I am thoroughly disgusted with the integrity of the Sears organization. There is no honor. There is no way that they will allow me to speak with someone higher up to get them to send the tech back out to finish leaving us without a refrigerator for another 26 days.On August 31, after 35 days, the new parts were finally installed on our LG refrigerator. The technician had to leave for another call before the refrigerator came down from the original 55 degrees to the manufacturers 38 degree spec. The temperature never came down and Sears claims that they cannot in any way get someone out here to finish the service call until September 26 -another 26 days!!!! to complete my 8/31 service call. not only did the refrigerator not drop below 55 degrees and the freezer below 13, but it quit working completely.It is worse than before they started.We have lost well over $100 worth of food that they say is not covered but was 100% their fault for its spoilage.We have house guests coming from half way around the world that will be staying with us foe 3 weeks and we will have no refrigerator even though we paid Sears $905.64 to repair it.

The Sears technician checked our a/c thoroughly and advised methat it is working properly. This must be true because we areenjoying wonderful cooling here inside, while the humid heat onthe outside is causing sweltering heat. I recently required a repair on a fairly new refrigerator. The warranty expired and we needed help immediately. I called Sears, a trusted retailer, with my issue. After chatting online with a professional agent, I was advised that a service contract would be a great option for me. I purchased the affordable service contract and was glad I did. The service, parts and labor was above what the contract cost, so it paid for itself. I am pleased with the prompt service I received, my refrigerator is working just great and the repairman explained why the appliance malfunctioned. I am SO happy I went with Sears. I would recommend them to any and everyone. I will continue to use Sears services.
Excellent repair experience! I was kept updated on the arrival time of my service tech and when he showed up, he was so nice and professional. He was able to quickly detect the issue with Kitchen-Aid Refrigerator and repaired it immediately, as he had the part on his truck. He discussed the issue with me and suggested some things to help avoid it from happening again in the future. The final price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend Sears Service to others and will absolutely call them again, for my own repair needs.
Sears technician fixed my refrigerator in minutes so no complains about that. But my biggest complain is I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY SEARS CHARGE MODEL. Technician reached out to a pipe that was easily accessible from back of refrigerator, pulled it out, removed particles from it with a screw driver and put the pipe back in its place. He charged $282 for this small work.I do not make $3600 an hour, which is what technician (Sears) charged for this fix. I had agreement with Sears about $89 diagnosis fee and if major work needs to be done could be an extra cost. This 5 minute job should be more like part of diagnosis. I called sears multiple time, got transferred from one agent to other stating we do not handle this complain or we do not do refund or this is other department issue.People only have so much time to stay on phone to keep calling different 800 numbers to get one issue resolved. After more than a week of this service, on this long weekend I sat down to make sure I communicate this issue.

Had tech out to do warranty repairs on display panel on refrigerator that no longer lights up, so you cant see any functions. Parts has broken like this 3 times. Part is no longer avail and they basically said tough luck on a replacement.
Pricing was really unclear. First, it registered as no cost (warranty?), then it confirmed at $69. When the repairman was underway, it posted a price of $89. The final email listed $129, which is what I was charged. Not really the best way to be clear on the price, not at all.The repair and check up were done professionally and I was/am satisfied with the technician. Its the company and the pricing that has me concerned.
The ice maker froze up again and does not work
Im always happy with Sears Appliance Repair. They tell you when they are coming, remind you, and then actually show up when they say they are going to. The Techs are courteous and knowledgable, efficient and friendly.
THE BOTTOM LINE FOR ME AFTER REPAIRS WERE DONE I MUST REPLACE MY DISHWASHER. AFTER THE INITIAL VISIT AND THE PARTS WERE ORDERED I FIND OUT WHEN THE ORDERED PARTS ARE BEING INSTALLED THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER LEAK THAT WASNT ACCOUNTED FOR INITIALLY. IM STILL EXPERIENCING WATER LEAKEAGE. IF I HAD KNOWN ABOUT THE OTHER LEAKING PART I COULD HAVE SAVED MYSELF $300+ AND APPLIED THAT MONEY TOWARDS THE NEW DISHWASHER THAT I MUST NOW BUY.
I have been trying to get my parents washer fixed since September of 2016 and I havent had any success I am definitely upset because we have paid over $200 to wash at the laundromat because I cant get the washer fixed. I am not satisfied with this warranty because I should have gotten reimbursed for the money I had to spend at the laundromat. I talked to customer Solutions and we will be reimbursed for only $50 and I dont think thats fair that we wont get what we had to pay to wash at the laundromat. I will never purchase a warranty through Sears for any of their Appliance if this is how their repair center is because its not worth it because I could have just purchased a new washer before they even fix this one if they do. Im frustrated and mad because the repair people went to the wrong address cancelled on us at least three times we have had 3 repair people and they couldnt fix the washer I feel like if they cant fix it we just need a new washer. Im not happy about this at all I hope you can fix this problem soon thank you.
I went with Sears because you can always trust the service you get from Sears and the honesty its just more control pricing and I didnt feel like I would to get ripped off !! the price it was very reasonable to get my air conditioner fix and clean and Im grateful for their service and it was a wonderful experience I did have to wait 2 weeks for the parts but thankfully I wasnt in a hurry!!
Technician arrived on time for the scheduled time slot, was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in repairing the dryer for an affordable price including a nice 20 percent off coupon used on both parts and labor.
ON SEPT 13,16 I WAS GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT TO FIX MY ICE MAKER BETWEEN 10-2;, WHEN NO ONE SHOWED BY 2;30 I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT MY APPT. WAS CHANGED TO; 2-5 PM AFTER A HEATED CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY THAT WAS HAD TO UNDERSTAND!! SHE FINALLY CONTACTED A SERVICE REP. AND AND HE ARRIVED ABOUT 3;40 PM. HE LOOKED A ICE MAKER AND WENT TO HIS TRUCK FOE A NEW ONE BUT DISCOVERED HE DID NOT ONE ON HIS TRUCK. HE ORDERED THE PART, AND MADE A NEW APT. FOR SEPT 27TH FOR 8:am to 12:pm WITH THE PART COMING TO MY HOUSE .After he left my old ice maker new made more than a dozen ice cubes for the entire 2 weeks.on Sept. 27 again the repair man didnt arrive on the scheduled time, I had to call again and was told again the time had changed again !!!!! I had to ask to be transfer too someone in the US because I could not understand the person with a heavy accent. My service man never arrived until almost 2;00 (2 Hours late) to find out the part he ordered was wrong, but did he did find one on his truck and installed it. But ever since it was installed it has produced one ice cube. I tried all the water valves and nothing has worked so I called and made another appointment for todayOct.4 for between 10-2:. it is now 12:;15 pm and I have not heard anything weather my appointment will be on time PROBABLY NOT !!!!BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE!!!THIS IS CALLED THE WAITING GAME !!!!WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND HAVING AND HAVING A 4 HOUR WINDOW OF WAITING TIME.WHEN THEY CHANGE IT AT THEIR WILLNEVER AGAIN WILL I PAY FOR THEIR SERVICE POLICYSEARS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR TIMETHEY A A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. The repair was not possible, we had a call from Sears for a replacement and had to travel to Middleburg Heights for a new television. So many Sears stores do not sell TVs anymore. A little out of our way but we were able to replace our TV with a new one. Thank you for your service.
I was underwhelmed! We still have a problem which my husband identified. The Sears repair guy told us it was our responsibility. My husband changed out the issue and it still leaks. My husband has identified the leak is in the dishwasher. I have had to wait another week and a half for another Technition. Ill probably have to wait another week and a half for him to fix it after a part comes in. Not happy w Sears repair.

