Love this office. The staff is always friendly and the providers have been caring and knowledgeable whether its just a check up or a biopsy.

Dr. Jannis and her nurse had me on the table for 3.5 hours and were the most Professional, Curtious and and caring medical professionals I have ever had and I have more Specialized Docs than fingers on my handsThank you Doc and thank you for the follow up call this morning.

I stopped into this clinic because I was interested in a laser treatment for my face. They scheduled me a month out for a free consultation. When I arrived I wanted 45 minutes, only to be told that I was scheduled with the wrong person, and that if I was interested in a laser treatment I should have seen the other doctor. So my consultation was rescheduled for another month out. But no one old me that, because I switched doctors the consultation was no longer free! I got billed $75 for 15 minutes of information when all I wanted was to know was about how much money the treatment was going to cost. I literally started crying in their office when I got hit with that at the end because I was under the impression it was just a free consultation, and I had no money at the time to even pay it. I still have not paid it, and dont think I should because of the severe lack of communication.

I love it here!! The staff is great from the receptionists to the doctors they are all wonderful!

I cannot recommend this office more. They are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They have gone above and beyond to assist me on multiple occasions. I’ve had appointments with multiple practitioners within the office and have never had a bad experience. Hands down the best dermatology office around. I’ve directed multiple family members and friends to this office and all would say the same!!

Amazing service. Doctor went truly beyond any normal expectations in health care i had. The doctor is an absolute asset to the health of any patient! Was here 9 years ago same experience. Anyone that thinks or says different is just not right in head.

I would recommend going somewhere else. There are much better doctors and places with way better communication. Theres enough dermatologists around to not have to waste your time on this business.

Michelle was amazing! They took me in as soon as I sat in the waiting room, took all of my information and concerns and then addressed each with great explanation. The offices and rooms are comfortable and modern unlike other local doctors offices. Very upbeat and empathetic. Highly recommend over other dermatologist in the area that I experienced!

I have had skin issues my entire life. On my scalp and face. This is the only office in the area who has given me the correct medicine to help clear up my issues.

Fantastic esthetician downstairs, not so great practice upstairs. Did not get a good Botox result (after many great ones in other cities). Nobody called to even follow up on that issue. Now Im having trouble just paying a bill. Nobody answers or returns messages. Waste of $500.

Went for a body checkup.Doctor wanted to check a mole and take a biopsy sample,My wife and I asked. About the charge for this,and was told it would not be extra.Now I get a bill of$150 for sugery.. Be aware, Robert Seufert

MY children have been seeing Jennifer for about 7+ years and she is amazing! Not only is she easy to talk to and down to earth she is always up to date on new products and specials that save her patients money. She is more like a friend than my kids doctor. Excellent dermatologist provider. Dr. Fenkl is professional knowledgeable and has excellent bed side manner, I recommend him to anyone in need of a dermatologist.

I went here for the accutane treatment for only two months. My first month, they called me and rescheduled my first visit because the doctor took the day off of work. When I got to my first visit, they had trouble with the accutane paperwork and made me call ipledge and figure it out myself. They then needed me to sign more paperwork, which they had not given me at my visit, so I had to have a friend print out the paperwork, fill it out, and drop it off at their office for me. My second visit also got rescheduled, and they switched me to a different doctor. I went anyway and waited 40 minutes before they called me back, and after that visit they did not send the request in to ipledge to fill my accutane prescription. I went to CVS every day for a week hoping it would be ready. But it was not. I had to call the office three times to remind them to send in the prescription order. (And was always put on hold first.) Because this process took a whole week, I missed the ipledge window of time to get my prescription, so I had to leave on my lunch break at work to go back for testing so they could resubmit my whole test for the pharmacy order. Not professional, not helpful, and not worth the time or trouble. Would not recommend.

She Never even looked at my daughters face. My daughter had a C- diff like reaction from being on a clindamycin based acne cream. Not only did she refuse to believe this could happen she prescribed a topical gel called Clindagel!!!! TERRIBLE!

Southern Tier Dermatology was a great practice when it was an independent entity. Since its takeover by Schweiger the service was adequate but was thoroughly shocked when I received my first billing statement under the new team. It was almost double of what had been been previously charged by Southern Tier. It seems to be the custom of larger organizations in this country to scoop up smaller independent firms and then raise the fees astronomically to cover executive bonuses and perks at the expense of ordinary citizens. I would avoid Schweiger and make the effort to look for an independent dermatologist if there are any left.
