Bartletts work is outstanding. This is the third time we have used them, and the second job that required crane work to remove trees near a structure. The crane operator was very precise and careful of other trees and plantings. The team did everything exactly as we requested and left the site very clean and undamaged. Wed recommend them to anyone.

Brian was fantastic. Knowledgeable as well as super professional. He discussed how, what and where things would be accomplished for the two trees in question. He was able to give us his estimate right away The guys who did the work were professional and super friendly! A neighbor saw the excellent work they did and had Brian come out and give him an estimate on work he needed and Bartlett did the work.!I cant recommend them high enough!

Great company. Very pleasant to deal with. City said we had to have our three maples trimmed back. Contacted many tree services but once I spoke to Zachary at Bartlett, I chose them - nice guy, honest and professional. The crew showed up right on time, pruned our trees with care, and cleaned everything up in an hour. They were nice guys and a offered a very fair price compared to the other companies which I contacted. Plus, I didnt need to physically interact with them at all during the entire process - they did all their work from a safe distance. Hire them!

I really appreciate the environmentally friendly approach and they have always been mindful of my birdfeeders and fountain (which the birds just love). Brian Duvall is a truly professional arborist. He evaluated our trees three years ago, and made a recommendation list in priority order. After the first year of pruning and treatment, maintenance has been easy. I especially appreciate the environmentally friendly approach at Bartlett. (I love the native predaceous mites which were introduced to eat pests on the hemlocks. Year after year they do their job, with no chemicals!) Another thing worth mentioning is that we are occasionally advised NOT to treat something, because the condition is not severe and treatment is not worth the expense. All in all, our trees look wonderful!

The response of this company was impressive. Brian Duval responded to a call on a Sunday and came the same day to access a tree that had been damaged and was leaning as well as some other needs that will need attention in the future. We had an estimate in a few days. We called back on a day when another storm was coming and they came the same day to remove the tree. Their price was competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