The repair man came on June 22. On Friday June 28 the ice maker wasnt working properly again. They said theyd be out the next day (today) between 8am and noon. Then they called me at 9:30 to ask if Id heard from the technician and I said no. They said theyd follow up and call me back. Long story short, nobody came out today, I had to call twice and was put on hold for 20 minutes each time and was finally told the guy called off sick. Now I have to wait until July 13 to get something fixed that I already paid for. Unacceptable. I wouldnt advise using Sears to repair your refrigerator.

Would give 0 stars if able. Arranged an appt to have my dryer fixed. Time frame was 1-5pm & I was told I could get updated time frames on a link in my email. I checked the link this morning & the time frame was 4:45pm-6:45pm. I call to double check the true time frame & was told it was 1-5 but I really should just wait for the tech to call me & he would call 1-2 hours before arriving. I was still unsure of the true appt time & planned to just stay home until someone arrived....From 1-now 6:45. Also had to take a vacation day from work for this. At 4:30 I received a call that the tech was caught up with a leaky washer & would not be at my house at all & I would need to reschedule. As Sears was not reliable to give me a reasonable time frame & cancelled last minute, I did reschedule...but not with them.

In my busy household, being able to do a load of laundry when I want is a part of things running smoothly. Things ground to a halt when my LG Smart Drum Inverter stopped draining. My technician Becky was SUPER great! She arrived on time. She started my service call with an explanation of what she was about to do. She told me she would start with the cheapest fix first, and that was exactly what was wrong with my macine! She didnt make a mess. She was quick about gettigng it done. She offered me great advice to maintain my unit and was freindly to our felines and my 10 year old. I would highly recommend both Sear Repair and especially Becky!!!
This repair was a nightmare. I have been trying to get this television fixed or replaced since October and a technician has been to my house more than 12 times over the last seven months to fix this TV and it finally got repaired on April 11th 2017 and Sears has the worst warranty replacement and service department on Earth and I would never never ever recommend buying a single item from them. I would rather buy an item on Black Friday at Walmart without a warranty then to have a service agreement through Sears which is a joke and have them attempt to repair an item for seven months and finally get it right once I call Samsung to intervene. This whole ordeal was completely ridiculous.

Had issue with 46 Samsung LED TV that I purchased from Sears back in 2012. Sales Rep convinced me to get the 5Yr Coverage as well which, was pretty steep at $400+. Glad I did though. TV would no longer connect to WiFi. Sears Tech came out and performed Troubleshooting and was unable to resolve. Parts were ordered. Tech came back out and first replaced WiFi Card to no avail. Then replaced System Board and TV is now working better than it was before. Thanks Sears!!
The service tech that came was OK. This was the second call for the same problem. I am not happy with the fact that I had to wait almost a week with no heat at all for service. It costs a lot for the service contract and having to wait that long is really bad I have a husband who is 84 and ailing with a serious illness and having to wait was very hard on him!

Tim has been the best technician we have had in the 18 years of the 30 years I have been with the Sears Master protection plan.Its too bad he is one of the last good ones left!2019 & 2020 were no shows cancellations and rescheduling of my 18 appliances several times over and over.When the tech finally made it out the PM was over and done with in less than 10 minutes on an appliance.No more wearing booties to keep the customers floors and carpets white carpets clean, no more bringing in a tool bag or any kind of brushes or cleaning equipment..Just the drill motor in hand does it all apparently washers dryers freezers refrigerators dishwasher range you name it the drill motor did it all apparently.
