My alternator quit while in the turn lane of a stop light. Jeff arrived within 20 minutes (he quoted me 25-35), had my car up within 5, and safely dropped it off at the repair shop. He made an unpleasant experience better. He is clearly an experienced pro. No nonsense. Knew exactly where to pull into the Honda shop.
