They used to come right to the house fast good service no good

Service quality was good, but scheduling and cost were ridiculous! Took 3 weeks to get the first appointment. The technician couldnt recreate the issue but told me what to look for that would signify need for replacement parts. Charged me $99 service fee. Two days later the part went out for good. Called to have the tech come back out and was told it would be another 3 weeks. Appt finally came around. The tech waived the new $99 service fee, thank goodness. Spent 15 minutes putting the new part in. $120 in labor and another $120+ in parts later it was fixed. Counting the first service fee, it cost over $300 for 15 minutes of labor. I dont blame the technician, I blame Sears for the outrageous fees.

The technician was great to deal with and very knowledgeable. Even though the repair was quick due to the problem being something we were doing incorrectly, the technician gave our stove a full tune up so that our service call was not wasted. Highly recommend this service.

Our tech was great. Friendly, quick, knowledgable and freely admitted the reason he had to come back was because he forgot to reset the dishwasher. He even ordered a part for us that had somehow gone missing.

I’m not Banana Man I am a loyal Sears Kenmore party which has spent the last two weeks in Hell trying to get service for my freezer which quit (full of beef). Freezer Was not even 2 years old. Quit on Monday- 1st scheduled for repair in Wednesday only to find out when service called they were on their way that it was a maintence service not repair. Called main # again and asked what wad going on and found that a Reoair man ahould have been at my home. Couldn’t get a repairman until Friday. He walked into my home asked me what was going on. Told him. Diagnosedthe control was bad ordered part did not examine freezer at all and scheduled to replace control a wk later. ( part arrived at my home on Monday). Repair person 20 minute drive from my home. Waited all day for call as to his arrival, walked in house took part and was walking out in10 minutes. Service is rediculous. I pay a pretty penny for warrenty/maintence fees only to be treated like a second class citizen. Is the bankruptcy causing this decline in service or vice versa? Scheduling coming out of Arizona let’s get real!
