Due to COVID-19 I was not allowed in local nursing home so had to sit in a non-starting hot car in their parking lot waiting for the tow truck. ”My Mechanic” stayed in communication and arrived earlier than expected. Although prepared to take the car to a repair shop, it turned out they were able to jumpstart their and send me happily on my way. Super pleased with their professionalism and job well done. BEWARE - This company was sent out from my roadside assistance to change a tire and place the spare on it. The photos are the condition in which the technician left my vehicle. He did not arrive with tools to change a tire. He removed my sons car seat and just threw it back in there not even telling me he had taken the seat out. He threw everything back in my glove compartment and all he needed to do was remove the locks for the tire and placed them back in the plastic box. He just threw them in the glove compartment. Absolutely unacceptable.

I had a nail in my tire. Went to 3 different places and nobody wanted to take time to fix it, too many excuses. I just googled this place, drove by and Cory fixed my tire in less than 5 minutes. Thank you very much Cory, you are an awesome person!

Total experience using My Mechanic was great. I received a text to tell me they would be towing my vehicle. Shortly after I got a call from John the dispatcher telling me a driver was on his way. Very shortly thereafter the driver called, introduced himself and gave me an eta. Randy was great, he took pictures of my car, captured the VIN number from the doorframe and began putting in on a flatbed. He called me once the car was at the dealer. Great experience! Should I need a tow in the future I will definitely request them.

I have been using My Mechanic for a few years now and always get great service and at reasonable prices and quickly. They also dont try to give you what you dont need I told them I needed front brakes, and they told me you dont need them yet it was something that didnt need much and they didnt charge me for it. When my tire blew on busy SR 41/Tamiami, I was in a panic. Just having surgery I knew I couldn’t change out the tire by myself. I called my Roadside Assistance who hired My Mechanic. They saved the day. The technician was super friendly, compassionate and literally saved the day. I can’t thank the technician enough for replacing my tire, in the rain, while cars raced by, not even considering slowly down while a man worked on the edge of the road. Thank you again for everything.

There are some amazing people working here! That’s for sure! I was able to schedule an appointment two weeks from the time I called. I needed my timing belt/water pump replaced as I bought a used car with 125k miles on it and wasn’t sure if the timing belt had ever been replaced. I purchased the parts myself as I had a friend that was going to to the work for me privately. However he became unavailable to do the work. My Mechanic was more than happy to use my parts, including the spark plugs and coils I also purchased. Having to only pay for labor was a nice save since I already had the parts. It also helped that the total came in $300 LESS than they quoted me.These guys and gals are AMAZING and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They do what they say theyre going to do theyre really honest and straightforward about it which in todays Times is almost unheard of. And I dealt with him about two years ago and I heard about him through word-of-mouth from younger people whose grandparents used my mechanic so I went there and they treated me honest and straightforward which I havent found in very many other places so if I was going to tell somebody to go that needs a mechanic thats honest and straightforward theres a place to go here in Englewood!

They’ve done our brakes and oil changes. They also mounted and balanced the new tires we purchased through Amazon. Good service and fairly priced.

Took it in originally to have cylinder work done, they also found the motor mounts worn out, replaced the rear, took it in a few weeks later and had the front replaced. Van now runs like brand new 😂Job well done 👍

I had a wonderful experience with My Mechanic. I brought my car in because my car was not starting intermittently. They were so busy there and asked me if I could bring my car back another day. Growing up in the car business I understood and figured that I could do so, but then my car wouldn’t start to leave, Mike dropped everything that he was doing and put a new starter and battery in the car for me right away. As a woman, I found Mike to be very professional with me and made sure that all my car needs were taken care of. I would HIGhLY recommend My Mechanic and would not use anybody else but them.

I had an 8 am appointment. Eric got my truck in right at 8 and they were done in about 45 minutes. They informed of an issue they found and gave me a quote for a repair. They werent pushy and very courteous. I will be going back for all my vehicles needs.

I went in to shop thinking I was in need of a front end alignment. After a short inspection, Mike found a problem with a dry rotted tire. He ordered the tires I requested and when they arrived the next afternoon, I was back on the road in the shortest time ever for having work done on an automobile. And I got my front end alignment. I’m vacationing on Little Gasparilla Island and my car is on the mainland with a dead battery.Trying to coordinate a boat trip to the mainland to meet a mechanic was a nightmare, until I called My Mechanic who explained how they would make this easy for me, and that is exactly what they did.My battery was shot and could not be charged, however I followed the mechanic back to their shop, and a new battery was installed in a timely manner, despite many other customers who were on site. I brought my Toyota Venza in after some Mobile mechanic (bull$h1t) messed up trying to replace my brake line. Would have saved myself money and time if I had just went to My Mechanic! The team is all very professional and friendly. The office lady had me checked in very quickly, they got my car looked at and an estimate for me quick and had the work done a few hrs after I said okay. The price was very reasonable and significantly better than what I paid at Toyota for service. I will not only be back, but Ill spread the word to anyone who needs a mechanic. My car was broken down 38 miles from home. When my mechanic got to me it was pouring rain, and the driver, Randy, had to lay in the mud to hook up my car. Ended up as an oil change, however an instant oil change company felt they had found indications of a major repair and said to get to a mechanic shop. Brought it to My Mechanic who assessed the problem and found it was not a big deal and recommended just an oil change. I have been to this shop before and will continue to go for repairs. So pleased with the work, my car is 14 years old and check engine light was on. Car was running so poorly on the way to the shop I didnt think I would make it. Was concerned I couldnt afford the work needed to fix it. After tune up and oil change Im back on the road with a well running car. Fast, affordable, efficient. Ill never take my car anywhere else!

I have been abused by three other auto motive repair on my ac one of the dealerships charged me more just to look at the ac than it cost to replace the fan and labor at my mechanic. I met a gentleman at Walmart parking lot, just started talking about our like vehicles. I shared my woes with him. The serpentine belt flew off one morning on my way to drop my daughters off at school caused by a severe oil leak from a crankshaft seal that needed to be replaced,also 2 of my tires were needing replaced.They were very informative when stressing to me how I should not drive it anymore and that when I did drive it I was lucky to make it there that day to my daughters school and back without serious consequences as well as days prior. they showed great concern about the safety of my children and I, as I do not know anything very much about cars just the basics or so I thought!! They were very quick and efficient in their repairs to my vehicle and so well priced..I would recommend anyone to go there with any kind of issue with the vehicle!!

Nice service - but when I went to pay - real small office with 3 people sitting in it.I was reluctant to go in and pay due to COVID .It would have been nice for them to limit number waiting in small office and keep it open for customers to pay . I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I took my car to 3 different places and they it would cost me about $ 30 . to fix. I had an Inoperable message appear on my Mercedes and after careful study of my owners manual where I couldnt find a solution, I took it to My Mechanic and they knew right away it was in need of a new ABS Sensor.
