Technician was really knowledgeable on the new GE front load washer. He was friendly and someone you felt was going to go the extra mile to find the problem. What he found was a hard to find loose wire not put on properly from the factory. I’m in business again.

I have used them in the past for a refrigerator warranty and inspite of my dissatisfaction with that experience I decided to give them another try. Worst decision Ive ever made. I requested assistance with my washer that WORKED but made a loud sound when in spin cycle for super loads....after the service call the machine no longer works. I called to complain was offered the service call fee however, that doesnt return the washer to its original state. BEWARE owner/tech lacks honesty and forgets that it doesnt matter how long you youve been in business (27yrs)... Every customer experience matters...
