My daughter has a storage with them. They NEVER answer the phone. Youre always directed to a customer service line. The wait is always extremely long. They cant really help you without calling the store. Today I called and spoke with Baycia.....dont know if its spelled right but it sounds right! She couldnt help me...said she would transfer me to a supervisor. She only put me back in queue😡 Were disgusted, had been trying to call them all month. Their whole setup is an inconvenience.

Good to come and rent a truck if you need one.

Bad service. Will the vehicle that you reserved be available when you get there? Theres a good chance that it wont.

I wouldnt recommend this place. I reserved a 5x8 cargo trailer over a month in advance and the day before I was going to pick it up the manager calls and said that they didnt have a 5x8 but he would up grade to a 6x12 so I ask him what the weight difference was and he said it was 1000lb more. That would be ok if I was going to move from one side of town to the other but not over seven hundred miles. He did find one but he gave to someone else because they were going to Florida and they had a little car. And the manager thought that was funny.

Busiest uhaul in the county but always has trucks and trailers. Trucks are marginal compared to Penske

The folks there are really nice and helpful.
