Like Jason said in a previous review They sold my account to Tru Green I did not authorize this I am not happy. I was not even informed of the selling. Going to cancel the Tru Green services.

First day of service w/ Green Turf Care LLC. The tech (Jason) was very professional and helpful. He took the time to speak with me and explain this step of fertilization/weed control they were providing as well as some other useful tips for my new lawn (new construction home - just moved in early June). I feel confident w/ my decision to go with Green Turf Care LLC and look forward to their continued service.

Geoff and his business are shady and have been for years. This man is a con artist and now that people are starting to realize this, he sold his customers to Tru Green. For years they’ve taken customers money and not shown up to perform services. This was always an inside secret but even his techs are sick of him and sharing the details with long term customers. Stay far away from this man and his company.

Signed up for 6 treatments with them. The first time out they sprayed my neighbors lawn and not mine. I called and asked that next time he contact me to ensure he does my yard. Wasn’t very impressed with the response I got but decided to give them another chance. Second time they got it right. I received a bill for the third treatment and after reviewing my camera footage realized they weren’t even out at my property that day. I cancelled promptly. I wanted to give them a chance because I’ve heard great things but my experience leads me to believe they are unreliable and dishonest.

I got a quote from Green Turf Care, when I called them back to enroll the representative told me that they are in the process of being taken over by trugreen and their systems are down for that reason. Representative promised to get back to me in some hours. Never received a call back from them, I made couple more calls to check if they are interested in providing the service, the response was same every that someone will call me back, which of course never happened.

Warning: if you have security cameras… CHECK THEM WHEN THESE GUYS LEAVE!! Not even sure where to start on this but I am beyond upset that after emailing them to cease & desist from contacting me… they now have TruGreen calling & leaving nasty messages. We literally caught these guys lying about performing services but when I would check my security cameras the tech never did a thing! One other time (they visited 3X & each time either service not performed or completed in its entirety) they ran the machine in one side of the yard but not the other side of my pool which is the biggest part. Then they had the audacity to send the same tech to my house who was the one who lied & said he performed services. He told them he performed service & I sent them video of him going in my gated yard with nothing in his hand & then walking back out to truck & leaving. I could not believe he even still had his job & then showed up at my house. After not performing services they would then send a bill over & over adding late charges. I could go on & on. I was not going to leave a review but after some snarky girl from TruGreen called leaving a message with an attitude.. we decided it needed to be done. I saved all the security videos of the tech doing nothing & all of the texts between Geoff and I so I’m covered when my Husband calls TruGreen. Stay far away.

Customer service is superb, Jeff and his team are always there to answer questions and advise. Technicians are professional, friendly, and do an excellent job. Last year, my lawn had more ground weeds than grass. Now, after a number of fertilizer and weed control applications the lawn is being restored to a more pleasant grass lawn. Normally it is a no brainer to provide a 5.0, however, the reason for my 4.0 vs 5.0 is their aeration and overseeding service, not only was it expensive, but its outcome showed very limited and marginal results. After their aeration and overseeding, I hand scratched the needy areas of the lawn in late fall and again in early spring, applying about 25 lbs of seeds, covering and mixing them with top soil, and watered to ensure a good grass growth in the spring.In the future, I will continue to use Green Turf for select applications to ensure a healthy lawn.

HEADS UP to all current Green Turf Care LLC customers (or should I say TruGreen customers). Geoff has sold all of our accounts to the worst company in the business and they are playing it off as if they merged. Dont bother trying to email or contact him because those attempts will be futile. Im not sure if he had any right to do this to us but if you dont want to be played I would suggest contacting TruGreen and letting them know that you will look elsewhere.

Still have weeds in yard and now they are part of tru green who I previously dumped because they are worse. I didn’t pay for tru green I paid for you and was not given notice or a chance for my money back.

My lawn never looked better. They do not use harsh chemicals and the grass was noticeably greener even after the first treatment. It is also affordable for the yearly service based on our yard size. They also give you a detailed write up on how to improve your lawn care and what you do well. I recommend these guys to anyone who needs lawn care.

Ive been using Green Turf Care for a couple years now. I hired them after another firm didnt do a good job. I have been extremely pleased with the results. I often get positive comments from neighbors and have recommended them to others. Geoff, the owner, is great to work with and responds promptly, and if I see a weird weed I just send him a picture and he knows exactly what it is and how to correct it. The young man who applies the products is respectful, efficient, and always pleasant. Supporting privately owned small businesses is important and I highly recommend Green Turf Care!

