Renovated apartments are goodNice place to stay for only a short period of timeI stayed here for 3 yearUnfortunately, the management is so bad, unprofessional, as if they don’t really care if you stay or leave, sluggish response, & pray you don’t need any help from them.Overall, I don’t recommend staying here. They are plenty of good places around. I recommended it before & I regret that

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Move here only if you like 50 kids playing outside in the courtyard until the late hours screaming at the top of their lungs while rolling around on the grass. I mean literally screaming at the top of their lungs!!! They also have a 2 person per apartment policy for single bedroom apts which many of the residents do not enforce so it is VERY VERY VERY loud here with too many residents constantly coming in and out of the apartments slamming their doors and fighting in their units. The thin walls and floors certainly do not help the cause.While there are residents who upholds common courtesy and clean up after their dogs, their is still a constant fear of stepping on dog poop because other lax and crass residents and neighbors that do not clean up after their dogs.No Parking Here!!! They do NOT have assigned parking and there are WAY less parking spots than the actual number of units (ONLY ABOUT HALF) so if you come home anytime after 7, forget about finding parking anywhere near your apartment, if you find any at all. It wasnt too much of a problem until you find yourself without a parking spot in the dead cold winter months and having to walk the distance of 2 longs blocks to get to your unit.One last thing is that although they advertise as free heat, it is damn cold here in the heart of the winter. There isnt any kind of thermostat which can be controlled within the unit, you just have to be content with whatever level of heat that is given.On a good note, the best thing about this place is the maintenance property manager. He is a very pleasant person to deal with and seems to be always there to take care of any issues. Also the only reason this place was given a 2 star instead of 1.If youre one of those people who cant stand obnoxious neighbors with irritating kids, or convenience of a parking spot in front of your apartment, or particularly do not like to live like an Eskimo in an igloo, DO NOT MOVE HERE! I just moved outta here and I couldnt be happier.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! They had my car towed out of the tenant parking lot because they didn’t see my parking tag. Im a tenant of the apartment complex they manage and they didn’t care.
