Good service until you give a review and what I mean by that is as soon as you get your car and give them that review all communication stops!! I have been reaching out for my plates for 3 weeks. the dealer Robert m that I was dealing with hassled me about his review and giving him 5 stars but never provided me with my tracking information every week he kept saying Monday now I’m driving around with expired plates

John Woo, Perisa & Danny really helped me to get this beautiful A6! Went to the dealer 20 minutes before they close but John was very pleasant, not rushing to close the shop. Gave me all of the options, tour of several cars and gave me a great deal I couldnt resist! He really worked with me when it came down to pricing, cars features and options. Did went to other dealers (Audi and other brands) but this was the place I went back and got the A6 within 3 days! This location has zero regards for overall COVID 19 safety protocols. The lack of disrespect for appropriate mask wearing was disheartening. Im a volunteer first responder and would expect the state mandate to be fully respected at a luxury dealership.Although I found my vehicle on my own, the lack of knowledge and follow up was beyond me. My sales person made several mistake and even made promises that never were followed through. The lack of compassion for customers is almost mind-blowing: employees talking about other customers, employees hanging out at the counter chatting loudly about another customers phone call, the lack of cleanliness around the waiting area, and ZERO acknowledgment by any of the staff. Ive been to several Audi dealerships and have never been to one who lacks welcoming of customers (no matter if they are purchasing or not).If you are considering to purchase a vehicle from here, be sure to be organized and well versed with your vehicle pick. Ask questions, LOOK at the details written, and ask for transparency. Although the dealership tried to make up for the numerous errors, it certainly did not translate to overall customer loyalty/satisfaction.There are no excuses for lack of knowing your products and doing the right thing. I feel if I wasnt super detailed, I wouldve been screwed or messed with - which is NOT how anyone should feel. I was disappointed but certainly at the end of the day....love my purchase.

As most people are, Im wary of car dealerships. However, Audi Englewood was an exception. For starters, their showroom was nice and clean... plus they had models on the showroom floor (something thats hard to come by in todays hot car market). Ask for Jenu - he got me into the exact car I wanted at a good price and was professional throughout the entire process. He also helped me troubleshoot my way through a trade-in (a mix-up on my end, not theirs). His team and he were extremely patient and worked several angles to help me drive off the lot in a new Audi. Additionally, he was very knowledgable when I took delivery and took the time to explain the features of my new Audi; I didnt feel rushed at all, despite them having a busy day. I highly recommend Audi Englewood!

I recently had my car serviced here, I must say the service department was quite accommodating.. But the work done on my vehicle was not accomplished or satisfactory guaranteed, two days after having my vehicle, the oil service notification was on my dash. I figured the mechanic failed to reset the instrument. I then had an oIil change at a local facility.. Two weeks later am seeing the warning notification again. I guess oil in my vehicle just evaporates I have no oil in my engine after spending over 5K at Englewood, and another $100 at the facility. I have to pour oil in my vehicle .. Just wonderful.. Very disappointed.

The service rep Kevin was very thorough in having my car checked. I was informed via text and video of any issues with my car that required attention. My only complaint is the high labor charges. The parts cost a pittance but the labor costs are outrageous. That’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Kevin was very sweet and also sympathetic.

Obsessed with my first Audi! I recently traded in my sport SUV Jeep Cherokee for a luxury SUV. My 2021 Q5 is the perfect size for my family. It’s smooth, it’s sleek. It has EVERY feature my Jeep had except on my Jeep, they were all additions. My Q5 had everything standard! Heated seats and steering wheel, a moonroof (panoramic), along with the power lift gate are the little things that I love but typically come at an additional cost. Robert M. was my salesman and he went above and beyond to make me happy. He looked for the color I wanted and made sure I got the car delivered on time to take advantage of the incentives going on this month. He was patient and thorough- and that’s important for me because I wanted to make sure after 6 years of driving anything but my Jeep, I was able to make my 45 minute ride back home safely in my new car. I made it safely, and made sure I had a few errands to run because I didn’t want to stop driving it! Looking forward to going back to Town Audi when my lease is up! Service was seamless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided a loaner car and that was a great experience as well. The only thing I would suggest they improve on is the cleaning of my vehicle. I was told by the gentlemen that brought my car up from service that they vacuum the inside and wash the outside as part of the service. It seemed as though the inside was not touched, however the outside was very clean. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

I just purchased a 2020 CPO A6 from Audi of Englewood. While I love the car, the delivery experience was very disappointing. Poor communication between sales and finance, focus on up selling, and a general lack of professionalism I expect when buying a $50,000 car. This was all exacerbated when the sales rep said “normally I would spend an hour going over the car but we are to busy today” after spending only a few minutes with me. I had made an appointment and driven 2 hours for this. There are lots of other Audi dealers - buy from them instead of these guys.

