I love this carwash. The staff is super friendly, the washes are pretty good both quality and price wise, and the hours and location are great. Seriously though the employees are the best, Ive had issues with my membership that were my fault and they were always super helpful and understanding when helping me fix the issues. A+

Wanted to wash my car but it shut off while I was inside. They made me pull back around, and it shut off while inside again. Took 30mins just to work. Once it was done my car was still dirty, and the tire shine didn’t work. Don’t recommend

For $5 Ive had better car washes. Car qas spotty and wheels were very dirty.

BEWARE!There was a metal object on the track that blocked my car and damaged my under body! The manager never called me to fix it so my car is still damaged. I tried calling the phone number; it does not connect to this business. I tried finding a phone number anywhere for Nascar car wash but I didnt find a single contact phone number anywhere. I guess they dont like talking to us customers.I just want to be treated fairly, have my car washed, and pay my monthly fee like anyone else. I just want to do good business with a good company. Dont let them damage your car too.

I bought the Legend wash which is their highest and most expensive wash. Half of the nozzles just bubbled instead of spraying, as they were out of their respective liquids. The final rinse just pours one stream of water on center of the car lik an unrestricted garden hose. No wonder my car was still covered in foam after leaving. Never again.

The staff is always helpful, the machines do their job in less than 5 minutes. The main wash area even turns itself off when there are no cars passing through for better efficiency!Their early bird special is valued at $3 before 10am, which is nice. You can pick and choose other additional options as well, of course. Would be nice if they had fans UNDER at the end to dry out all the suspension components in order to prevent rusting.Overall though, Im satisfied with NASCAR car wash. You guys rock!

Honestly its ok when you get the cheapest wash . But if you get the most expensive you come out with a bent license plate and scratches all over your car like I did 🤦🏻‍♀️😔

Never again. Soapy car after going though twice and still not even completely clean. The towel dry was with a wet towel that made my car look worse then when I went in. Here are some pictures of the nonsense I dealt with this morning.

The staff is super great, but the car wash sucks. Going once or twice (solely because of location/convenience) isn’t the worst, but getting a membership is definitely not worth it. The vacuums suck, or should I say don’t- because they never work; even on the occasion that they do, they’re very weak. Also, lately they’ve been closed way more than usual, so even coming in to cancel my membership is seemingly impossible. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Vacuums work very very poorly. I have a monthly pass but the car wash hasnt been available. When the car wash is available it still never really gives a clean wash have to go thru twice. It never rinses all the soap off. It never air dry very well. The clear coat and hot wax doesnt always come out. Im very disappointed that I bought the pass.

Waited in the line for about 20min( busy day. I get it) but when my turn came, one of the workers closed the entrance, wave at me (without any explanations) to get out of there and they did that to the rest of the customers behind me. I have no idea what was that???? Maybe someone can explain it to me??

You open when you want and close early despite what the the sign advertises in front. Really disappointing. Bad for business.

Like the car wash, when its all working properly, sometimes you would get 1 or 2 things in wash not working

Do NOT buy the monthly pass.Ive been here a few times. Its not bad, though the vacuums are pretty weak, but Id otherwise give it 3 or 4 stars. Until...I bought a monthly pass in December but stopped going to this one because they are only open when Im working. However, theyve kept my card informations without my permission and continue to charge my card each month. Ive called and left messages to no avail for a refund but not one person has answered the phone or returned my calls. If you want to keep your bank account safe, do not go here, Im already working with my bank to block them from my account.

Good price and friendly staff. My biggest complaint is that when they are busy you don’t get the wash you pay for. I get the $18 wash, And as you go through the wash each sign lights up for the section of the wash that you are in. I’ve gone twice where I’ve gone through and it’s giving me the cheapest wash. I talk to the staff about it and they offer to let you go through again and they make sure that it’s the correct wash or they give you refund or a coupon to get the wash again at another time. I’m not sure if they just get people out of order in line or that’s just something they do when they’re busy.

Its better than most other automatic car washes. Do it yourself vacuum is always free. Got the $5 wash. Forget it very little water was used and blowers were shut off ( even tho they were on for the car in front of me) I came out with a wet car. I think this is deliberate. I guess you get what you pay for!

