I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone that I came in contact with was very professional and friendly and easily answered any questions I had. The installers were amazing! On the day of my installation, it was a rainy, muddy mess. When the installers left you never would have known they were there. I did a bath to shower conversion. I had my bath tub replaced 14 years ago with a full shower by ReBath. I love it!!! This week, the piece that holds the doors in place popped out. I called them on Tuesday, and they came early Wednesday morning and they fixed the problem quickly, professionally, and perfectly!!! I couldn’t ask for any better service. These people do tear-outs and re-installs using new materials. They use a tried and true process that enables them to get the job done very quickly. Once they start your job, they will be there everyday like clockwork until the project is complete. Beautiful, high end products. Flexible owner and employees. Spotless, daily clean-up. Minimal interruption to your daily life. Im a perfectionist, and I am very pleased with their work. You will be too. Prices are competitive, and perhaps even a bit lower than average. Also, they have a nice showroom with samples of their products that you can view side-by-side when making your design decisions. Its one stop shopping. With Re-bath, you do not have to run all over town to separate businesses to pick out your flooring, your vanity, your tub surround, etc. You can do all of this in one stop at their show room. Their work and materials have a great warranty, and if something is not exactly right (or to your liking), they will come and make it right within 1 day (in my experience). If you struggle to make a design decision, the initial sales person will guide you by being open and expressing his honest opinion, and he will also suggest combinations of materials that people tend to like. We had our bathroom remodeled in 2015. We had the complete bathroom walls & ceiling done with the wainscotting as well as the shower area. It still looks like brand new and is so easy to keep clean. The Re-Bath cleaner is great and works well. We love our shower.Gary and his staff did a great job and are highly recommended.

We needed a bathroom re-model and called a couple of places. Re-Bath of Southern Tier got back to us quickly and scheduled a consult. Once the guys started working they were neat, fast and professional. They laid down tarps over the areas they used and even cleaned up outside. Within a couple of days we had our new bathroom and my wife is pleased. Highly Recommended.

Totally Amazing. They arrived at the set time and finished before the time they allowed. The workmanship was perfect and the crew was extremely polite and efficient. Earlier this year (2016) I had my bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower by Re-bath of the Southern Tier. Five months later I am still as happy with my new shower as I was the first day I could use it.The sales and installation personnel were all very professional. Re-Bath of Endicott, NY remodeled two bathrooms for me and I was VERY impressed with their product and their work. Their customer service was excellent! They always were very friendly, courteous, very helpful, always on time and let me know each step of the way what they would be doing each day. What a great company!! My experience with ReBath was excellent. The salesman was terrific. extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. The workmen did a great job converting the tub to a walk in shower. They arrived on time, 8 am and were cleaning up be 4 pm. They cleaned everything up and when you walked into the bathroom you would never have known what went on all day. They left the bathroom spotless. You cant go wrong having ReBath do any work for you.

We loved everything about Re-Bath of the Southern Tier, from our meetings with Julie, discussions with Bob and Gary, and all the guys who worked so hard to give us a beautiful bathroom and an excellent experience. Our only regret - we should have done this years ago!

We had Rebath install a walk in shower in 2011. Been very happy with it, until now. On our return home, we find that water was leaking around the fauset. I called to see if this was still under warranty and I was told it was. A service guy, who was very polite, came out and replaced a broken plastic part. He had said it was cracked from being FROZEN. Its true, we winterize the house and turn down the heat when we go south for several months....but none of the three bathrooms or two kitchens had frozen pipes in them? The owner called the next day and said it was NOT under warranty. Im of the belief it was a defective part or a poorly design part. In fairness to the owner, he did say I didnt have to pay for the part BUT If I didnt pay, not to call him for future problems! REALLY....?

We are entirely pleased with our ReBath-ed walk-in shower. It will be a very attractive selling point, when that time comes. Meanwhile, we are enjoying our glamorous shower.Janet Chandler

I had a wonderful experience with Re-Bath! From the sales appointment to installation they were timely, professional and the quality of the work was excellent!

Bob came to our house a little over a month ago. He was very polite and told us he was going to go back to the office and have them reschedule us for him to come back in a week or so with a formal quote. A month later we have heard NOTHING from Bob. I have called twice in the last few days to get in touch with him. The other day I was told Bob has a full plate and has been very busy...then today Bob has been under the weather and now hes busy ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! You are pretty much saying you dont want our money? I dont care how busy or sick he has been....IT DOES NOT TAKE A MONTH and me to make phone calls to get an answer! I am self employed and if I didnt call a client back I wouldnt last very long! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING AND WILL NOT HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY!!!!!

They did the job as promised including some snags that were unanticipated. Everyone who has seen it has raved about it
