We have had county pest control out to our house twice now for two separate issues since moving into a new home. Both times the receptionist, Kathy, was easy to talk to and set up an appt. We had Chris come out both times and he’s been great. Professional, on time and up front about anything he saw in our home and even offered some great suggestions on what to look for to keep our house pest free. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Highly recommend this business!! Chris was able to come out in extremely short notice to remove yellow jackets/wasps that had gotten into our basement and bedroom. He was able to remove the nest, thoroughly spray the entire house inside and out which was also safe for pets and children to be around. Explained in detail of what had to be done, what he was doing and told us if we had any problems after 72 hours he would gladly come back. Very punctual on time, friendly, affordable and professional. Thanks again.

County Pest Control was a pleasure to work with. I had an ant problem with hundreds of them coming in the front transom window every day even after I sucked them up with a vacuum the day before. Jason arrived on time, was friendly, explained what they would do and what to expect after. He killed the existing ants and sprayed a barrier around the house. They disappeared that day and did not return. I only compared with Terminix and they want to get you on a subscription plan for the year that is costly and unnecessary but County Pest Control seems reasonably priced for a problem like this. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted County Pest Control to help my mother-in-law with her pest problem since our family is currently stationed overseas and we are physically unable to help her. My mother-in-law has reached an age where she struggles to maintain independence and we are in need of professional help. She is making the transition to assisted living, but while she is forced to remain in her home waiting for an opening, we want her environment as clean and as healthy as possible. She has a hoarding illness and has worked for the past several weeks with a wonderful, understanding local hauling company to clean-out most of her belongings. They removed 50 years worth of furniture, papers, trash, carpeting, etc. Her illness has been a struggle for the entire family for many years and were finally making progress. She is a wonderful lady with a heart of gold, but she is stubborn and resistant to change.After initially visiting her house and giving us an estimate, we were notified hours before the appointment that they were cancelling. We wasted a week waiting for a service that they decided not to provide at the last minute. Dave just kept saying the house was disgusting and making cruel, heartless judgments about my mother-in-law and our family. I attempted to explain our predicament of being overseas and needing professional help, but he was unmoved by my pleas for compassion and understanding. Although I suggested that perhaps they could return after Steri-Clean serviced the home, he actually claimed that they might DIE if they went in the house. This makes me so thankful for the people whove helped us so far and makes me think that Daves delicate constitution should avoid exposure to further pesticides.Our familys situation is incredibly upsetting and to have someone be so callous, unprofessional and cruel on the telephone was eye-opening. Just absolutely stunning.

County Pest has been keeping us pest free for many years.Dave has kept his eye out for the return of the termites that ate pretty much of the house we bought. While Dave is looking for insects he can tell you a lot about them if you have an interest.. He has saved us from powder post beetles, carpenter ants and of course termites.Im a great fan of the havahart trap so manage the furred critters myself. We like that Dave will save bats and honey bees if he can. He has an interest in the natural world which we appreciate.Thanks Dave

Do not use these guys for a termite inspection. I bought a house last year and had them do the termite inspection. They gave me an all clear. Fast forward 9 months and it turns out I had a pretty bad termite infestation. The company we hired to remediate the termite situation reviewed some pictures of the initial inspection and informed me that it should have been obvious to somebody who knows what to look for.I than reached out to county pest control and left two detailed messages for somebody to call me back. I havent heard from anybody.Stay away from this place.