They make needed suggestions and follow up to make sure that the service did what they say it will. They are very professional and make everything from ordering, scheduling and paying as easy as possible and give you several notifications of service and billing times. Best of all they answer phones calls should you have questions and return calls promptly. Again...always a great experience.

Green Turf LLC has helped me improve my lawns condition and appearance in so many ways.- The root system has greatly improved, and now after a heavy rain I am able to cut it in just a day or so. Unlike the past when I would have to wait at least a week to do that.- The bare spots are now gone, and the color has never been more vibrant.- They were extremely informative on how to maintain it after their treatments. They follow up each visit with a short video on what service was applied.- They communicate so well, and will return emails with my questions in a short time.- Emails are sent a few days ahead of time as to when they will be treating your lawn, and are very reliable with when they say they are coming.This is the first time I have ever used a lawn service for treatments and will not hesitate to use them for the upcoming 2021 season.

We are very happy with Green Turf after moving into our new home. They are easy to work with and have great customer service. They answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely fashion. This has been my second year having Green Turf treat our yard for weeds and insects. We couldnt be Happier with the results! Before we contracted Green Turf, my lawn was filled with weeds of all sorts. I think it was probably 50% weeds. My lawn today does not have a single weed. After 15 years and mediocre results with several lawn companies I thought I would try Green Turf based on some adds and reviews of the company. This was my first year and though not perfect the results are very positive. In fact they didnt even try to say it would be perfect but stated to stay the course and the results will come. Yard much improved with less weeds. Had aeration done and overseeded. Cant wait to see results in the spring. Highly recommend. Good value.

They are so responsive with emails and phone calls. We had many outside house projects last year with multiple crew and different schedules but Green Turf Care was able to work with my crazy schedule and even came on a day that they were usually off so we can have our lawn aerated and over-seeded. Our lawn that was bare in a multitude of areas grew into a luscious green carpet the next year! Geoff, the owner, is knowledgeable, professional, and can work with any type of schedules to make your lawn needs happen. My only wish is if they would do lawn mowing too, I would be so happy!

Green Turf was a company I chose after having failed with 2 previous lawn care services. They have done an outstanding job of scheduling, servicing and maintaining my lawn for 2 years now and Ive already paid for year three! I have dogs that use the yard for bathroom relief as expected and the email notices that they send are super helpful for cleaning up before the technician arrives. These guys are in and out with excellent service and no interruption to daily life. I highly recommend Geoffs services if youre looking for a lawn care provider or are unhappy with your current company.

I called on 5/12/2021 to set up new service for weed control and spoke with Will. I explicitly requested that the technician ring my doorbell when he arrived so that I could tell him what areas not to treat since I was concerned about the plants I have in those areas. I was told that a technician would arrive between 8 am to 1 pm on 5/13/2021. To my surprise, I received an email at 3:43 pm stating that I received Step 2 of their lawn care application package. Nobody rang my doorbell, called or texted me. There was no evidence whatsoever that anything had been done to my lawn. There were no signs present or granules on the grass. I called immediately to request an explanation and speak with a manager and was told by Kelly that there were no managers available and that the technician probably went to the wrong house. I subsequently received a voicemail message from Will who said upon my returning his call that he placed my request for the technician to ring my doorbel in the wrong spot. I asked for a manager again to which Will replied that he was a manager and would take care of this misunderstanding. I explained that they left me with a very negative first impression and that I wanted nothing more to do with them, wanted to cancel the service and not to charge anything to my credit card since they had not provided any service. I then received an email at 4:48 pm confirming my cancellation. This is no proper way to do business with a brand new customer. They sent an email stating that they had applied Step 2 yet nothing was done to my lawn. I wonder how many customers this company has duped into believing that they are receiving a service when absolutely nothing has been done to their lawns! Beware of these fraudulent business practices.

My new construction lawn has been a nightmare to get right. Called Green Turf and after just one service weeds are already starting to disappear and grass is starting to look much healthier. Can’t wait to see what the rest of the program will do!

