I love this place and its the best around, but the new people they have hired need some SERIOUS training. After receiving new nail techs twice & receiving sub-par nails, I have learned my lesson. Request Katie, Tim, Will or Kevin. This last time I walked out and I was so upset. My fingers hurt under my nail and they look so uneven. One nail was so bad I cant even believe the nail tech let me leave!!! Unfortunately, I didnt get either nail techs names, but one was male & the other female. Other than the new nail techs, this place is awesome and I highly recommend, just make sure you request an OG!

Today was my first time visiting and let me tell you they have a lifelong customer now. The shop itself it’s extremely clean and tidy, and i was super impressed that they have you wash your hands right as you enter and leave. My nail tech, I believe his name was Tim but I could be completely wrong, was absolutely incredible. The pedi was extremely relaxing and the dip powder mani turned out flawless. He and his coworkers are extremely personable, outgoing and super funny. I highly recommend this nail salon!

Super nice people, my nail tech did a great job on my acrylics and my moms tech was very helpful, answered all her questions and did a great job on her first gel manicure. Well both definitely be going back! :)

Nails R Us never fails to impress me! They offer great service for a great price. Their staff is so friendly and always make sure I am getting exactly what I want.

Nails came out thick and when I asked her to thin them, she said she would but didnt. The nail color was nice though, but definitely not worth $60... Especially when I was told $40. Will not return.

First time here was tonight 12/19/20 and it was amazing. They were very friendly and very funny. They were not pushy and my nails turned out amazing! They prices were excellent. This is going to be my new nail place from now on. I will highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

This was the worst nail experience I ever had. I heard such great things and wanted to try this salon, I got acrylic nail fill with gel polish, to start the guy doing my nails cut me 2x within the first minute of getting my nails done. Then proceeds to sit there after filling my nails a little bit and pulls his phone out and just texts for almost 3 minutes straight, he didn’t say “oh I need to respond to this text hold on a minute” or anything what so ever, just took it out and texted. He proceeded to do this a few times. Then he put a tip on two of my nails which were missing the acrylic and then the third one missing an acrylic he never out a tip on he just put the fill acrylic on my natural nail at the length it was already. Then when filling my nails down he skinned my finger tip! Absolutely the worst service ever and he rushed it so bad, it normally takes about an hour and 45 minute to two hours to get my nails done. This whole service took less than 45 minutes.

The normal place where I go get my nails is always so packed and I really had to get a filling done on my nails they were looking horrible my daughter-in-law called them and they saw me immediately loved the way she filed my nails colored my nails and her professionalism

Went in to get nails done for prom with a friend we were told to wait 5 minutes to get our nails done and a short couple of mins after her I would be started 15 mins go by and three other people walk In and they put them ahead of me as my friend is getting hers done and continued to be rude. Did a horrible job on friends nails and they have the have wrong prices listed. They continued to yell at us after being there for an hour for one set we left and I didn’t get mine done. Will not be going back ever.

Visited this salon today, they were professional, clean and friendly. Best of all zero language barrier! The technician was helpful in explaining my options, clarified what I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with the results. He was friendly and we had a nice chat! They do not share files between cuatomers and santize the workspace between clients including the chairs. I will be back again!

My Sister and I have been trying to find a nail salon in Broome County where we leave happy with the results. Nails R Us provided us just that! Upon entering the salon we were immediately greeted and welcomed by owner Katie. CDC guidelines are being followed in the salon which helped in making me feel confident of the cleanliness of the area. Even though we’re now sitting behind plexiglass and wearing masks, we were made to feel comfortable and relaxed thanks to the kindness, friendliness, and humor of the employees. It is obvious owner Tim takes pride in his business. Will definitely be a continued client at Nails R Us!

Always have a great experience at this nail salon. Will never go to another salon while Im in NY.

My friend and I didnt think about the fact that its home coming season for high schooler, so they were rather busy. But they still took us both and took their time with us. My nails didnt come out quite how I wanted but it was because of one of the colors I chose. They warned me it might be more sheer than I wanted, I chose to stay with it. They still look amazing. Cant wait to go back.

