Gina and her crew were pleasant, professional, and did an amazing job. I have always felt like I didnt deserve to have someone assist me with my house cleaning, but finally decided I would give it a go. I needed an apartment in my home deep cleaned, and I thought I would try having someone do a cleaning in my home. They did not disappoint! The apartment has never looked better, and they were so wonderful making me feel comfortable while they cleaned and I worked. (I work from home) The job they did was awesome. It felt so good to finish work and not have to think about cleaning the house! They did my bathrooms, living room, dining room, bedrooms, family room and kitchen. It felt awesome to be in a cleaned home with everything neatly arranged and organized. We are taking a short vacation and it feels so good not to have to clean before I leave so I can come home to a clean house! I am going to start using them on a regular basis. I was ready for a deep clean and I got it! I did prepare by clearing off shelves. My kitchen looked so fresh... microwave was as clean as new, all appliances looked great and especially the cupboard doors. The work team was responsive to my requests (not too much furniture polish).... They wiped floor boards and the tops of doorways, mirrors sparkled. I am also having windows cleaned as follow up. They were careful about replacing items that were still on countertops. They worked hard and finished a big job in a day. I am a happy customer!

I am disappointed in this company. I contracted them several times to do my tile floors. Each time they did great. My last experience thry did not do any of the things they normally do. Even my dogs water bowl was not moved. I payed extra for have them to also do my baseboards. When I saw the job after they left I called because it was not up to par and the machine they used to do the floor left a long black streak across my baseboards. I called to complain and was told they would come out and fix. They came out and stated they could not get the black marks off baseboards but they did fix the missedspots on floors.. So I took out my magic eraser while they were there and did it myself...came right off. Anyway I wanted to give them another shot and called to book again and I thought it was funny that they couldnt confirm a day for them to come out . I ended up calling and texting them 2x just to get a call back that said that my floors are not something that they could do their machine broke. I just think this was an excuse not to do the job again and give me the credit I was owed. Also I wanted to give their painting service a try and I had them measure 2 rooms in my house while they were here to give me an estimate. I called and asked about the estimate and the woman said they never took measurement while theybwere here and would have to send someone out. Thats not the case I helped the girl hold the tape measure to measure. Idk I would rather use a small business ro help support small but I definitely get the impression they do not want my business. Ive tipped well everytime they have come and am pretty surprised at my last interaction with themThis is a response to the owners response. You guys picked the price, I did not h. Had you asked me to pay more I Woodhaven had 0 issue with it. Also your girls came that day and said they k ew they were taking measurements so thats untrue. And I did spend hours doing it prior to them being there and then trying the magic eraser. My biggest issue is you guys lying to me on the phone and not being honest about not wanting the job. Moving a diniroom chair when doing a floor is nit out of the relief expectations when your paying for a service

The ladies at Brooms Over Broome always go above and beyond in my home. It’s something I use when I am struggling to keep up as a single mom who works full time, and coming home to a house they’ve cleaned is the best feeling. Their prices are very affordable.The business is also super responsive to any questions or changes I have to make and have been nothing but lovely in our interactions. I have used the service off and on for over a year and they have always been kind and professional. If you struggle with housekeeping like I do, you will not regret having them lend a hand. I did not inherit the tidiness gene, and for me they have really helped me love my home and made it feel more manageable.

Gave 6 basic cleanings to my mother as a Christmas gift. Nicole sent us a very nice credit card type gift card to present as a gift. I easily arrainged payment details and any special instructions/concerns. Mom just had her first cleaning yesterday and she called, right away, to tell me she was very happy. She specifically said the 3 girls that came to clean were great. They were pleasant and very efficient. Mom is looking forward to having the ladies back next month.

We had just rented the house we live in. But before we could move in it had to be cleaned to to bottom as well as painted. This place was trashed. Disgusting. It took three trips of them coming to clean. By the time they finished it was closer to miraculous. Considering the filth left by former tenants this place was amazing. The paint job done by Brushes over Broome was great. They did a capital job painting and the cleaning done by Brooms over Broome was equally amazing. I could not have done a better job. Thank you guys and gals for making this place move in ready.

Brooms Over Broome is one of the greatest around. The owner Debbie, is one of the greatest ladies known around. She was my boss for a period of about 6 months. I worked with some incredible team mates that were apart of her cleaning crew. To this day anytime she gets any big jobs I am always willing to help, because I know at the end of the day she has always been straight forward and honest and those are the types of bosses needed. Your trained properly and if you cant understand how to do something she will go over it with you verse yell at you for making a mistake. As honest as she is, she exspects it right back. She doesnt play the lying game because well... SHES TO SMART FOR THAT. SO BE CAREFUl. I read through the reviews posted for the Bussiness and there are some great ones. One of them stopped me in my track and left my mind a little boggled... when we made tips we received our tips in our checks. I never once got screwed over by her on that.. I also recall that Christmas time We received bonuses as well. As I stated in the beginning Debbie was always straight forward and honest. Well keep up the good work Brooms over Broome..

The owner is very kind and understand people needs.

This company is very shady and runs very unprofessionally. They have been fined in the past for unlawful practices and I can’t believe they are still open. They withhold tips and treat their staff very poorly. I would not recommend Brooms over Broome to anyone.

Edit.... after being called a disgruntled employee I looked at the other reviews. It sure seems to me that there are quite a few others who are disgruntled I dont personally know any of these other people who left negative reviews. I just know that I hired these people to clean my house and one of their employees stole from me. I was lied to about it. The culprit was arrested and I put two and two together. I guess thievery is one of their strong points. So I stick by my original statement. Save yourself the trouble and just hire someone else.
