Quite literally the most incompetent and careless staff that I have ever encountered. I showed up two minutes after my appointment time, was given wrong directions as to where to find my doctors Office within the building, and by the time I arrived, I was told that because I arrived late I couldn’t be seen, I tried to explain how it was unfair because they were the cause of my lateness, and they handed me a complaint pamphlet and said they weren’t going to argue with me. I’m glad you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to have awful employees ruin your care. Please whatever you do do not waste your time with this awful dermatologist and staff

Dr Kukay, is not a smart doctor, he wanted my 13 year old granddaughter to be completely naked under her gown. My daughter told him she was not comfortable with that and she would keep her under garments on. At that time he refused to see her. Can’t believe that. I have been a nurse for 33 years and have never heard of this. They keep deleting our reviews but we will keep warning people. And fox 8 has been notified. And cc has been notified and has not returned our call. That just goes to show what kind of people they are.

Told we had to check in on the ziosk, never ever works. Then had to stand in line for 15 minutes just to try to get checked in. Was told I was 5 minutes too late & had to reschedule for next month when they are the ones that made me late. This place is a joke go somewhere else.

I love most of the doctors at the Elyria and Avon facilities that my husband and I have had contact with. This one star is for the testing of Corona 19. If an ill patient wants/needs the test, they have to travel miles and miles to receive a test. This is NOT taking care of patients. Shame on you Cleveland Clinic. Change you policy to meet the needs of you patients.

My mother has had to go there for physical therapy both times my mother has seen this therapist she talks down to her acting demeaning and has has even threatened her she will complain if you tell her about why you are hurting and spends the whole time arguing with you that is not a therapist its a bully.

Wait times vairy but other then that services are professional and curtious

The people in the OBGYN office are absolutely horrid. Worst experience. Atrocious, incompetent, and lazy staff. I cannot express that enough.

Great staff but, appointment times arent great. Used to be a 5 star place but, after waiting to reschedule an appt for over 20 minutes with no answer, I am told I have to wait a month to see the pediatrician.

Waiting room 1 hr.i got in 1hr.Wait 4 discharge papers 1hr.Never come back

Waiting to see a GI specialist for a couple months, and then waiting an hour and half to actually meet my specialist is dreadful. I guess for most of the patients who do not work it may be fine, but I have a difficult time getting time off to see these doctors, and my insurance company and I pay an arm and a leg to visit for 15 minutes...the least they could do is be on time.

Good experience at the office but not happy that i had to wait over 60 mins to schedule an appointment. i had to call back 4 times before anyone would even answer the phone.

Dr. Pham and his staff have always been so accommodating to my fiance as well as saving his life. Best wound care clinic in ohio!

I got my tubes removed novasure and endometriosis taken care of they were and are awwwwwwwsum!!!

I would love to not wait an hour or more to get in for a scheduled appointment. Also taking 20-30 minutes for the nurses to answer is ridiculous.