I absolutely love this salon! Tim and Katie are amazing at what they do and they love their customers and their business! I’ve been going to Nails R Us for the past 4 months and would never go anywhere else. After many bad experiences at local nail salons in the area, Nails R Us has exceeded my expectations of a nail salon, and I am happy with my service every time. They have so many dip colors, way more than I have ever seen at other salons in the area, you never have to settle for less at Nails R Us. You can really have fun with the colors they have and customize your dip manicure which I love!! The salon is clean, inviting, the staff is happy, always working hard and having a good time with other staff and the customers! If you ever have a problem, they really do always have a solution for you, I have broken several nails and Tim and Katie have fixed them for me with no hassle. This is the best nail salon in the area and I’ve been to just about all of them. Thank you, Tim and Katie, for running such a great business and for always being there for all of my nail needs :)

I had a regular manicure and pedicure and it was exceptional! I wish I knew the name of the technician I had. He was meticulous and took his time with me. I was so impressed. My nails (all of them) are perfect! They are truly beautiful. The only challenge I had is that I am a very chatty person. Silence makes me a little uncomfortable. Many, many thanks to the technician for an extraordinary mani/pedi! See you again soon!

Took my grandmother there for her nails. Everyone was very polite and nice. We were a walk-in and they took her in within mins. Very relaxing and clean. Go and get yours done, you will not be disappointed.

So Im one of those girls who HATES getting their nails done. My friend recommended this place and I figured I would give it a try, and I am so glad I did! The employees were very friendly and they were laughing and having a good time while working. The place was warm and inviting and my nails look amazing! 100% going back again!

This was the very first time I got my nails done and it was pretty good experience my boyfriend surprise me with going to this place. I think I’m going to go here again to get my nails done. I had so much fun there the guy that did my nails made me laugh. After a week of my nails being done is still look like it was just done.

Not impressed..I made my appointment for 5:30For the reason I had to be elsewhere by 7:00..I signed in and sat while the nail tech just started removing a customers gel paint?. With other experiences with this the least he could have done was put the pink plastics clips on my gel to start the process of removing the paint while I waited!!

Great experience! The environment is relaxing and inviting. The owner is friendly and professional. He did a great job on my pedicure, I will definitely be back for more!

Very disappointedFirst of all, I’ve heard amazing things about nails r us, but I’ve heard that certain nail technicians are better than others. Aside from this I went to nails r us and had a very different experience. Walking in, they post their prices on a board: a gel manicure was posted as $28. I asked for a light grey color and showed a picture of a nail look that I found online that had grey nails with gold in a half moon design. Straight up the technician told me that to put the gold on my nails I would have to pay $5 more dollars, to which i obliged. Anyways the color is perfect however the technician just smeared glitter sloppily across my cuticles, filed 4/10 of my nails at a clear slant and the day after it started chipping because he painted over my cuticles. On top of that I was expecting to pay about $30 (the original $28+$5 for the gal moon thing) and the guy charged me $38 dollars!!! I’ve attached a photo in the gallery of my nails literally 4 days after I got them done.The only thing we liked about the salon was Billy because he was friendly and entertaining! Will never go back again.

I initially thought Connie did a good job on my full set but after I left the sides of my fingers started hurting. On closer inspection, there was acrylic on both sides of my nails and the polish is uneven. The edges of the nail are rough, uneven and stuck to my finger. Now in the morning Im going to have to pay for a fill and new polish. Im not happy at all.

Well I won’t be going back that’s for sure. After tolerating many layers of skin being filed off around my nails I didn’t even get to say it was worth it because my nails looked great because they didn’t. Bubbles, uneven color and filing scratches still evident on the nail. I asked 3 times for him to cut them a little shorter but gave up when it was obvious he didn’t understand what I was I was saying. Tried to explain why I was unhappy with the work but again he couldn’t understand me.he asked a co worker what I had said so I repeated myself to him but all I got was “come back in a couple days” now why would I put myself through that again? Big waste of $45.

I dont understand why there are some negative reviews on this Nail salon. You should have call first and see what the owners can do. Tim and Katie aint like other salon owners in town that curse you out and refuse to fix the problem. The owners just sometime are very busy to oversee everything.

Rude, kept refusing my daughter her color choice. Instead he chose a navy blue, would not round them for her! Quoted her $20 for refill and 2 new tips charged her $40. Disrespectful men assisting 2 women and laughing when the other lady would say ouch when she was being manhandled. Dont go here!!!