I talked to multiple businesses about having my lawn fertilized and treated on a regular basis and green turf was the only one to not give me the used car salesman pitch of sign a contract now or lose the great deal Im offering. Not only that but the prices were actually better than the big national guys and I feel better supporting a small local business. Green Turf Care is easy to work with to develop an affordable lawn care plan that can be reviewed and modified yearly. They provide an email notice before each visit and you can reschedule the visit if necessary. They have always provided responsive customer service to me. My lawn receives many compliments.

We have been using Green Turf Care for a couple of years now. Their service is amazing. Their equipment is well kept, their communication is spot on, and my lawn has never looked better. It is truly convenient as we have everything automated, so I never need to worry about scheduling service or mailing in a check. They send me an email to let me know when they’re coming, they show up on time, and then they process my payment online. We get our lawn serviced all year long and a seeding an aeration in the fall. All I have to do is mow it!

What a fantastic job they did with my yard! I tried everything for years to get my yard to look good, but I could never control the weeds, clover and dandelions. We called Green Turf after viewing one of our friends lawns. It was lush and green. They got back to us within 24 hours with a quote and we were able to select what services we wanted. Our lawn had a lot of weeds and after a year of treatment....our lawn looks incredible. (it even caught the attention of OUR neighbor...who also signed up with Green Turf.) We did have one minor problem and as soon as I called...the owner was on the phone with me and we rectified the problem. Yes the owner!!! Great small business and they are fantastic with communication about our lawn and their services.

I would recommend Green Turf Care. This was a first for my yard. I have always treated my yard myself. I was very satisfied with the results as well as the communication. Green Turf Care does an excellent job in communicating. Emails are sent out prior to arrival as well as a follows up on the treatment that was provided. Automatic Payment is processed days after the service was provided. An email is sent out to confirm the credit card will be processed. I am very pleased with this lawn care company! My lawn needed help and they knew just what to do. I like that they were honest and said I should stay the course and the lawn will eventually look good. There is such a big improvement. I always get a report card and a video from owner Geoff, who is great to deal with, explaining exactly what they did. I also like that they use some organics and there isn’t a strong smell.

Should have know something was going on. Havent received any communication from them all year, now it turns out that Geoff sold out to True Green. I believe Ill be cancelling my service. So disappointed!

We built our house in June 2019. The ground was simply terrible. I wanted a front yard that I could be proud of & that people would see & compliment. Green Turf does an excellent job of weeding and seeding. The lawn in the front and back was a mess after concrete work was done in two summers, but Green Turf was able to bring the lawns back to life, filling in the patches and getting rid of a multitude of weeds. I cant believe how quickly the grass was restored. It looks and feels like a carpet. Great service!

I have had a wonderful experience with the team at Green Turf Care LLC for the 3 years I have been with them. My lawn was pretty damaged between 3 dogs, improper cutting, and lack of weed/pest control and fertilization. Geoff gave me a plan to get my lawn back in shape. I saw a visible difference within the first season. By the second season, my lawn looked fantastic. So much so that two of my neighbors began using GTC as well. The customer service has always been professional and ready to help with whatever questions or needs I had. My tech has also been courteous and professional. I have used big name services in the past, but will always stay with GTC because I love their attention to detail and the fact that I get to support a local small business.

To my surprise they were very attentive and did not try to over sell us on services that we did not need. They are always open to feedback and actually respond to it. Besides that my lawn is really starting to take shape as well.

They do a great job!. They make sure to cover every area of my lawn, communicate any issues they see and make solid recommendations for improvement. I have watched them do their work at my home and its obvious they want to do a great job, instead of just rushing off to the next home they need to service. They have proven to be better than any other lawn care company I have worked with in the past.

I have had a chronically deficient lawn for the 24 years we have resided here, painfully noticeable when compared to the lawns on either side of our property. No amount of Scotts products seemed to help. After a grub infestation surfaced last summer, I enlisted Green Turf Care for help and then decided to contract with them for their lawn care program starting the Spring of 20. After several feedings along with aeration/overseeding, my lawn is much-improved. I will also say that I have observed Green Turfs technicians and they are thorough in their work and I believe that my lawns improvement is a testament to their skill and expertise.

My front lawn had a lot of issues before hiring Green Turf. It looks a lot better after just 1 year and I expect next year to really show results. My backyard, on the other hand, looks like a carpet. I highly recommend them.
