to get my business....

Avoid this place at all cost!!! Their customer service is terrible, not to mention the fact that they are extremely rude. Loan paperwork was grossly mishandled, it has been weeks and they still do not have the loan properly funded. We took the vehicle back after 2 days and they refused to let us return it even though the loan wasnt even funded. We traded a vehicle in and they have refused to give it back as wet even though the loan on it is still not paid off. Said the only thing they could do was a trade in which is a lie. Speaking of lying that is all any of them have done is lie lie lie we were told that we couldnt not return the vehicle because they already had it Funded, called the bank where it was supposedly funded and they had never heard of us. Like I said avoid this place at all cost, their business practices are extremely sketchy

I went up there 30 mins before opening time. I sat and waited, only to be told if I don’t have an appointment they can’t get to my car today. Or I could drop my car off and come back before closing to pick it up. I was the second car in the waiting line. I only needed my tires rotated. The gentlemen there act as if he didn’t even care and walked off to assist someone else. This was the 3rd time I’ve came up here for vehicle maintenance and was denied services and my last time. I drove all the way to Toyota Dothan (no appointment) and was assisted.NEVER AGAIN

I just got an oil change on my 2009 Toyota RAV4 on 9 June 2021 as my family was getting ready to take a trip to Tennessee. All seemed well as oil changes are the most basic of services a mechanic can provide. This morning, 16 June, I noticed a puddle of oil under my RAV4. I am currently almost 500 miles from home and my car that Bondys Toyota just did a simple service to is leaking oil. I climb under my car to investigate where its coming from fearing the worst just to find my oil pan service bolt is where the oil is leaking from. As I go to wipe the bolt off to see why its leaking it spins effortlessly. Whatever mechanic did the job failed to tighten my oil pan service bolt. That mistake had I not caught the leak would have destroyed my engine and left my family stuck on the side of the road. This is my second experience with Bondys Toyota of enterprise and it will be my last. If they cant handle something as simple as an oil change do not let them touch your vehicle.

Dwayne was a great salesman and worked out a great deal on a new camry for me and my family! My one and only complaint was that when this vehicle came back from detail, it had what I call spider webs all in the brand new paint. This is from a vehicle being washed with a dirty mit/rag etc the sand and dirt get in the cleaning sponge and cause light scratches. They had it taken back to try and be corrected.

I have purchased four vehicles from Enterprise Toyota, my husband has also purchased several! Friday I brought my vehicle in to be worked on. I was told they were behind but was led to believe I would receive a call about the status of my vehicle. I called Saturday morning and asked for them to please have someone call me about the status of my car and that I needed it back or would have to come get it. Still didnt get a call, now its Mon. and I keep being transferred to an answering machine. So frustrating. They could have offered a loaner car or something as much money as Ive made them and as much as theyve made off gap coverage. Me nor any of my family will ever do business with this company again!*Update- Upon receiving my vehicle that I turned in clean, had a film on it and spider webs, it was obvious they never checked my vehicle and recommended that I take it to Ford.

The experience I had buying a used vehicle from Bondys Toyota exceeded my expectations in every way. I was looking to replace my Hummer that was recently totaled in an accident. There are not many of these left but I found one on TruCar that was for sale at Bondys.I live in Michigan so I was hesitant on even pursuing purchasing a used vehicle from out of state but I was convinced this was the vehicle for me, so I sent an email.Within minutes I received a response from Kelsey and got many of my questions answered. I felt this vehicle was worth a look so I decided to fly down to inspect it. I flew into Panama City, FL (the nearest major airport) and was met by my salesperson, Bill, who gladly made the 90 minute drive to pick me up in the vehicle and take it out for a test drive.Bill couldnt have been nicer or more polite. He was friendly & professional as he showed us the trucks available on the lot. When we found one we were interested in he got the keys so we could take a closer look & take it for a test drive. While we negotiated on the price he remained very professional & did not pressure us to make a deal. His boss ultimately had the final say on the price. We were very happy with everyone involved & are very happy with our purchase.

