This place definitely does not serve 6 hours to unload only 5 trucks on the site and to complete $ 505 dollars of lumber !!!

Ridiculous, if you are coming in for 3pm appointment they let you in 5 mins early. 2 skids 3 hours . 45 mins for paper work.

This place is NO joke, NO early check-in. My appointment @15:00 and got empty by 23:15. DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY REASON !!!!!

Dont show up more than an hour early for your appointment. You will be turned away. Arrived at 17:00 for my 18:00 appointment was docked and checked in by 17:30. Got the green light at 21:00 and the call from the lumper with the lumper fee for $505 at 21:20. They have a nice restroom, vending machines and microwave for driver use. Only down side is its 21:30 at night and i cant get a hold of the broker for the EFS code for the lumper fee. Oh well looks like Im sleeping on the dock tell morning.

Cool facility¼mile off of 287 1mile from i45south. Guard shack check in is a breeze, guy inside is really professional and courteous. He assigns you a door and you check in with rec clerk, she is also professional and informative. Once the lumpers are done they will give you fee and you can pay with efs or com, checks provided. Some loaded takes about 2 hours, others can take between 4 and 6 hrs. All depends on the product and the count. Its a dc so it all has to be reworked to fit cvs trailers and lanes. They have snack machine and pop machine inside and it accepts cards cash and touch less pay. They have clean restrooms. Must wear mask when entering recieving office. Cell phone coverage is pretty good here too. Plenty of space to back in and out of docks. Plenty of spots to allow pets to receive themselves. I give it 4 stars only because it takes a lil longer than I would like. Other than that, its a 5star facility.

This location will not check you in to drop an hour before your delivery time.If you are there early you can park in the street.Once inside you dock in check in at office and wait for the green light.I got luck my app time was 6:30a checked in 5:30a, was out by 6:10a I mean everyone has their day. You can not check in early, we had 3pm appointment and they unloaded and had us out of there around 7:30 pm. Nice people but have lumper fees or payment, $415 for 8 pallets.

Took 6 hours to unload 10 pallets appointment time was at 6 the office personnel is no where near friendly for a major chain you would think it would be more time managed but thats the least of their concern. As a driver I wouldnt recommend anyone deliver or pick up here this place has a 2 star rating no way I would ever deliver here again. CVs you need a whole new system and better unloading policy in my opinion you guys suck

Arrived at 0530 for 0600 appt . It’s now 1330 and I’m still not loaded. Lumper service (410). There is a Loves Travel Store about 4 miles from here on I-45 . There are a few spots out front to park . This place is super slow . It’s now 1400 still not gone .

Arrived here this morning on time for a 09:00 appt. Was given a dock door, and being unloaded by 09:45.Called at 10:30 and given a lumper fee price of $345. Just now called to get paperwork and receipt.They unloaded a partial load of 9 pallets, yet charged that ridiculously high amount 🤬My 2nd drop from this load is at yet another CVS DC in Conroe. This is highway robbery for lumper fees 😡😡I’m never delivering here again 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

From the start of entering the front gate at this CVS distribution center in Texas there were no associates happy starting with the security guard, receiving clerk and etc. After being told drivers were not allowed to be on the dock to unload our own truck were we charged $70.00 to have a one pallet pulled off with 43 cases on it.This is another example of why nobody should shop CVS retail stores where all prices are much higher on groceries including prescriptions...Retail stores such as Wal-Mart have a have reasonable charge at there distribution centers and a portion of that charge is donated to children in need. I can keep on going but I think youre getting the message...Please dont support companies in our country that dont support the American workers and customers by offering fair polices and prices...Dont support retail groups such as CVS....

$440.00 lumper fee for a partial trailer unload and a 5hr unload... employees also try to trigger drivers into getting mad at them so they can complain to dispatch. Ive seen worse situations but not many so pull the curtains and get some sleep right off dont wait.

I arrived on time, for the red light maybe 10’mins after arriving. 2 1/2 hours to get unloaded. Not bad I guess for the wait time since they always take longer. The lumper fee is what is what I’m having a hard time with. They charge $435 for lumper. That’s outrageous price for non grocery item getting unloaded on skids. I guess I had it better than previous drivers who had to wait 6 hours plus to get unloaded.

This is the very worst warehouse i ever been to in my 14 years of driving. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN !!!

Been here going on 6 hours. Ran out of hours and now told i cant park here overnight. To go across the street and park. They take forever to unload you. No over night parking. If you can refuse the load id recommend that you do it if you have to drop off here.

Been here 3hrs plus, was unloaded under a hr after being at the door and still no phone call for the price of lumper. And unable to get detention pay from the broker. Unbelievable

This place is a nightmare for truck drivers, keeping you waiting for hours and hours, they mess up your HOS, I got here early and made me go and come back, they reject to take my load even I come back 3 times more and still waiting on unload after 4 hours on dock .

I worked for cvs distribution company for a month now and I have had paycheck problems to the point that I just left ... its RIDICULOUS!!!!👎🏻😡 I was suppose to get paid on July 21st I got that paycheck on the 4th of August, the 4th of august I was suppose to get paid my second pay check its now the 11th of august I still havent got that paycheck !!!!! But I got my last paycheck because I left!???? AND ON TOP OF THAT IM HAVING TO CHASE MY MONEY DOWN???? CVS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR .! if you want your money on time and have it in full then go somewhere else ... Yet they want me to come to work on time and they cant even pay me on time ?? OVER THEM!!

I had a 3:00pm appointment but checked in at 1:30pm. They began unloading at 2:30pm, they were done at 03:45pm unloading 24 pallets, and I was called in to collect my papers!

Staff seem friendly. Long unload times. Was here for a few hrs, but thats to be expected when youre dealing with lumpers.

Arrived 42 minutes early according to the in/out time on the bill. It was almost 3 hours before the dock light first turned red, then took another 7 hours to unload. There were no damages that required repacking the pallets, it was a straight pallet unload. I ended up being in sleeper berth long enough for a 10 hour break.
