They went above and beyond to fix my daughters lugnut for me! Us moving from Ga it was nice to see a business go above and beyond to find the right piece we needed to fix it.They were completely professional and absolutely have my business in the future!

Went here about a month ago with my brother in laws truck and they did a great job, came back a month later with my truck and they remembered me which was cool since I wasn’t from there, same awesome service and always friendly. Came back the next day with my daughters car and again very friendly excellent work and they did everything to make sure my daughter would be safe on the road. Mind you I’m a mechanic and could’ve done it all myself but I was very busy each time I was there so if they would’ve messed something up I would’ve known right away. Was never disappointed with any service they did. I recommend this place especially if you are short on time like I was and unable to do it yourself! 5 stars all the way.

I am currently in process of moving from WA to OK, and have racked up some miles.. pulled in, and they were on it!In and out, easy peasy.Sweet staff.. The woman even welcomed me to OK..Only thing they forgot was to reset my oil usage thing.. but the Jiffy in WA showed me how to reset if it ever got forgotten. So, no worries!Glad I found a good place to take my baby to.Thanks guys!!

This was probably the most pleasant experience I have ever had in getting an oil change and a tire rotation. The staff was great, very thorough and considerate. Will definitely return!

Stopped for a quick oil change, I was working in the Enid area. I had a lot of papers, books, etc in my passenger floor board. I did not notice the things that were removed from my glove box and left in the floor of my car. My insurance verification was under my passenger seat. A pic of my deceased friend and my sunglasses were left in the floor. I called and the manager said “sometimes they get in a hurry.” I’m still not sure why they were in my glovebox. If you cannot respect my belongings then I will not be back. And will not be buying the 4 tires and alignment that was suggested.Just a quick update. When I took my car to a real shop a month later… the was NO AIR FILTER in my car. When I called, they said to bring it by and they could put one in.Long story short they did send me a check for the cost of the filter. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!

Shop said under new mgmt but service was lacking from what I was used to from old mgmt. Car wasnt vacuumed, didnt check tires or fill fluids which I did after I got home!Oil change was not reset on car . They were fairly quick but did not do the service I was used too.

Honest place, saved me money.I went to this location with my wifes car. She didnt have a sticker saying when her next service was due but I could have swore she was a thousand miles over due, so I went for an oil change. Well they looked up her car and saw she still had 1.5 thousand miles to go until due. Instead of just going forward with the service and making money off of me, they informed me of the situation and asked how I would like to proceed. I skipped the service this time, but they made a loyal customer out of me.

If I wasnt in a hurry to get back home ( out of state) believe me I would have went somewhere else!They are nice enough, but to charge almost $80 just to change the oil is crazy!Can get the same thing at Walmart for a lot less .

I pulled up and parked in front of one of the bays, as usual and someone came out and greeted me. Asked me what if I had been there before and if I wanted to pull my truck in myself. I declined pulling it in the bay. The greeter walked me into the waiting area, checked my truck history with them and asked if that was what I wanted again. They had everything completed in about 15-30 minutes. I paid less than I expected, got my receipt and continued on with my day after they pulled my truck around front.

I had a tye rod replaced and was supposed to also get a bolt replaced, which they didnt do, also black hand Marks inside my door and arm rest, oily hands and on my floor ...plus was quoted 3 different prices...

These guys are so great. Very efficient and very accommodating. Definitely be using them again!

I got my oil changed that was $52.?? They didn’t do my windows they only vacuum just the front seatsI took my car back up there and they pretend Like they fixed the problem… I’m a regular customer and I really don’t appreciate being treated like that something to be done with the group of kids you have now!!! I know it’s hard to find good workersBut you have to hire Employees that like there jobs…Thank you!

Them guys get you right. Every since they got new management I have only been going to them. IN ENID Oklahoma no body shows love like these guys.