The worst car wash ever... I picked 15$ car wash program with body, tire and rims shine. After washing my car still had dirt on bumper rims... everywhere. Car was looking like after rain.... not a car wash... Im not recommending this place.

The automatic car wash its very good. I pay $5 for the basic and I dont have to pay for the vacuum so the vacuum is free but you have to do by your own and this place is clean and nice👏🙆😊

Paid $18 and my car wasnt dry. Tires and rims were still dirty. Paid for tire shine and didnt get it. Ive paid $12 at other automatic car washes and have seen better. $2 more I can get the interior cleaned and vacuumed a few blocks away. Needs work and or upgrades.

It’s a decent car wash. Free Vacuums, the Car wash does an ok job, still leaves a lot of of dirt and grime on front grill and rear on my 2016 Rogue. Can’t really go wrong with the monthly pass. $25 bucks a month for unlimited washes. Just wish it would clean better or have the people working there scrub down the cars a bit.

Its a nice car wash .... If its working. I had the subscription for a while but it seemed like half the time I would go there it would be closed for whatever reason. The free vaccums are good but it seems like theyre always having problems with those too.

Im a customer for a very long time and the service was good but, honestly the last few weeks its not that good. I went to wash my car and when arrived home Ive to clean all the soap. I dont think its good anymore.Ill forward to see hows the new onw on grand.I

Very friendly staff and my car looks gorgeous!!!!!I paid for the monthly pass of $24.95 in my car looks amazing I dont know what people are talking about that its not good however most people are writing about the five dollar wash, I dont expect too much out of a five dollar wash since its only five dollars! I paid for the $10 wash pass that comes out to be $24.95 a month. Plus there is free vacuums so there is no reason to complain.

I pulled up at exactly 7am not open for service. I called at 7:06 because I saw someone cleaning the windows from the inside. She said give them a few more minutes. They finally opened at 7:19 without any apology. I drive uber so my time is money and my vehicle must be clean😤

Moved out of state and tried to cancel my membership several times. They never answer my calls or messages, got charged for 2 months after I moved out of state. They simply do not care about customers here be weary of taking on a monthly membership.

Got the $15 wash, barely rinsed the soap off the car, the air dryer was weak and I know its not perfect but it barely dried anything. And the tire shining didnt work. The bristles spun but didnt touch the wheels. What a rip off... not coming back here...

So I went around because my window was stuck n the lazy kids dint give me the right wash basically paid 15 for a basic.tires all dirty vacums were off Neva again. i should of went back!!!

Beware! This place double charges your credit card often. They never answer the phone or if you leave voicemails they are ignored. The only way to get a refund for being double charged is to file a dispute with visa. The regional manager Destiny Cruz does not return voicemails or answer your calls.

Here this morning (2/28/16). Closed again. Several workers standing around goofing off. Said they were waiting for a technician to show up. Said it would be 15 minutes. Like a dummy, I took them at their word. Half hour later, still no go. Talked to a young girl. She said they are having mechanical problems. Also asked her why the vacuums never work. She blamed it on the customers who vacuum all kinds of crap through the hoses. I told her if you run a car wash business its reasonable to foresee that some people would do that. She said shes notified corporate about the problem but they have done nothing about it. She said I just work here. She gave me corporate address and email. I will contact them and cancel my monthly. Its unfortunate because Ive been a monthly since the place opened but it steadily gone down hill, its very dirty, and the people working there look like they just skipped school. Stay away.

I like the place but sometimes my car is still dirty after a washI dont know if its like that for everyone or maybe its because Im a member and not paying much. Their vacuums are free but often not doing a great job, very low on the suctionI will not stop going there but I just wanted to share this

I went to get a basic car wash, the employees of the car wash were very helpful. The only thing that made me upset was when my car was done washing there was still specks of dirt and little bugs on my windshield and around the car other than that great service.

Not going back. Crowded. Mt vehicle didnt even come out clean. Beware as you exit, there are huge potholes filled with muddy water. You can actually hear your car scrape as you exit and go over the uneven pavement. None of the vacuums work. The drapes on top actually make your car worse as they drip all over your vehicle. I will never return to this unmaintained carwash.

