Friendly customer service always willing to help if they dont have the part theyll order it for you or suggest somewhere else to go to get the part for your mower

I have been dealing with Egys for awhile now..SoFarSoGood..Does a good job..

Horrible experience with this company. Do not use. They communicated poorly about repairs on my snowblower. When they picked up the machine, repair was suppose to be covered by the extended warranty and if not, they would contact me and let me fight the warranty company. All of a sudden my machine is showing up at my house and need to pay for the repair. Not one person contacted me from time of pick up to letting me know they were dropping off the machine in 2 days. No one ever let me know what the problem was or that I would be charged. When the poor delivery people showed up asking for money, I talked with someone at the company who said Im trying not to charge you, send it back and we can take the belt off so we dont need to charge you. They also indicated that I authorized the repair when NO SUCH THING HAPPENED. NOBODY CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND GET AUTHORIZATION TO FIX IT. Completely unprofessional and would NEVER recommend them in future. AVOID THEM!!!

Great service. I havent found anything that he can fix. And very honest too. Took my snow blower that wouldnt work for me to him. And he found out that it was something very minor and fixed it but didnt change me. Thank you !

Professional. Great work. Bought a nice used John Deere rider mower from them. Good deal, runs great! Highly recommend Egys.

Place is terrible

Completely ripped off a family member. Charged them exorbitant amounts for the pick up and drop off, stole parts when we refused to do the repair. A complete scam of a service and I urge anyone to avoid them.

Mechanic Jim hunt is excellent....if he cant fix it, it cant be fixed...will fix issues item is there for but will let you know if anything else needs fixed and only fix it if you agree...so no hidden charges

Not the same place since Egy himself isnt working there. Ive gone there for years with all my lawn equipment and always been treated great by Egy himself. I stop there to buy a bolt that I needed for the deck of my lawn mower and asked if they could please put the bolt on because I didnt have pliers with me. They sure did and charged my $17.50 to install a bolt. Not a real good way to treat a customer. $17.50 to put a bolt on? Took him maybe 5 minutes if even that. Miss you Egy!

Great service, knowledgeable techs and reasonable prices.

So far terrible experience. They came t of CJ up our mower on a Tuesday and by Friday still no update. We called them and they said they might get get to it this Tuesday! So basically they have had our mower for a week for no reason. I left a voicemail asking for a returned phone call and that never happened either. At this point I guess I will have to contact Tractor Supply and let them know since this is who they chose to use for our service plan.
