I am beginning my 3rd year working for Kim Oneil at EEO. I work part time for EEO during workshop season. I absolutely love working with Kim and the other EEO employees. They are always respectful and a fun group to be around. Kim pays her employees well and takes very good care of us. She is always flexible to work with my schedule even offering to pick me up from the airport prior to a workshop. Kim has high expectations for her employees and expects everyone to work hard and do their fair share, but compensates and rewards them accordingly. I have always found Kim to be fair and honorable.