Dont wash your car here. A lot of soap residue left on car afterwards. Go somewhere else for your car wash need. Youre going to mess up your clearcoat. Let me emphasize this again, DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE. Those people giving this place 5 stars are part of the problem.

Great staff, very professional and helpful gave 1 Star cause the vacuum worked horrible and the wash was 95 percent water and 5 precent soap, ended up driving to another car wash in melrose Park to wash my car Which I didn’t want to do cause I live down the block from nasa carwash.

Good staff. All vacuum hoses recently replaced now have good suction. Dont need to remove antenna on top of my vehicle.

Great wash, did a good job on my rims. Vacuum powerful and they have one on each side making it easy to vacuum and the crevice tool gets into hard to reach places.

Super friendly service, good prices (they have $2 early bird discount on top of that), yet some of the vacuums dont work. No big deal, as long as theyd put a sign this vacuum doesnt work to save customers trouble with searching for stations with working vacuums.

Good wash/they dont respond for lost car parts, detached by the washer. Bummer

Staff is friendly. The basic car wash is only 5 dollars. If you go between 7am and 9am, you can get that same wash for 3 dollars. They also offer free vacuums here.

Paid 15 dollars for a car wash and tire shine. Car wash was extremely spotty. Vacuums had terrible suction. (I guess thats why theyre free). Proceeded to get my tires shined by an employee, but instead she picked up a disgusting towel off the frickin concrete and tried to dry my car! A little tip to your employees. If you plan on drying off a customers car, it would be in your best interest not to keep your towels on the floor, where they collect grit, which later scratches your customers paint.

I get the ultimte for 18, done so several times the expeience has sucked everytime. Car comes out dripping wet! The wash is very streaky, my license plate is always bent outwards after. The detailing they do on the rims and tires by hand is so bad you clearly have dirt when they finish. They use one rag for EVERY car and leaves sandy gritty black muck wherever they touch it with the dirty rag. Im not too picky about having a sprakling car but atleast somewhat washed looking would be nice. Vacuums never ever work, so weak. Im saying nothanks at this point more damage to my car and a waste of money and time.

This used to be one of the best washes around, but I guess owners do not feel like investing money into the wash, Ive had monthly subscription for about two years, tire shine rolls have not worked for at least six month when my subscription clearly has tire shine included, great going guys!!!

They need to keep up with maintenance on their equipment, especially the vacuums they literally suck at sucking . Some are missing the front attachment. And as for the carwash they need replace some of the attachments theres alot of bristles missing on some of them . And the nozzles never spray even .some dont even work . The only good thing about this place is the monthly packages they offer. But thats about it. Im thinking of changing my subscription to a new carwash that open by my work on Fullerton and Cicero .

It was horrible first time there, i went with the basic 5 dollar wash with 2 dollar tire shine upgrade. Tires didnt get shine and my vehicle was left dirty like the brushes were dirty or not working, then the vaccuming none of the hoses were working, believe me i moved a couple of times.. This place absolutely sucked, and to think i was contemplating on the monthly plan. Nope.... never again....

I have had a better basic car wash for less $ actually. The rear of my vehicle was not cleaned. It was still extremely dirty.

Had to my monthly membership with them. They closed the one in Berwyn and the other one is really out of my way. Even worse no sign or communication if the Berwyn is down temporarily or permanently and my card was still charged the regular monthly fee. Not cool guys.

Horrendous customer service. I wouldn’t recommend the car wash to anyone especially considering the other options available. I went tonight and was told the way was closed. I arrived 25 minutes before they closed and had pulled into the line not on the street but on the property. Then the cones were put out blocking the entrance. Had the cones been in place already I would understand, but it was still open.

Vacuums sometimes work. When they do, they dont work well. Drying -vac area of property is always dirty.

The pit stop option is awsome. Although they need to add more tire shine to the tires.

I have the monthly plan. I noticed the wash acts different ly every time. Sometime s there are bubles, sometimes NOT.