I completed my FIFTH purchase/lease from this dealership, this time for a $100k+ car. This time, they tried to increase my monthly lease payments by $45 at the last minute, and they charged me for the mats and the AudiCare, both of which were included on my prior leases. I negotiated them down somewhat, but still ended up paying ~$2k more than expected from this last minute bait and switch. Now I get a message saying that my over-miles penalty was incorrect and should be $0.10 per mile higher. ON OUR ALREADY SIGNED CONTRACT. Of course they spring this after my customer reviews are already in. My sales associate was a pleasure to work with, but the management/finance desk at this place is horrible. AVOID.

Do not buy any extended WARRANTIES from Town Audi. Youre wasting your money. They dont tell you about pro rated cancellations. Thats because the give you 2 pages of a 19 page CONTRACT. The cancellation policy is on page 8 of 19. Total ripoff. NEVER BUY AGAIN!!!!...... TRIED CONTACTING THE GENERAL MANAGER LIKE HE ASKED BY PHONE AND EMAIL, NO RESPONSE. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.....*** GM finally called me back and said they did nothing wrong, (EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THEY ONLY GAVE ME 1 PAGE OF A 19 PAGE CONTRACT ). He said I should take some responsibility. I would if I would have read the whole CONTRACT that I didnt get. And he thought I would take down my post because he gave me a BS courtesy call. NO THANKS.

I needed to service my 08 Audi TT Quattro Convertible for it has been garaged kept and has 61,195 miles on it. I had a few concerns and Michael was extremely knowledgeable with what should be done. Service is polite but unprofessional.I brought my car for service and asked them to test for really strong hissing sound from the A/C.I got the car back and they said alls fine. The noise persisted and brought the car again - this time they held it for more than a week and claimed they ordered a part that was missing. They texted me with their number but when I texted back it took them days to reply.Finally after I got the car, I was driving in the highway and suddenly the metal plate in bottom of the care bended and started to scratch floor. I brought it back to the dealership to find out that they forgot to put the screws.

2 months after car purchase, they have yet to send our license plate. Very inconvenient to use the expired temporary license plate. We have called them at least 10 times and they have been blaming it on the DMV and promising call backs for update. So far we have received zero update or calls from them. Not a single clue on when they will actually send the license plate. Very unprofessional customer service.

He kept me up to date with the status and was able to deliver as promised with a great price. I was able to get a majority of the paperwork done ahead of time and only spent an hour in the dealership. Great location and awesome service.

Gave this dealership a chance to redeem themselves. 6 months of back and forth texts, no response to emails, and failure to properly submit paperwork for a lease pull ahead program. I would not recommend. Once my current lease is up, I plan on going elsewhere.

We have been going to multiple Audi dealerships for service and recently made this Audi dealership our go to spot for regular maintenance and such. Recently our wiper blade that was bought brand new from this Audi dealership and installed by this Audi dealership around 2 months back started to vibrate uncontrollably and loud when used regularly on a rainy day, we are guessing it’s due to the blade being defective or not installed properly, mistakes happen and that’s totally fine but the issue is that when we went in today to let them know so they can replace it as it is under warranty they demanded that we show a receipt to prove that we purchased and installed it with them, we didn’t save the receipt for this cheap purchase so we asked them if they can look it up through their system and they were NOT accommodating at all, we would have received better treatment at my Toyota dealership, I had a similar situation at a Toyota dealership in the past and they kept records of EVERYTHING, didn’t have to prove that I’m not a con artist who wants to get a free wiper blade, how pathetic, this Audi dealership treated us as we were lying and had to prove with a paper receipt that a cheap wiper blade was bought through them and they have no way to look it up in their system by using a phone number, name or prior appointment. The people at this Audi dealership DO NOT HAVE A HISTORY OF YOUR TRANSACTION/SERVICES DONE ON YOUR VEHICLE according to our interaction today. BE CAREFUL AND KEEP YOUR PAPER RECEIPTS when dealing with these guys. They don’t have a proper manager to help you on weekends so asked us to come back another day, REALLY?! Is this how Audi treats its clients these days?????
