Today I had some trouble with the general customer service number and I called the store to see if anyone could help and Rey was very prompt in reaching back out and resolving the issue quickly. Purchased over $4000 of devices from Verizon, $1000 worth of equipment from this store and shortly after the cord stopped working and the device could not be charged. Called the store. Talked to Jacob Nelson who wasnt helpful at all, except to tell me they only offer a 14 day return policy and I needed to go the Apple store in Dallas to get a replacement. Jason taught me a lesson today...no need to support the local authorized dealer. Save myself the headache and go straight the manufacturer. Very poor customer service skills.

The girl who attended me was good just at searching for my next phone I was getting but after that she didn’t put everything in the system. She told me that I would get a 200 dollar gift in the mail and also she told me she would enter everything the system for me to get that. I’ve tried to contact her after it happen. She won’t answer. Now I can’t get my gift card that I was suppose to get. The intelligence is not good at all. I have a lot of phone and other stuff on my account. Makes me want to leave Verizon because I was help the right way.

Really poor service although they offer curbside due to the pandemic. The young man was unkind, unhelpful and when he brought my purchase to me, he didnt say thank you, although I told him thank you. He also didnt wear a mask at any time during the transaction which was thoughtless and disrespectful. Too bad Mrs. Adams doesnt still own this property.

Ive tried all of of the major cellular carriers and I am back to Verizon. You will not find better customer service when purchasing a new phone or getting help with one. David Ramirez was super helpful and took care of everything I asked and then some. He made the process very easy. This guy is a superstar. His boss needs to pay him more. In the two hours I was there he was able to multi-task multiple people and keep things flowing. Very talented salesperson!

Brick and mortar stores customer service just not as adaptable as online or over the phone. Dont forget, brick and mortar have to charge you extra $$ to do the same thing as what the online customer service can waive - fees, some charges, and you may not get all the deals applicable due to human error or lack of attention.the actual employees are ok, but obviously bored and one of the two I met couldnt be bothered to pretend to be professional. Limited supplies is another issue I just thought of, which was the issue we ran into while there. Hope this helps.
