He contacted my insurance company car rental company I really had nothing to do once I dropped my car off to them. Was referred by GMC to Vinnies. Customer service was very nice and to the point. Was given a timeline of repair to which they met. When I dropped my truck off they had a rental waiting for me. Truck was returned the way I gave it to them, Clean. Work was fantastic and I recommend for all repairs!

Ive know about Vinnies Collision center for many years. Ive never has to use the service until my car was backed into on Christmas day. Car door dented in window shattered out and the inside caved in. The insurance company wanted me to drive it 20 minutes from my house. It was about 20 degrees and snowing outside. Way to cold to be driving it 20 minutes away. I cancelled that Appointment and called Vinnies Collision center and spoke with Vince himself. Vince said he was coming to flat bed my car ( that there was no reason I should have to take it to them in weather like that) to his shop. Told me not to worry about anything and he would handle it all right down to the insurance. And he did. Through out the process he kept me updated. Very prompt on EVERYTHING.Very professional through out the entire process.I picked up my car and the paint matches to a tee. They cleaned all the glass out of my car. . But the entire process was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend this establishment. They do really good work. The owner and staff are awesome...

I was researching a good collision place to fix a damage on my car and I went to a couple of place to get an estimate, but when I came across Vinnie’s collision place I was amused with their customer service and with their efficiency. They will take care of your car and make sure that you will be happy with the results. They explained to my all the expenses what will they change and the broke down to my the subtotal what is included. I was really satisfied with their work and customer service!

Fantastic service. They didnt waste anytime. They didnt just take pictures and tell me theyll send a quote, they brought my van into their shop and gave it a full inspection. Ill definitely be having them do the repairs.

Its always a difficult time when you need collision work on your car and Vinnies makes it easy. Theyve got a great contactless system that helps keep all the paperwork in order even if you cant make it there in person. They also have a text update system that keeps you posted on how the work is coming along. I wont take my cars anywhere else.

They were recommended by the Nissan dealership to repair the rear hatch / bumper to my 2020 Murano after it had rear damage from an accident. They were professional, did the work in excellence and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

During high winds my garbage can lid destroyed my driver’s side mirror. I bought a replacement online and took it to Rick. They matched the paint perfectly and went over the other scratches in my paint. I will be taking my truck there for some scratches from the kids’ bikes!!!

So far just dealing with them getting a quote for a new rear bumper including everything they have been very helpful and prompt about all their answers and responding to emails.
