First dont bother calling the 800 line. Stupid system runs you in circles until you scream. Next some of the delivery drivers cant manage to close mailbox doors. Whether you live in the country or in town its just too much too ask them to do their job properly. If I ever did mine as badly as some do theirs now, I would have been fired. What a waste of my day trying to report this issue.

They lost my package that was delivered since the 13th of August!!! Pretty important package considering it was my dogs service dog paperwork & vest!!! More than likely got delivered to someone elses box!! Not only did they lose my package but the customer service sucks!!! No help whatsoever & who cares if you dont get your mail right??? The lady at the counter was very rude!!!!

Very helpful.. Helpful in finding the cheapest and safest way to send packages and letters. And sometime you can hear a rooster crowing!! Good atmosphere..

Our rural route post man is the most inconsiderate human and very unprofessional. He drives a champagne colored suv that is probably barely legal to even be operating on public roads. He throws all of our packages out of his window while his car is still moving. Also throws them out while it’s raining. I’ve posted direct instructions as to where our packages go on our property and that is by our front door. He will also blares his horn the whole time he is approaching our house down our driveway. This man is subpar at his job and it is very apparent.

Had a 1300 appt to get passports. The process started about 5 min early and we where done in under 3minutes. We had all of the forms filled out before we got there so that helped speed the process along. Only saw 2 workers there the one helping us and a teller. Both people where very nice to everyone and fast. Best run post office i have ever seen. Most offices the workers stand around doing nothing pretending they do not see the line forming. Not here. The minute someone walked in they where helped. They avg wait at 1245-1315 on a weekday afternoon was under 2 min. Thats how efficient they where.

My boyfriend had a package that was supposed to be delivered on 5/28/2020 and it required a signature bc they left the peach slip saying they missed him. We were home NO ONE came to the door. They didn’t even make an attempt. They just left the peach slip in our box saying that they missed him. He goes up to the Ennis location to pick up the package, the guy working at the time says he couldn’t find it and that it might be out for delivery. He comes home from the postal office and the postal service is at our apartment. When they leave we check our box and get no package, no slip, nothing. So no one knows where his package is and sadly you can’t get a hold of anyone because when you call it’s a recording so you can’t escalate a problem or find out what is going on with your package. USPS is the worst service.

Keep getting the wrong mail in my box, tried to call Ennis post office as usually no one answered the phone..when I was in there 2 weeks the lady behind the counter waiting on me wouldnt wearing a mask, guess they dont have to do that either..

One star because I cant give zero. I have had multiple deliveries this week that have not been delivered. When my normal carrier is working she always delivers our packages. We are a business and these deliveries are critical for us to be able to make a living. Waiting for days to get crucial parts and supplies only to be told later that they are available for pickup is ridiculous! Why can exactly ZERO of the fill ins figure out how to deliver a package? USPS wonders why they cant make money? really? try actually delivering things ON TIME once in a while and maybe people would TRUST you and would ship with you! If you dont like delivering things maybe you shouldnt have taken a job that DELIVERS THINGS!!!!!

I am giving a 3, averaging it. 0 to the courier and 5 to the people that followed up. My experience goes like this: my package was delivered on a Sunday by a postal courier that was unfamiliar with my route. The person got confused by the houses and mail boxes. So instead of taking my package back to the post office for a next day drop off, it was left at the wrong house. I happened to check the tracking, because it wasnt due for two more days. I saw it had been delivered @ 935 and placed in my mailbox. It was a car seat, so pretty sure it wasnt in the mailbox. I called the postmaster Monday first thing. They called and spoke with the person that delivered it and he reported the above. So they informed the regular courier, and she managed to recover my package and put it on MY porch. Thank you for that. If I hadnt checked I would still not know that it had been delivered incorrectly. Please have that be the policy: If you are unsure or confused as to where to leave a package; DONT LEAVE IT. I was quite stressed out about the whole thing. Thank you to the staff that helped find my package.

Delivery driver very lazy and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes.I had a live betta out for delivery and I was in my house waiting on him to arrive and I was left a notice for no secure delivery but nobody tried calling or knocking on my door and now my betta has to wait another day. ☹️☹️

If I could give this post office 0 stars, I would!!1) First of all, I have not been receiving my mail! I am signed up on the Informed Delivery Digest, which allows you to see what mail you are getting that day (You get an email in the morning). When I went to the office personally, the supervisor acted like he didn’t care and said he would look into it, did he? Nope. Never received my mail, and it’s been a couple of weeks since then.2) I have been waiting for a package to be delivered, says it was supposed to be delivered by 8pm, but I got a text saying at 4:42pm that my package was attempted to be delivered. Guess what? Nobody even bothered to deliver my package. I’ve been waiting all day. On my tracking info, it says that a redelivery has been requested by the customer. Did I request this? HELL NO!This post office is garbage.

Front office worker was rude. Lied to me. Then made me go out back to look for my own package. On another note the mail carriers were nice.

If delivering the mail is this difficult for Federal employees, do you really want the Federal Government managing your health insurance and health care? We do not need socialized medicine. Please think about that when you are at the ballot box.

Fast flowing lines. Small town community. Most customers chit chat, because everyone knows each other. Friendly service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff at the front counter are rude and act like its your fault for making them work. Then find a new job! They close at 4:30 but usually close even earlier than that, which is messed up for people who have jobs and dont get out of work until 5. This is the worst post office Ive ever been too. I avoid going inside at all costs because they are so mean and nasty.

Im not getting mail that informed delivery says I will get. I need to talk to local usps, not a machine !

Last month for 5 days a package I was expecting stayed at the post office every day the people sending me the package called to ask if I had received it . No not until I walked up to the office and asked for it did I recieve it

Rude employees, supervisor started harassing me for things out of my control. Was Shocked at their behavior, they should be trained on manners since they clearly have none.

Our mail carrier is delivering our mail to the wrong address so therefore we arent getting our mail and giving us someone elses the representatives at the store also have a poor attitude is ridiculous how you cant deliver someone mail by just looking at the address!

My Amazon package has been stuck here, estimated to arrive 3 days late.Update: My package was never delivered. It was either lost or stolen. I had to request a refund.
