I had the most wonderful experience today at this AT&T store. I was actually dreading coming in because I have been to many other stores in the past and I’ve been with AT&T for many years and have had very bad experiences with their sales and customer service staff and management however this store exceeded my expectations and Greg and Peter were exceptionally phenomenal. I wasn’t around to help her when she was getting it but upon getting to the store to make sure she was ok I was surprised to see her in such capable hands. I had gone to another AT&T store and had a less than satisfactory experience. This Elmwood Park store is new & clean. But far more important, the service was impeccable! Greg was so helpful and I left with not only my issues addressed, but a smile on my face. Totally recommend this place!

My phone died so i needed to get a new phone right away .Greg was very nice to help me but he did not have a phone on hand what I wanted to so i had to go and buy from some other place . This is one of the good AT&T store in the area.
