Guess you are trying to save face but there DEFINITELY was an agreement made for this truck and my credit card info was taken for a $1000 deposit. I was also asked to submit documents drivers license, current registration, and insurance card. I was not paying to HOLD the vehicle I was purchasing the vehicle. I applied for financing however I could have paid in full if needed to secure the vehicle. There was no mention of accessories on this vehicle on your website or from the salesperson until after you refused the deal. You are NOT reputable no matter how you SPIN the story!!!!!!Bait and switch!!! Had a deal made for a new truck all numbers for trade agreed upon gave deposit as truck was in transit. The following day I was informed that the truck was going to be $5000 more because they had accessories that were going to be added. I told them I didn’t want the added accessories and they refused to sell it to me for the agreed upon price and options from the factory. What a waste of my time. They said if I didn’t buy it somebody else would. Not a reputable dealership.

If I could rate them at 10 I would! Eric was a great salesman, patient and very knowledgeable! We even got to meet the owners and managers and everybody was warm and friendly and did the best to get us a great deal!

This dealer ship and the general manager like to live by their own rules and make them up as they go. The general manager Russ openly admitted he is unaware of the rules and laws when it comes to splitting customers when they do not have consent from someone and violating the telephone consumer protection act. He refused to listen or be educated as to what they are doing wrong. I have no choice but to file petitions at this time and hope that Kelly dealerships do not continue to harrass others.Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.After purchasing cars from here, having numerous issues from the start, and no resolutions ever I wouldn’t send my worst enemy into this place.

I have purchased too many cars thus far in my life, but this was by far the best car experience. Crystal and Mike, and the finance person whom I cannot recall his name were overly accommodating to meet my needs. I made it clear I did not like spending time in a dealership and I also had a college exam at 6pm. They made sure to have me in and out in record time. I dont think I was there for more than 30 minutes! I told a friend about it and he replied, I have never heard of a car buying experience that smooth haha Thanks again to everyone, and FYI,I passed my exam with flying colors and will be mailing the key and charger I borrowed today :) I will be back for my or my childrens vehicle next purchase. I also love my new GMC Terrain!

The sales process was easy, and friendly. I didn’t receive any pressure to buy my car. The only issue I had was the car had issues when I left the lot. Told my sale person Nikki. So was very understanding of the issues and had it repaired immediate without changes. Overall a good experience.

The service department is a joke. Avoid it like the plague. I scheduled a simple inspection appointment in advance. I show up 10 minutes early, and I’m glad that I did because it took about 10 minutes just to get checked in. Long story short, I sat there for almost a full hour wondering when they would pull my vehicle in. Frustrated and annoyed, I confronted the service writer. He was apologetic, and he ensured me that they were getting ready to bring it in next. 5 minutes later, after several of the techs were done socializing, they finally bring it in. The best part? They didn’t even put it up on the lift. It was in view from where I was in the waiting area. They literally slapped stickers on it without even pulling a wheel. Im telling you that them tires never left the ground. About 10 minutes after they pulled it in, they were coming out with my keys. Is this the quality of a free inspection? I wonder how PennDot would feel about these practices. Lick it and stick it, huh? Too bad I wasted 90 minutes of my time for 10 minutes of theirs. If youre foolish enough to bring your vehicle in for service, DO NOT be foolish enough to wait for it.

I AM SO HAPPY!!!!!! Upon going to Kelly Buick GMC, I had walked out of multiple dealerships for multiple reasons. 1st, no one would approach me... 2nd, pricing was so high.. and 3rd, it felt like no one cared. My wife spoke with one of her closest friends and they recommended a gentleman named Eddie Rivera. It must have been fate because upon walking in the doors of Kelly Buick GMC, Eddie Rivera approached and greeted us with a smile. He was happy to just be able to help us find a second SUV because we just had another baby - and found out he just had one as well. Guess what!? We left with a 21 Acadia Denali Sport... Our family is sooo happy with our purchase and working with Eddie made everything less stressful.P.S. I dont usually leave reviews but I want the world to know how great our experience was. Terrible service, car was in for a problem they never looked at. They just drove the car 5 miles to tell me its fine. Had car all week long never called me and never fixed anything. The extended warranty plan i have covers loaner car but they said none are available. Receptionist at service drove my car for some reason and also told me the car is fine, even tho he is not a mechanic so his Opinion is irrelevant to me. Very upset with customer service. Im paying for a car they were quick and nice to sell me, and now wont fix the problem that Ive done my own research is a problem with these cars that CAN be fixed according to others with same issue. Not very happy at all and car still has the same issues it had when i dropped it off.

