I went by to inquire about them changing out an actuator in a 2010 Dodge Challenger and I was told the owner was not there and would be back in an hour, to please leave my name and number and he’d get back to me. Apparently, there wasn’t enough fat to steal money from me because I never got a call back from the owner. Now I understand that my repair job wasn’t going to make the owner thousands of dollars but it’s piss poor operations to not even have the courtesy to provide me with a call back. Obviously they have too much business and don’t need a tiny repair job clogging up their pipeline. Oh well, I’ll just give them bad reviews every chance I get and put the word on the street that they should take their business elsewhere. One more thing, I bet the owner was hiding in the back office and this is just how the employees are trained to handle “small potatoes” inquiries.Tom

To say that Steve knows mechanics is an understatement. He explains to you the issue and the why behind the issue. Super nice guy, honest. I will be taking my car there again.

Owner is a real pro. Not some major company prices. Fair, honest. and price is more then fair. I highly recommend. Works on all cars. Owner used to work for BMW. Goes out of his way to explain what truly is going on. Will fix a part and save you money and just not replace a part. Great great. Everyone who uses Stralls, is happy.
