The service was great and excellent and very friendly and nice but the car that I got the TW it was also really nice it was a 2021 but my preference I did not like it the it was the car and not enterprise Enterprise his excellent great I give it five stars

They never have a car available even when you have a confirmation. Not only happening to me. I take people there to pick up their car and they rarely have any availabile. They do not answer the phone and do not pick up or drop you off. This is a horrible excuse for an Enterprise location

Jeremy Blackmon in OkC truck division did a great job. Our truck broke down on way to new mexico he got us a 3/4 ton truck to pull our camper and even though they were short on inventory he got me a truck same day and even let us return it to enid on way back which saved us 3.5 hrs of driving on our way home. Thank you for helping save our vacation!

You know how to *take* the reservation, you just dont know how to *hold* the reservation. And thats really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.

I called at 9:00am to reserve a vehicle to be picked up at 5:30. We got there at 5:20 and the lady at the front desk said they had none available. I literally spoke to an employee that morning about reserving a vehicle. Wish they would’ve told me when I called that there was nothing available instead of wasting my time.

This is my screenshot of when i rented a minivan in IOWA. Then Ive recently tried again to rent the same type of vehicle. I was charged waaaayyy more!! As you can see, there is no $200 deposit!! again i say this was in Iowa

Bad experience. Reserved a vehicle, drove 300 miles from out of state to pickup the truck and it was not available. I even called en-route to verify reservation and availability and was told it was ready.Enterprise branch employee said they would find me a car that day. After 5 hours all they had to offer was the wrong size car (I needed and reserved a pickup).Employee did NOT call around to other branches or have one delivered from the airport; he admitted that he was waiting on someone returning the vehicle I needed. I asked if he called around he said no, but I could if I wanted. Had I know Enterprise was doing nothing to make this right, I could have gone elsewhere to get what I needed.So, 600 miles round-trip, 10 hours driving, and an entire day wasted and I still do not have what I need.Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the reservation process that proved to be as worthless as their service. This is the worst company ever they never have anything available their customer service when I do try to making availability they dont even try to let me know what they have available when they have it available since my schedule is flexible they just tell me theres nothing available and hang up the phone like whats the point of even being open

The service was slow. There needs to be more personel to assist you. The cruise control did not work on the Nissan Rogue that I rented .Also the windshield had a heavy film on the inside that I had to clean off.

The location in enid, ok. rarely have cars available to rent, even if you reserve one online and its a real inconvenience, especially if youre expecting to have a car for your travel.

Very poor the local office fallowed me all over im out raged im not sure what they did was legal two nights ago they almost ran me off the road with my kids in the car its sickining

I have always had excellent service from enterprise. I think there is another rental place in Enid, a car dealership, but am happy with enterprise. My cars are always on time and in perfect condition. I was overcharged once but after bringing it to their attention, was credited immediately. I have had to be picked up and dropped off on different occasions and there was never a problem. The customer service is really good, too. After reading other reviews, it just seems like theyve really improved.

Really great service! I didnt have to wait long and the guy helping me was very courteous and honest. He didnt try to sell me deluxe packages constantly. They set me up with a brand new car while mine was in the shop from being rear ended. Will definitely use their service again, though hopefully of my own accord next time.

1. My reservation was messed up.2. The car I recieved was filthy.3. The car smelled like cigarettes.4. When I called to notify them nothing was done and I was told nothing else was available-staff was friendly enough, but my over all experience was not good. If there were any other options near me I would have went there. Unfortunately this is the only place available to get a rental car.

The enterprise cooperation is all about covering their own self.The past 2 times I have had interaction with them they cover the company clearly.The customer service needs to be more friendly.Customer service is no longer in existance.

Worst place for renting cars! And if I could I would give no stars! They dont know what they are doing. I spent 500+ dollars to rent a premium package car and the car was new and a pretty nice white 2019 Chevy Impala. But the touchscreen stereo was cracked in 3 places like someone stabbed it with a pen. They couldnt replace the car because they didnt have another premium package car! The gave me a 15 dollar discount. Ive heard that this branch of Enterprise is for training managers! I hope that is not the case. I will be driving to OKC to rent cars from now on and will never use Enterprise AGAIN!!! Then after a month later I get a 5 dollar charge on my credit card. I call them they cant find our service agreement. Then say they dont know what it is. Then he says its probably a toll and hangs up. Toll for what I have no idea. I didnt drive on any toll roads when I had the car. These guys are the stupidest people! Dont use them youll regret it!

Great Customer service began when I called to make a reservation. The CSR was very thorough and pleasant to talk to. When I went to pick up the rental, the employees made me feel so comfortable and locked in my customer loyalty. I will return over and over again!