The last two times I got service at the Enid Jiffy Lube, the techs failed to fill the windshield wiper fluid and check the air in my tires. Both times, I didnt discover it until I had already gotten home. It makes me wonder what else they said they performed and didnt actually do it. So most recently (Jan 2021), when I arrived, I asked the tech to make sure and check those two items and he gave me grief about asking him to do it, even though it is included in their multi-point service. So when I went inside, when the tech at the desk was confirming my information, I mentioned those two items to him as well and got the the we always do that line and excuses.I dont trust them. I never see anyone who looks like a manager or person in charge, and every time I go its a completely different batch of people working there. Id rather pay a bit more somewhere else in town where they are reliable, trustworthy and provide a better value.

Service was very good I didnt feel any pressure to have to buy something. It seems like I was out in 10 minutes so that was very good.

Went to Jiffy lube because it was the only thing open and I was in town visiting my family. Had an issue with a cylinder miss fire was the error code if memory serves and needed the oil changed anyway. the miss fire just occurred while I was in town and wanted it looked. They Charged $300 and didnt find / fix anything. Went back to my families place and starting working on it my self and found a loose spark plug wire. Put the wire back on and presto fixed like new. I strongly do not recommend this shop if they cant even find a loose spark plug wire. They had 3 of their guys look at it, so pure incompetence. If they cant find a spark plug wire, they probably forget to put oil in or the oil plug for some people.

So when I pulled in my wheels were smoking and they got me together I really trust they did evertging to make sure my car was safe for me and my faimly to ride in it. And now I am getting tires and they are checking the brakes again because it pulls to the left so they are trying to figure it out for me. You know its real hard to trust mechanics now a days but I will trust them with my car they have proved to me that they care and make sure you are safe for the road.

I was asked if I wanted to change the filters along with the oil change. The associate told me that it would be $30 each. There was 2 filters. Then on the bill I was charged $90. I was forced to pay it. They were very misleading in the pricing.

This was my go to place until this last service I got, paid $96 for an oil change and they couldnt even put a sticker on my window when to change again nor could they reset the limit on my car. Pay a lot of money for them to Not do their job. Not getting my service again.

They were about to close for the day and got me in for a four wheel balance. If Im ever in need of vehicle work and Im in enid ok I will be back here. Thanx for saving the day seeing as I was two hours away from home and in need of tire work

The didnt tighten bolts on undercarriage protector and it came loose. They fixed it with no apology,or offer of some ki d for inconvenience. Tried to sell me a $30 air filter for$100. Not going back.

Nice customer service but the prices for oil changes are outrageous!! Coming from Colorado where we pay a max of $60 for an oil change and coming to a small town and having to pay $112 for an oil change is crazy.

The person registering customers was not friendly acting. When service was finished, they had oily hand prints on truck hood, fenders, door handle,.. oily hand prints on steering wheel, inside door handle and oily armprints on center console. Would not recommend to others due to lack of professionalism.

Took my own oil for them to use. Decent price just to change it. BUT when I got home I noticed they had cleaned my side rear windows. That were covered in rock dust. With a squeegee. On my freshly wet sanded and polished paint. And theres a massive series of scratches that werent there before. Im now In Tennessee where I cant physically show up and figure out how to rectify the situation. So should the owner see this and wish to contact me and at least reimburse me for the oil change, or the $500 paint correction they ruined.

Terrible, they said my brakes were worn out, I didnt believe that. So took my car to the dealer and they showed me my brakes were almost new!! They lied to try to make more money. Bad place, dishonest.

Prices are higher than living in Dallas and that should not be happening.

It was extremely high priced. They marked that they checked my tires, but I had a low one I had to air when I left there. The price was $50 higher then anywhere else in Enid.

I have visited that place for oil change and tire rotation for my Volvo and paid something about 150 bucks. It’s my fault to accept that price and I am not blaming anyone because of that. It’s just for giving an idea about servicing prices.When I called them they told me they can reset the maintenance notification of my car. After 20 minutes of trying at the end of all other works they just found out they could not do that. Now I need to go to another mechanic or maintainer to do that.

Went in to get an oil change and a check up Rob and his coworker did a great job helping me out I went in around 6:20 and I never felt rushed rob gave me full knowledge of what was going on and what was being done to my car and also gave me further information in when to get things changed out or checked out. It was a very pleasant visit. I also had bought a new filter to my car I went in on Saturday the same week and rob changed it out and had me ready to go in no time.