Sloppy service department. Took the car that I purchased at Bondy for oil change. End result, yes they changed the oil and also spilled it all over the exhaust manifold. Secondly, they changed out the rear wiper, losing the wiper arm cover in the process and also failed to remove the blade cover after installation. Not impressed.Also, took my Sequoia here to diagnose a check engine light. They wanted to charge me $2000 to change out an emissions module. End result, I ran a fuel system cleaner which cleared the check engine light/codes and any issues.I don’t trust this place.

We contacted them through True Car.com. They were very responsive, transparent and accommodating. When we picked the car up, they were prepared and welcoming. Buying a vehicle here is easy enough although getting a new car repaired seems to be a problem. Ive bought two cars here and wont buy a third. Just recently purchased a new car in November 2020 and the cars transmission has shudder almost like its slipping while in low gear and based on my profession (I use car for work) I basically get turned away because they dont want me to put miles on their loner vehicle, and they say they will try to figure it out with the vehicle there to diagnose it. Good work guys, you lost my business.Professional at being unprofessional. Topping off fluids is apparently not a concern here. Im a Toyota customer for life but this business is representing Toyota wrongfully. Attention and or supervision is needed here seriously. Disgusting!

I have never had an easier time than at Bondy’s. While getting one of our vehicles serviced we wanted to look into some other vehicles. Cory went above and beyond and made us very comfortable. Straight facts without pressure. While we did not walk away with another vehicle we will definitely be returning to Cory when the time is right for us!

Do not use their service department they will try to push services on you and when they do change oil and filters or bolts, the use impact wrenches being lazy and overtorque everything making it impossible for you to change it from home or requiring extra costs because it take them more time to fix the problems they caused in the first place.

I was so impressed with Bondy’s, that I bought a new Rav4 From them!They had so much patience with me, as I was unsure about getting a hybrid, Le, or XLE. I had contacted several huge dealerships in the Tampa, central Fl. Vicinity. They all gave their best price, but None of them Could touch Bondy’s price. They even drove the car to me on Saturday when I bought it.

Bondys Toyota in Enterprise is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. It seemed to me that no one that was helping me was too interested to sell or find me a vehicle which is a huge concern with so many other dealerships around. The salesman I was working with had a great attitude but didnt do too much at all to negotiate prices and didnt seem to be interested in trying to find a special truck I was looking for. I called and asked questions and was told he would call me back but never did.

They said that they could put me in a 2020 Toyota Highlander after trading in my 2016 Toyota Highlander with no money down and keep my same payment. I didnt think that it would be possible without my payment going up, but that is exactly what they did. Very satisfied and will be back in a couple of years! The staff at Bondy’s made my buying experience incredibly easy and stress free. I’d been on the hunt for a very specific used vehicle - a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser in the voodoo blue color, to be exact. I found it online and sent an email inquiring about it. Shelley had no problems immediately sending me multiple photos of specific parts of the vehicle that I needed to see because I wasn’t local to their dealership-I live a little over 3 hours away. Darrell Davis suggested I submit my financing application, And when an hour, I got a call back from Chris Prather. He went over everything with us on speakerphone and even offered to deliver it to my home for free since it would be a few days before we could make the trip to the dealership. True to their word, it showed up on Sunday right when they said it would. We signed the papers at my kitchen table, which was pretty cool. Overall, it was an excellent experience. They bent over backwards to accommodate me, and I would absolutely do it again. In fact, my husband is already considering trading in our 4Runner to them for a truck. We will definitely tell our friends looking to purchase a new vehicle to choose Bondy’s Enterprise Toyota!

I had absolutely great service with Ty W, Stephanie, and Chris. They made the process incredibly smooth and pretty quick considering you always spend a few hours at the dealership when purchasing, they all made the process seamless and smooth.
