The staff was very friendly and even let me use props to fill the fridge up to see how I liked it with actual items in the fridge. Price was cheaper than Lowes and Home Depot by about $150. Delivery drivers were awesome and even hooked up the water line!!! Saved me a ton of frustration!!!

Awesome appliance store. Family owned and thrilled to support them. Big box stores can never provide the down home caring and support for your needs. Our basement flooded in our 1879 farmhouse and my washer had to be replaced. The men from Kleckners were able to maneuver the washer all around the yard to the outside basement doors. Well, now the dryer was replaced by them today. What great employees they have. As luck has it..their truck didnt have a carrier so they walked the dryer all around to the back of the farmhouse to the outside basement doors. Who else would do that !!!! Klechner is absolutely amazing!!!!

Had an issue with my dryer, LG which they do not service. But that didnt stop Doreen from helping me. She gave the ingorinformi need to find the parts for the repairs, after 6 local appliance repair places didnt not answer. As a local business owner myself, I will be sure to give them more work to keep them open. Thanks again.

Bought a wahing machine, the price was slightly less than the same machine at Lowes. Had a problem with it about two months later, they sent someone out and replaced it, no questions asked. I was very impressed. I thought they would come out and diagnose it, then order parts but, they just brought a new one. Would never get that kind of service from Lowes.

The sales lady was not hard press to seal anything so we wore not pressured in to buying anything, we did get a new gas dryer.