Well first I went in and had my oil changed a 35 days ago and the prices was the highest ever quoted or paid to a jiffy lube. I noticed a leak took it back I was a quart low. I asked them to check the plug. They did and then told me that my main seal was leaking. They didnt notice that a month ago? Then they said they wouldnt top of the oil because I had driven too many miles. I understand I do drive alot of miles. None of the guys seemed trustworthy felt. Swindled as soon as I started the process.

I wasn’t sure whether to give a 3 or 4 stars but ultimately decided on a 4 because I think problems can arise with any service you receive and the workers were extremely friendly. I came here after getting a flat and realizing I was well overdue for new tires and an alignment. I’m from North Dakota and was on my way down to enid when I got the flat. I called jiffy lube after it was fixed and got some tires ordered. I was really happy they could get me in the next day and I think the price of the tires + labor was reasonable. I called the next day to see if my tires were in and they were and was told I could come in right away. I got there and asked to get an alignment too. I was updated pretty consistently on what was going on and how long it would be until it was done. All together I was there for around 2 hours. I was told there was some trouble with a back tire getting aligned properly. I really didn’t mind though, time went by fast and I understand things don’t always go as smoothly as we’d all like.Now onto why I’m giving a 4 instead of a 5. I had to drive back to North Dakota a few days later. Not long into my drive I noticed my car felt like it was wobbling. At first I thought it could be a tire coming loose since they were just changed, I pulled over and checked - they were all good. It kept wobbling on and off for the rest of the drive. Unfortunately, there is no jiffy lube in my city so I couldn’t take it back in to be checked out by them. I took it to a place I normally use here though and found out that a tire wasn’t balanced correctly which was causing the wobbling. It got fixed and at $50 I’d say it was relatively cheap BUT, it does suck to spend so much money to have work done only to need to spend more to have the work that was done, fixed.Ultimately, the job was done. No wheels fell off and I lived through the 1100 mile drive back home. That’s what’s important to me. I’d still use this jiffy lube if I needed to.

Terrible I will never go back. I would like to know when an oil change went from 39.00 to 81.00 And had the nerve to tell me I had all kinds of issues wrong. My family and I will never be going back to Jiffy Lube.

They do their oil changes fast and Ive only had one mistake from their crew. Although I usually dont need the extra services they suggest, they are not pushy and really do just want to make sure your car is running well. They also care about your opinion and dont make you feel bad for declining services. Thats a BIG deal to me.

First they told me it was too labor intensive to install a light bulb in my car. Second, I paid almost $200 to get my oil changed and filters changed. And most importantly, I got About a block away and my car over heated. I immediately went back and was told the new guy added your engine coolant to the washer fluid and washer fluid to the engine coolant. I’m not a mechanic but I seriously don’t know why this would cause my engine to over heat. My car is still not running properly

Was charged for the signature service synthetic and they only changed the oil and checked tire pressure (because they were asked to)--they did not clean the windshield, windows or top off any of other fluids-- will not go back to this location!

Untruthful, sloppy. I photographed my low tire warning light and air pressure while in their parking lot waiting to enter their bay, which showed tires at 26, 33, 33, 35. After oil change, they said all 4 tires were at 35. Warning light still on so I double checked with a tire gauge, which confirmed tires pressures as shown by my warning light. Next morning i noticed oil spot under my vehicle. Looked under my pickup and found oil dripping from oil pan plug. Returned to the same location. They quickly checked and claimed the the oil filter was loose and that they sometimes work loose on their own.

The service was no better or worse than what you get anywhere else. Its unbelievable that they charge $119.00 and I had a $10 off coupon. I usually do oil change myself but got lazy this time. Wont make that mistake again. Ive since learned that most purchase a Groupon before going to jiffy lube. So next time I feel lazy I might give it a try with Groupon coupon

Your employees told me one price but once they seen I had a corporate card to pay with they jumped the price up. Once I told them thats not what I was quoted then they came off of price. One guy asked me even if I cared to know the price. Pretty sure you guys just lost my business!

Good service, till right after my car started acting funny. what a coincidence. they unplugged some chords in my car then stuffed them right in other chords to hide them. probably hoping i’d come back so they could “fix” it and get more money out of me lol. don’t go if you’re a 16 y/o girl, they tend to take advantage of that.