I use Enterprise for business.Mostly one ways to pick up vehicles to be delivered so I see many locations.The service has been great at all of them.Picking me up or dropping me off saves a lot on Uber..The cars are always clean.Occasionally they do lack a minor maintenance like pulling to the left on the highway because the staff is not told of issues when the car is returned.Never a major issue.If there is a problem please tell them,it will get fixed.

This was my first rental experience. The Enid staff were excellent. The rental was in great condition. It met all our needs and more. I would definitely do business with them again.

I rented my car from a different location but had to rewrite my contract since its over a month. I didnt have any issue renewing the contract and the process was very quick without any wait. However, when I returned my car to my original rental place, they charged me a one way drop off fee though I rented from them originally. I dont know if it is this enterprise or enterprise in general that messed up. It took some explanations to resolve it and I spent quite a long time at my local enterprise.

This place set up a pickup at noon, on a Saturday, which is the time they close. They are also not open on Sundays. When we arrived at 12:02 on our pick up day, there was no one there. No one even attempted to contact us to confirm our reservation, to see if we were coming. When we called their customer service number, the person I talked to was very rude and unhelpful. Luckily we found a dealership in town that has rentals available, and were able to leave on time for our vacation.

Service guy was a little uptight but not rude. Im sure he was having a hard time or a bad day.

I dont think rating system is fair since it does not give option of POOR - VERY POOR. Since this is where the service fits . I needed car and they are charging around 50 dollars for one day in spite of advance reservation ( most branches charge 30 dollar/day) and when I asked for free pickup lady picked up and said sorry we are not doing it since no one is available then I called 10 minutes later a man picked up saying we are closing and cannot even wait for 2 minutes since I got the ride by that time to come to them in 2 minutes. Car I got next day was having loads of dirt on dashboard and horribly maintained . Finally they will not drop you to home on Saturdays and Sundays and weekdays afternoons.They have monopoly in Enid, OK and they are the worst and only

This Enterprise is fn BA. They have saved my vacation on more than two occasions and often ask me about offers that make the trips even more enjoyable. Ive been using them for 2 years now and wouldnt deal with anyone else. 5 stars, all the way!

My daughter arrived to get her rental car because she had an appointment to fix hers. She was told that an employee called two days ago and left a message to which she didnt respond.....She was then told that she couldnt get a car until next Tuesday because she didnt answer the phone or call them back. (Really, almost a week?). We never got a phone call or message from Enterprise about the car rental. I called and spoke with Hayden who was more interested in getting off the phone with me than trying to resolve the issue I dont feel like I should have to call and argue like a child. (Um.. the notes say he called and left you a message)....To add inslut to injury; while you are on hold to speak with the company, you get to hear that they have been in business for 55 years, family owned, that they will go that extra mile?? (Really? Not feeling the Extra Mile thing). After telling her that I wanted to speak with the manager, she advised me that he was off (go figure). I asked her to have a manager give me a call and she kept trying to hang up without getting my number and name. The Region Manager did call me back and gave a better explination (and I appreciate that) with an apology from the company. We had an option to drive to the OKC area and get a car if she needed it now. I didnt know it was this difficult to get a rental car. Unfortunately, I do know that there are a lot of disrespectful /condescending people who work in customer service. My values kick in and I would rather drive to another town and spend more money on something than hand it over to a rude employee that apparently doesnt want my local business.

Fast easy pickup and return

Got flat tires and took them an eternity send approval to the shop for placing new ones. Disappointing

Both picking up and dropping off was super easy. Car was clean and only had about 3000 miles on it.

Weve tried to rent a car twice from here. They never have any cars available. They called us once when we had a reservation for weeks saying they had no cars available and a second time we made a reservation, modified it a week beforehand and stated they never got the modification and had no cars. How does a car rental place that never has cars even stay in business? It looks like Ill miss another doctors appointment in OKC because of them.

Ive rented from enterprise at the enid ok location twice now and both times they were fast and efficient, very friendly and helpful. Ashley is a great agent and is great with her customers. I would recommend enterprise to anyone ive also rented through them in texas and Washington state and have never had an issue they are great.

They put you off for hours then dont have what you reserved this is the second time for horrible service. The staff are friendly but management sets them up to fail or so it appears.

This is the worst Ive ever have been treated and i have never seen people try to cheat and lie ! i have a contract signed by me and there employee for $42 a day then they start taking more out of my account ( like they would hit my account three times a day ! i took the car back on thursday then on monday my account is hit again ! the girl that says she is the owner told me that car is $62 a day not and her employee sighed the paper at $ 42 . She has call and beed rude and Im contacting my attorney