The car is awesome but there was a scrape on the lower right bumper, very minor. We pointed that out and he arranged it to be fixed and also for us to get a loaner car. So, I made my very first big girl purchase on 05/17. I could not say enough positive things about the people at this dealership!! Im from southern Mississippi and am up here in Pennsylvania for work. I was looking online for a new vehicle. I came across Kelly and saw they had great deals going on. I found a red GMC Acadia AT4 that I fell in love with from the first moment I saw it!! I knew this vehicle was the one. So, I inquired about it through their very easy to navigate website. I was contacted by the dealership in just a few short hours! Crystal messaged me more information about the vehicle. She and Mark both allowed me to send some information to them over the phone so that the process wouldnt take quite as long in person, which was a big help! With me being an out-of-state purchase, things were a little bit different as far as needing information goes, but they made everything so simple and easy! After sending them all of my information, I went in on my next off day from work, which was 05/17. Met Mark at the door, who then set me up with Peter and gave me a bottle of water. Peter was wonderful! He told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle and how everything worked. He even helped me get set up with on-star and apple car play, which were free subscriptions! Even went on my test drive with me! He was so nice! Mark took a look at my trade-in and gave me a great offer for it. IMO, they are pathetic as they dont care for customers. At least my experience was pathetic. My 6 weeks old GMC Yukon Denali went down on freeway (think before you guy GMC cars) and me and my family just survived. I dropped my car to Kelly dealership. I called Kelly Buick 10 times in 4 weeks to know the status but they never called me once. I came to know engine is gone and need replacement (do you believe 6 weeks old $90k car and engine went down). They denied loaner car too.Pathetic!!Never go for GMC in my experience...

1st rate dealership. I had searched several dealerships looking for a used Toyota but Kelly Buick GMC was tops. I inquired about a 2016 Toyota Camry and from the internet communication (Crystal Wagner), I was treated with the utmost respect. Crystal continually checked in during the whole buying process to make sure that I was satisfied with the buying process. I was introduced to Kevin Toomey (My salesman), who was very informative and not pushy in any way. I was able to take a test drive immediately to see if the car was to my liking even before discussing the price. After working out the pricing details, I was chatting with another salesman, Peter Freedman who also created a family atmosphere, as we discussed sports. Finally, I met with the Finance Manager, CJ Dudinyak who completed the family atmosphere. If you want a quality car buying experience this is the place to go. My daughter is in love with the car and I was extremely happy with the entire process.

Last Tuesday my car’s transmission went, so I was unexpectedly in the market for a new vehicle. I’m friends with Crystal, who offered to help me out with getting a new car. So I took her up on it and she set me up to come in Wednesday to test drive a Subaru that was on your lot. When I got there I was paired up with Nikki, who after the test drive we talked about what I’m looking for as far as what I want, price, monthly payment, all that good stuff. Ended up wanting to go for the Subaru, but bank couldn’t approve me for a loan because of the mileage on that car. Nikki then continued to text me some other options on your lot that was along the lines of what I wanted and would be approved for. So then come last Saturday I came to check out and test drive a 2016 Jeep Cherokee, and ended up buying it then. The whole overall experience with Kelly was great. Nikki was extremely helpful and was definitely working hard to help me get into a vehicle I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with my new car.

Review is for service department: Ive been taking my Buick here since 2017 for service. Customer service is always top notch. There were times that I needed a ride to work and there was always a courtesy vehicle there to take me. In one situation, their driver wasnt there yet and the service manager took me to work himself. They often have service coupons to ease some of the cost. My daughter also loves the popcorn machine when we go. Always a pleasant experience.

Ive purchased 2 vehicles and had all of my service done at Kelly for over 5 years. The staff has always been friendly, respectful, and helpful. The service is always prompt and thorough. Theyve taken proactive care of all of my vehicle needs over the years, and thier customer service has always done right by me. On April 24, 2021 I leased my third Acadia from Kelly. Our experiences with them have always been great but this last one was exceptional from our salesman Peter who listened to me about what I wanted in my next lease to Mark the sales manager who remembered us from our previous leasing experiences and understood what I was looking for in a payment.
