Love this place!! Its best nail salon there is!!

Believe me when I say dont go here. I only went to this salon because Top nails was closed due to the holiday. The older lady who did my nails was crazy rude and even missed filling nails because she was in such a rush to complete them. I WILL NEVER go back to this trash place. Go to Top Nails and them done right!

I went to get my eye brows done and specifically asked if they could arch and reshape them. I had grown them out to re do my shape so there was plenty to work with!!!I left with the same eye brows I came with and had told the lady multiple time I didn’t even feel her pulling hair when she tweezed them.She was “done” in less the 15 seconds and even had the manager come and “help” yet I left unsatisfied and with no customer service taken place!Had I not went over what I wanted with 3 different employees before getting them done I guess I wouldn’t be so mad! Yet another disappointing experience with this salon!

I went in wanting a gel and acrylic manicure and the person taking care of me kept trying to convince me to do dip, I told her thats fine on a acrylic nail and she said she could do it. Well she starts my nails and just does it on my regular nails after I had just told her to use acrylic. she did what she wanted which was faster and more expensive. They really just took advantage. She kept trying to convince me about how much better it is for your nails and how it will last longer. It’s already cracked I paid 36$ for them to just paint my nails that only lasted 5 days. I complained to the owner today and he said they don’t warranty a break of the nail but if I wanted he could fix the one that broke I told him I wanted what I wanted originally and he didn’t even work with me I’m never going back to this place I suggest y’all steer clear from here too don’t waste your time or money.

I love coming here. Since they have opened they have been nothing but great!!!!!!! Love how my nails come out and how peaceful it is. Also you can get wine, sodas, and water fyi ladies and gents.

It was horrible. She was quick and sloppy. These pictures were taken as soon as I was in the car. Very careless and just wanted the money! I do not recommend this place!!! I will not return! I received the dip! I cant even get the clear coating off my fingers!

I went to get my nails refilled and the guy who did them acted like i was bothering him and while he was doing my nails he got so aggressive with the drill it gave me a huge bruise under my nail. Sadly disappointed. Then i asked for diamonds staggered on one nail and he acted like he didnt understand. Messed up the polish 4 times trying to fix it and never got my diamonds because at that point i was just so frustrated i said never mind. They kept the extra $5 per diamond (6 diamonds worth) I will never go back there. I hate writing a bad review, but in all my 20 years of getting my nails done i have never seen a place so unprofessional.

I went there last friday with my grandma we both had an appoiment set for 1 oclock the staff was really nice aand it was very clean i asked for acrylic nails and the lady was very rough and rushed .she did not ask what lenghth i wanted. i asked for a simple rinstone on my middle finger and wanted to charge more. my grandma got arcrylic on all of her nails but one the man at the front door(tony)refused to put a fake nail on my grandma because of her nail was short knowing we had the same lenght nail

I tried to book an appointment and they told me it would take too long to do because they were closing early. When I tried to schedule for the next day they told me it would take too long to do what I needed. It honestly just laziness, wouldn’t recommend. I’d they won’t book you because they’re lazy imagine to work they’ll do to your nails.

I went to get a pedicure and was on the chair for over an hour before being attended. I also got a acrylic nail set as soon as I walked through the door they started to peel. It was so embarrassing and humiliating I had paid $80 on some ugly cheap nails not to mention my $60 pedicure. Don’t come here.

The man was very rough on my nails and when they did my toes they didn’t paint the whole toes and missed a bunch of it I do not recommend

I showed the lady (not going to name) a picture of the nails I wanted from Pinterest. The nails were black and a tan color and I even matched the tan color and showed her the color I wanted in the book they have, and she told me No. She chose a pink color. She put my tips on, and told me it was going to be extra for a coffin shape which is fine, but she could not file my nails even. After she dipped all my nails she filed them for about 20 minutes and they are STILL BUMPY AND NOT EVEN! I asked her to file a bump down on my nail, she got an attitude with me. Then, when it was time to do the cheetah print design on my nails she couldn’t do it. She had to start over and get the other guy to do the design. But he couldn’t even do it, he even told me “it’s not cheetah it’s a different design.” It looks more like snake skin. And after I was done they decide to charge me 53 dollars!!!! I was so mad. I will never return here. I go to Top Nails in ennis and I should have waited until they opened again!! I have never paid over 30 for my nails and they look PERFECT EVERY TIME! Do not waste your time here go to TOP NAILS!

My nails always look amazing each time I go. The employees are very friendly. They take their time and ask questions to know exactly what you want. Excellent customer service and very clean.

Was in today for a pedicure with Holly. She tried twice to paint my toes and seriously it looked like a five year old had painted them. The man who appeared to be in charge came over and did his best to fix the damage. He even almost had to redo the entire manicure portion. My toes were repainted twice. Not a good experience. Two places where they cut into my cuticle. What a disaster. Will not be returning. This is second time the quality has less than sufficient. But this time was the last.

I am new to town... went to so many places to get my nails done (I do the dip). My nails would always chip off and break within a week. Finally tried VIP Nails and my nails look amazing. They took the time to actually take care of them. I am so impressed of the products that they use and the work they put in to make sure your nails look on point. Thank you guys!! Definitely coming back ❤️

Had a pedicure here on Wednesday for the first time. The place was clean. I chose the basic $25 because quite frankly I did not want to pay an extra $20 just for scented products. I did not ask the lady doing my pedicure for her name (oops). She was friendly. Everything was going ok with my pedicure UNTIL the only male employee there started pacing back and forth behind the lady doing my pedicure! He started speaking his native language and staring at my feet. I quickly felt uncomfortable. The lady doing my pedicure started rushing through painting my nails. He kept pacing behind her. She didnt even finish wiping away the excess polish around my toenails when she quickly jumped up and went to a back room where this male employee had taken another customer into. I was so displeased with what he did. I encounter this a lot with other nail salons unfortunately. The employees will rush through their service on you just because somebody else walked in. That is terrible customer service, after all I am a paying customer too! I will not be returning only because of that misogynistic man that works there.

Very sanitary, peaceful decor and many services. This Salon is new in Ennis, Tx. only 3 months new. I will definitely go again. My nail stylist was Linh (Lynn). I had a regular mani/pedi for $40 total, well worth it! Thank you Linh and good luck with the Salon.

I got my nails done a solid month and a half ago, a basic French tip and they have yet to come off they are so hard to take off, and I ended up forcing one off and my finger started to bleed. Will never return to this location.
