My car broke down after midnight on a Saturday night. I will waited 2 hours for the tow truck. The guy was so nice and got my car going and followed me home. Definitely recommend them.

Price reasonable. The phone person that I talked to was friendly and very helpful. The driver that towed my vehicle knew his job well, met me at my vehicle in a decent time frame after I called, did a good job parking my vehicle in the spot i asked him to place it, and was pretty friendly.

Waited just under an hour for tow truck to show up and Rodney the driver took very good care of my car and gave me a ride I would highly recommend them.

Excellent, quick service as always! Called this morning to have two vehicles towed. They were there to pick them up within an hour and we live outside city limits.

Staleys is fast, courteous and careful, exactly what I want when I need a tow.

Every time I come here they have exactly what I need and the staff is always friendly. You need truck parts or car parts they will most likely have what you need

Our Truck broke down and Tom came to get us. He was very kind and nice. Totally professional and quick as it was freezing. He towed us to Freightliner and then took us to a conveinance store and to our Hotel! He didnt have to do that, just being a good guy! Thanks Tom at Stanleys!!!

Tom and Casey were awesome. Had to send 2 trucks cause the insurance company gave them the wrong vehicle information so they sent too small of truck to tow a 36 diesel pusher Motor home. Had to bring in a bigger truck to tow us. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The insurance company and their third party contractor screwed it up and will not be getting a good review from us. The guys were very friendly and professional. Thank you Tom and Casey.

I dont know who they have working the phones but the gentlemen was very rude! I called AAA for I locked my keys in the car, I get text saying they would be there in 15mins, they should up an hour and half later! I called several times and was very polite saying my text said this time and the rude gentlemen proceeded to tell me that they would get there when they get there! Very unprofessional

I called for a spare tire the man who answered said he would go look. I got a call back at the end of the next business day saying they had one. I went to pick it up, it took the man an hour to bring out a bald spare... when i asked if it came discounted for being trash he gave me an attitude about how much work it was to look in a couple trunks for a spare. I would call them for a tow, never again for a part

I called from a little truck stop when I got locked out of my car. Middle of the night and the lady who answered was so hopeful and very polite!!! She went above and beyond. and she had the wreck on the way within minutes then when the wrecker got to me the guy was extremely nice and helpful and he worked til he got the doors unlocked and wasnt going to give up ! I huge thank you for getting me, my 2 year old, mother, and 80year old nanny back on the road fast !!

Very glad I did not need their service as the receptionist was exceedingly rude. She sounded annoyed and confused by basic questions concerning rates and services. No one calls a tow truck when things are going well, and Stanleys would do well to invest in training of their frontline help to assist potential customers in a kind and caring manner.

They do great work! All their vehicles are well lit witch is great for roadside safety and makes you feel comfortable in darker areas. Also very efficient when working with first responders on accidents. 5/5 all the way!

Never had problem until today. Sons car in muddy ditch at night wrecker guy said call tomorrow hed do after seeing it. Called next day and said wouldnt take his wrecker down dirt road and I needed a dozer. ?? Huh? It was down a dirt road isnt this what u do???Had a guy bring chains truck and pull out no problem Took 4 minutes Thanks guys

At 8:00PM the dispatcher was very helpful, friendly and left the impression that Stanleys wanted to help. The driver arrived fast, was extremely friendly and took excellent care loading and unloading my vehicle. Highest Marks!!!

Called to have a trailer tire changed and was told they do not change tractor trailer tires. Need to change the road service to passenger car tires only if you can not provide a service you advertise.

Cuz he gave me some advice before taking a trip out there its like an hour or more drive. I needed a part for a merury grand marquis. Thank you guy that answered the phone that day.

They had 100 dollars of mine for almost a month refused to refund my money for taking so long. Said they dont do returns nothing was giving to me for a refund just wanted my money they cost me a job.. worst place ever.. and I hate leaving reviews like this.

Dispatch woman I spoke to gave worst customer service ever, it was awful. She had her mouth so full of food and chewing on my eat that I could barely hear her. She was rude and constantly interrupted me between every other 5 words and refused to give a confirmation number. I waited 2 hours! Over that period I called 3 times and spoke to the same woman who then yelled and said she doesnt know if a truck was sent because she works dispatch. - isnt that what dispatch does?!?Called another towing company and they were there within 10 minutes.Called one final time to hopefully have her cancel whatever truck MIGHT have been on the way, and she started yelling and acting nasty.. I finally hung up and she continued to call back half a dozen times just to scream at me for informing her that I dont need their services.Never wasting my time with this company again

Awesome service. We bad two semis slide off county roads by Fairview and requested a dozer. Given our last minute request they provided a very rapid and full quality service and quickly got both trucks back onto the road again with zero damage and minimum charge.

These guys were exceptional. They were dispatched from Enid for Offroad recovery utilizing their dozer, had to drive from Enid to Ryan, OK which was a bit of a journey across the state. Upon arrival it was short and sweet, no damage and I believe they may have assisted others that were stuck due to a sinkhole on the hwy. If I ever need heavy wrecker or offroad Ill be sure to request them again. It was a wait but they had the right equipment for the job.

Great place for used parts from the salvage yard and if you need a tow or recovery for your vehicle thay will get the job done.

I slid off the road and contacted this tow company to have them pull me out. He refused to come out. No reason he just decided to stay home. 24 hours on his website doesnt mean 24 hours. If you get in a wreck after 10PM dont worry about calling him. I was soaked and wet and it was 28 degrees (yes now Im sick because of it)

The lady in the attwoods ball cap was rude and hateful when my brother went in to hand over a car title after they had verbal agreement they would. When we went to get the car they had already started to scrap the car I would give them no star if I could

They were rude condescending and had no empathy for the customer or even work with the customer before they ultimately end up hanging up on said customer!! For those that read Google reviews do not go there I wouldnt even recommend sending my worst enemy there