Its an oil change. They lack in their inspection criteria, and attention to detail. I knew I had a low tire and pointed it out ahead of time. According to the receipt the tire pressure were all set to 35 psi (32 per manufacturer label) actual readings when I got home 5 minutes later. 30, 31 on the front, 30,21 rear.Sheet indicated windshield washer fluid topped off. Only half full. I heard them tell the customer before me that they couldnt top his off for some reason.I wasnt going to complain but they sent me a text asking for my opinion.

Would not go to this location! Told me I needed an alignment, went in for one. Waited an hour and a half then told that they couldn’t do one on my vehicle because some front parts needed changed first. Fine. Tried to drive it home and couldn’t keep my vehicle straightened out. Swerving back and forth, the told that there was nothing done to my vehicle when I called. Poor management. And poor customer service.

I went in for an oil change. While in there, they tried to up-sale an air filter to a woman and then tried to get her to get a fuel system flush in a really new Jeep. It wasnt honest and a few days later, my wife went in and they tried the same thing with her. Women should avoid this place at all costs.

Not deserving of one star. I was flat out lied to. I will never use their services again. I went in for a routine oil change. I had been previously one other time and had a good experience even though their reviews were very low. Now I know their have “earned” their low reviews. On my receipt it stated the tire pressures were checked and the washer fluid was topped off. When I got back in my car the tire pressure light and washer fluid light was still on. Receipt also stated the floor had been vacuumed. That was obviously not done. So I went back in and politely inquired why the lights were still on and about the vacuuming. I was told that because it was rainy out, they don’t typically vacuum or do windshield cleaning. Ok I can understand that. So what about the lights on my dash. Well they must have thought I was an idiot because they assured me those would go off in about 5 miles. At this point I was unsure as to what actually was changed or passed off on my vehicle. So I took it to their competitor Enid Super Lube and they evaluated my vehicle and actually aired up my tires and checked my spare tire. They vacuumed it and checked my oil filter and the air filter. I will not be going back to Jiffy Lube. Save your time and money and don’t go to Jiffy Lube!!!!

Tried to overcharge me and then failed to place clips back in the hard plastic scrape guard underneath my vehicle. The piece was dragging the ground.

I went and got my oil changed from them 1 month and exactly 10 days ago . My cars does not leak and I checked and there was not an ounce of oil the dip stick was bone dry and my antifreeze was completely empty when it was full filled before I even came in that day and my car would not start last night after work . So Monday they will be explaining to me what they are going to do because my car is sitting at my job and now I have to get it towed with no other way around.... they will never have my business again . They better pay for all the issues caused

This is my first experience with this chain and it has been wonderful. I have been there for 3 different services and each time the price was fair, I was given clear information about what I needed, what had to be done and what could hold off for next time. They have been honest even telling me that the best item was something mid-priced rather than trying to sell me the most expensive as many shops will do to a woman. Honest integrity that is highly appreciated.

Don’t go here! I asked just for an oil change but then my bill came out 270$. They charged me for things I didn’t ask for. Now my car won’t start.

A cover was loosened to drain the oil. It was not fastened back and came loose on the highway.

I went to jiffy lube for a 25 dollar oil change and wound up spending 400 dollars on things I didnt need done. I felt like I was tooken advantage of because I am a young women who doesnt know much about cars. I definitely will not be returning.

Store manager quoted me 59 dollars on oil change. I added a air filter and wiper blade and he gave me a bill for 127 bucks. I mean it’s one thing to be dishonest and greedy and another to be an outright thief! I will never go back and I recommend you avoid this dump like the plague!

Went in for an oil change on 2 vehicles. Had a coupon. Shouldnt have cost more then $75. Once they started adding on filters, wiper blades and fuel system flushing, it got expensive. $240 for both cars. Then they didnt wash the windows or vacuum the floorboards as advertised. Wont go back!

We went in for an oil change only and they kept trying to tell us all this stuff was wrong with our car, which we know none of it was true. Manager is very unprofessional and rude when you don’t give into what he’s trying to sell you..definitely will NOT be going back.

When Im turning oil change got my body got me back out on the road
